I just know i'm out this month - i'm like you winces - can just tell when af is on her way - back ache, mood swings, achy legs etc. Now I want it to appear before christmas so I don't feel rubbish on the day itself!!

am a bit nervous as had blood tests done on Weds and should get results tomorrow - will it tell me that i appear to be ovualting or not?

Hello ladies, I'm back after my festive weekend visiting family and friends. Did a test on Friday, then again today and got BFP both times. Very excited and anxious after 2 mc's, so will take it a day at a time.

thanks twoturtle and olivio it means a lot, feeling quite low, but DP is being great and admitted yesterday that he also gets down every month when it doesn't work out. He hadn't been letting on as he thought it would make me worse, but we both thought this would be our month and with each BFN we are feeling less like it will be. Still, while AF keeps away I guess there is hope.

AF arrived today , so won't be getting he christmas present I was hoping for, feeling particularly down this month, starting to feel like it will never happen for me, which I know is silly when only been ttc for a couple of months. hopefully will pick myself up in time to be cheery on christmas day

am just starting 2ww and looks like i'll be testing around new year (possibly before and after to see if i'm allowed champagne).

i'm not quite sure how to approach christmas though ... guess i might just have one glass.

Stealth - when is AF due? Am I right in thinking you have a very long cycle?

Well my period is due in 3-4 days and I'm already symptom-spotting... but haven't used a test yet. I keep getting tingling sensation in lower abdomen. And weeping when I see cute/emotional stuff. I keep telling myself if AF was due I'd be moody/angry with PMS and in fact I feel all soft and emotional. Probably wishful thinking or maybe the Christmas spirit has finally reached me?

AF due sometime in Jan, yes v long and not regular cycle!

Congratulations to the bfps, and commiserations to the bfns!

I had a tiny bit of spotting and hint of cramping so have prepared DH and myself for another disappointment....but am not going to reach for the brandy 'til AF shows, and due on Sat -ish, so have packed some pg tests to take away with me!!

I've been symptom spotting for a couple of days, and tested this morning (at least 2 days too early - I'm so damned impatient). It was a BFN of course. Will try again in 3 days if still no AF.

bfn - oh well thought it would be. no af yet so guess there is a bit of hope - hope others have better news soon.
