Ceebee - he's so gorgeous!! Of course you're smitten!! From the pictures he looks like his big bro, but with darker hair. They have similar eyes.

Myjob - you made me cry a little...that was very sweet and I hope we get a DC soon too!! In the meantime I'm happy to look as lots and lots of pix of our new bonkers arrivals!! keep those photos coming!

bluestarlavender · 24/11/2008 14:29

Oh and Mandy - I am thinking of you and praying that all goes well tomorrow!!

majormoo · 24/11/2008 14:41

ceebee he is lovely. How are you feeling?

Mandy hope all goes well tomorrow

BSL as MJIM said it is great that you and your DP have such a positive attitude about everything. fingers crossed.

HC you never know-fingers crossed for you too

Juanitad-no update today. Could things be happening?

MJIM glad to hear Naomi is better

Not much to report here-very tired but I am always moaning about that. Got all the baby stuff and Xmas decorations down from the loft yesterday so our house is in chaos.

Heartmum2Jamie · 24/11/2008 15:06

Mandy, just popping on to wish you lots of luck for tomorrow's scan, I am holding you in my thoughts and look forward to reading the good news (have my positive head on, lol!)

Ceebee, another lovely pic! Sam is gorgeous and I am jealous of the amount of sleep you got last night (read on the PN thread!)

I feel terrible that I have no idea what is going on in anyone elses life right now, it is harder than it looks to keep up with things, not because of Zack as such, just life is hectic with not enough hours in the day right now.

I have also added new pics of Zack to my profile, I think I could win an award for having the most pics in my profile, lol! I really want a nice pic of all my boys together but ds2 is firmly in the "I won't smile" phase, very frustrating, but I shall keep trying.

Waves hello to everyone, sends lots of babydust to those who need it, patience dust to those awaiting their babies and lots of love & hugs to those who need it.

Mandy73 · 24/11/2008 15:45

Sam is amazingly cute Ceebee .

Thank you so much for the kind words and thought everyone. It really does mean a lot to me. xx

juanitad · 24/11/2008 16:21

Sorry not to have updated yet today - it's not because anything is happening unfortunately! I still haven't had even so much as a slight twinge!! What is going on?? DH has started his paternity leave today (despite the lack of baby!) so we have spent some quality time together - been shopping and out for lunch, we have had a lovely day, I have been so much less bored and frustrated than when I have been in the house on my own for the last few weeks! My sweep is tomorrow, I am really hoping that will move things along, as I would like to avoid induction if at all possible! I am so loving the new baby pics ceebee and HM2J, you have both got gorgeous sons! So on this thread we are now up to 1 baby girl and 2 baby boys - wonder if I will even things up with a girl, or go with the majority and have a boy?? I really have no inkling whatsoever, no "feeling" as to what it might be. I just hope I find out sometime soon, as I am starting to wonder if this baby might just stay inside until summer comes!

ChocolateEclair · 24/11/2008 18:17

So much to reply to I don't know where to start!

Ceebee - glad you are well and Sam is adorable! So much hair! Josh looks pretty pleased to be a big brother - you have every right to be smitten!

HM2J - I love your pictures! The 4th one down has made me well up it's so lovely. Do you have a special/expensive camera? I would love to be able to take nice pics. Zack is gorgeous

MJIM - so glad that Naomi is back to normal and you can relax! Sorry ds is playing up - I guess that's kids for you!

Juanitad - I can't believe you have no baby yet! Hoping the sweep goes well tomorrow and gets things moving!

Mandy - thinking of you for the scan tomorrow. Is this the final big thing really and then you will feel better that things are ok? Good Luck - fingers and toes crossed (all 20 of each!)

BSL - Sorry to hear about BFN - you are so positive and so strong. I'm very proud of how you and dh are handling everything. You are absolutley right to keep trying naturally and who knows?!?!? You really do deserve a BFP soon!

HC - it's not over til the fat lady sings (or until the witch actually arrives!)

