i know! am trying to stay positive. fingers crossed its back to normal this month!!

are you following any ttc methods?? or just the traditional bd as much as possible? im going to try the deanna sperm meets egg plan this month. im so impatient i just hope it works.

Can I join u please? Not sure which cycle day I am on as I have started spotting for a few days then nothing for 1 or 2 days, then AF comes really heavily . Spotting started on the 29th and full flow was on the 2nd - what CD would u say I was on? Oh and I am on cycle 7 after a MC (please let me be pregnant before I reach the MC EDD)

hiya Warm! i thought cd1 was the first day of full flow. so cd1 would be 2nd jan. i will add ya to list but change it if i get it wrong.

meant to ask (and I should know this by now!) id cd cycle day? ie number of days since start of period?

yeah. cd1 is first day of period. i think it has to be full flow tho. and if it comes in the afternoon then cd1 is the day after.

I'm a bit fed up this month as I should be bding but instead I'm AFing. I wonder why I have this AF in the middle of my cycle. Has this happened to anyone else. It's very heavy and my back is aching. Sorry for the moan, but arghhhhhhhhhh!

Sounds odd Jeanie, has it ever happened before? Do yu usually have regular cycles?

It is odd, I have always had a 28 day cycle. I'm not too keen on this 2 AF's a month thing.
