Hewlettsdaughter - thanks for asking!! You remembered!!! We got back yesterday had a fab time in Majorca, well rested after the last few months of upset so raring to go on the ttc side now!!!!How are you keeping??

We've just started ttc again, I decided not to wait to get a normal period after the last m/c. We'll just have to see what happens....

Well just thought i'd drop a line...im due in about 8 days and just had the tell tale signs of my boobs aching, so i dont think im pg this month......oh well i'll just have to keep trying.Hows things going lucieB and quackers and anyone whoes trying?

Aching boobs is an early sign of pregnancy for me - not for you dino55?

Maybe Hewletsdaughter, but i dont want to build my hopes up.When im pg my boobs tend to be more tingly whereas my boobs are painful at the sides and i do have that sometimes before im due. I have also had abit of crampy tummyache low down (bit like period pain)but i dont usually get that until the day before or even the day im due.

I am due on over the next few days - should be tomorrow but have been rather irregular recently...no 'signs' of being pg - no achey boobs but also no cramping either....not getting my hopes up though.

..oh and I have a headache today but that might be the red wine I guzzled last night!!!

It's annoying when the symptoms of pg and period cross over!! I have the same symptoms dino 55 it's more tingly than sore when I'm pg, but you never know! Did you do it on or before your ovulation days? I heard you have a 50% chance of being pg if you do it when the time is exactly right. So you have a very high chance next month if you're not!!
I had the full ovulation sysptoms on Sunday I'm pleased to say and my persona picked that up too. Next month I know what days to try!!

Lucie B are you going to put us all out of our misery and do an early test???? Purlease!!!

Last month and the month before it was 28 and 29 days respectively but it has also been 34 and 36 days in the last 6 months. I know that the disappointment is going to be so crushing that I don't want to go there quite yet!

OH LucieB I didn't mean to push - sorry. I just get a bit excited about pg tests! Sounds like your cycle is a little more regular than the previous months though, which is very encouraging for pinpointing the elusive date! Do you use anything to guage when you are about to ovulate or do you have a partner with brute strength that can keep on doing it all the time?

Don't worry Quackers - I also get excited for everyone else but am more sceptical as to my chances! This was my first month using Persona so we were ttc on every red day! Exhausting! DH was rather relieved when I said that Persona might narrow it down a little for next month. As I said before (I think? Don't think I have regained my pre-ds brain cells yet!) I had two 'o' days too and ovulation pain which coincided with those two days...I have had so many months of feeling gutted I don't want to get my hopes up.

You've got a lot more chance though by using that method. Have you been trying for a long time? Your periods won't have helped will they being irregular. I can imagine you do feel it bit crushed and frustrated that all the effort hadn't paid off that month. Why is anything worth having so hard to get!! Maybe it's to make us apprecitae it! Gosh we will! No my brain took a bashing and hasn't been the same since DD came!! Worth it though isn't it! I'm turning into my Mother she's lost her Marbles and she's only 50!!

TTC now for 7 months. And have been trying really hard too!!! No pg signs at all so not hopeful. Don't think that headaches are normal pg signs are they?

I reckon I ovulated on days 18/19 so will I be having a longer cycle this month? Last month was 28 and the previous month 29 days and prior to that was all over the place. Wondering when my period is due!!!

About day 32?? I got red days from day 6 to today this month (day 16) I am fairly regular 28 day cycle generally (at the moment)Although last month I ovulated on day 15/16 and still had a 28 day cycle - bizarre!! You are considered regular by persona though I believe if your cycle is between 23 and 35 days - something like that. How have you found Persona this month? Did you get the o symbol ot did you go off the test sticks?

I got the o signal on days 18 and 19 and red days up to day 21/2 (I think!) and from day 6. Am sure persona is going to be good for dh and I as we both work full time in demanding jobs so being able to narrow the fertile time down is helpful!
On the days I had the o sign, I also had two blue lines on the test stick.

Great stuff! Yes it should work really well for you! It's only your first month and the red days will get less. I get day 6 onwards as red at the moment but I probably won't do anything until day 9. It's amazing isn't it I looked at the stick yesterday and the day before and the blue line was there - it;s not there otherwise! I'm really impressed. Persona should market it as a fertility machine too and just modify it a little for ease in understanding the lines for new users. They would make a fortune!!

LucieB headaches can be an early sign of pg. My fingers are crossed for you.

Hi everyone, I'm new here but I've been addicted for a couple of months now. We've been ttc for 3 months and already feeling quite obsessive..I'll be 40 next year and I kind of feel the pressure's on a bit altho' DH is completely unfazed. Last month splashed out on a Persona and did get 2 Os on day14 &15 which I know now is a good sign plus I also used an ovulation kit & got 2 blue lines on day13. Period started on Friday but I only bled a teensy bit which is very unusual for me and it's been the same every day since - hardly any bleeding at all. Did a 1st response test on Friday which was negative plus boobs feeling absolutely fine so I don't want to get my hopes up too much.