Majormoo - I think you are allowed to be tired! Not too long to go though now!

detox - glad you enjoyed your trip away, and hope either AF or a nice BFP arrives very soon! (preferably a BFP!)

I'm loving the baby pictures - I'm going very gooey! (blame it on the hormones!)I feel like I just want to fast forward the next 18 weeks til I get one of my own! I have put the latest bump pic on profile and the sea near me on Saturday! (crazy!)

Love to all
CE 22+1 xxxxxxxx

Thanks ladies for your lovely comments about Sam - he is gorgeous

HM2J Zack is yummy and those photos are great - are you a professional photographer in disguise?? I wouldn't even know where to start to do those kind of photos!!

CE loving the bump photos! And don't worry - the next 18 weeks will fly past and you will have a lovely bundle of your own!

Juanitad so sorry your baby has not appeared yet! Really hope the sweep does something for you and gets things moving!!

Things seem to be going really well here - although it seems too well Sam has slept pretty much most of the 2 nights we have been home so I am getting lots of sleep aswell which is helping my recovery. Had a lovely day - Josh has behaved really well today and been really loving and caring towards Sam (lots of kissing, head stroking etc) and not really been naughty. I think it is probably because we have had no visitors and he has had me and DH totally focused on him. Sam rarely cries and is happy to be left most of the time in his basket which means we can focus on Josh.

Anyway, I fully expect things to go pear-shaped in the next few days and I will be on here sobbing because Sam has been up all night etc so am making the most of it now

Thinking of you today girls.

hannah-go for it girl and let us know all the gory details.

bluestar-any sign of AF? Don't see how FF gets mine due tomorrow on CD21 as I'll only be DPO 13 and I thought FF worked on AF arriving on DPO 14. We shall see. Cramps still horrendous, feels like pain is more in my left tube than in my bits IYSWIM.

Love to all. Must get on and wrap some Christmas presents.

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for thinking of me and Knax
(I'm holding your hand, can you feel it?!).

Just got home. The uterine artery doppler scan was normal. Placenta is working well, blood flow is good and baby is a good size.
My dodgy biochemistry remains a mystery.
and .
We're absolutely over the moon. Is this really happening??

The head honcho consultant is v interested in the case (blessing in disguise says DH - care really has been excellent) & wanted to do the scan with a number of students. We were 6 people in the room (7 if you count baby)...
He says the good news will give us a lovely window of relaxation up until 34 weeks when he wants to do it all over again. And if baby's not doing well then, he'll basically just get it out.

Now where did I put that credit card?! Finally those MN discount offers will be put to some use. .

Lots of love to everyone, will catch up properly tonight.
xx

Hi Everyone,

Mandy!!! Fab news!! I had a good feeling that all would be fine! I am so happy for you guys!

HC - No sign of AF yet, but then it always comes on exactly 14DPO..so I am expecting it tomorrow. I haven't bothered doing any more tests as it's a waste of money. Anyhow...are you ok?? Have you tested? I think you should, esp. if you are getting pains that feel like they are in your tube. I'm sorry you're in pain!

CE - wow, the weather looks amazing where you are! So wintery. Gorgeous church and great new bump pic!!!

Big waves and hoping for some more good news from Knax later!!!

BSL x

DawnAS · 25/11/2008 15:51

Hey all,

Mandy, brilliant news for the scan, so glad that everything went well!!

Knax, hoping things went as well for you hun!!

Well, I had my 12 week scan this morning and was dated as 11w 6days. Thought I was 11w and 5 days so very close. Now EDD is 10th June.

Baby was VERY active. Lots of waving hands, kicking legs and he was very co-operative!! Had three scan pictures and could see so much. We've got a lovely profile of the face and can see the nose, mouth, eye sockets, it was just amazing.

DH was so excited afterwards that as soon as we got back to the car, he phoned his Dad to tell him the news.

So we're happy and relieved this evening.

Hope everyone else is having a good day!!

xx
