Oh BB I'm so sorry.
I second what HC said.

Hugs to you and everyone else.

PS: Dawn re movement - I would not worry one iota. I had regular but small 'bubbly' movement from w 16 but then my placenta is at the back. If yours is at the front (or even if it isn't) it's very normal if you haven't felt much yet.
My baby is v sleepy when I sit around all quiet working in the day too. It gets active 10 mins after I've eaten and in the evening when DH comes home (we call it Happy Hour ).
You could always try and drink a large glass of ice water and then put a ringing alarm clock to your belly, but that method always struck me as slightly mean.

You'll feel more movement than you ever thought possible in no-time - enjoy the peace for now!

BB Hope your head is'nt mashed and your both feeling ok xx Im sure you'll do the right thing and everything will be ok {{send ya love}}

Im well cheesed off !! AF didnt arrive as body predicted, all pain and no show !! CD6 now, 4th day since AF decided to stop, might have to give this cycle a miss plus DH in so much pain with his hip he is taking codiene which i dont think will do his troops much good {{very sad, wanna cry}}

Gotta go to work

Much love

D xx

HumphreysCorner · 18/01/2009 12:17

*Dawni-I wouldn't count CD1 until AF has started properly or your cycle will be messed up.

Hope all OK. I feel off colour again, most likely how Emma felt last week when I made her go to school.

Laters.

At this rate I don't think so! Did have some strange feelings yesterday and have been very weepy today, but 38 +3 and still waiting! Had dd at 40 +6 if that is anything to go by.

Hope you are feeling slightly better HC.

Dawni - HC is right wait until the start of AF to start cd1 otherwise you won't know where you are!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Hi ladies

MJIM Hope Naomi is better soon {{{lots of hugs for naomi}}}

HC & BELLIE Do you really think i should'nt count from my first bleed ?? Ive always counted it as cd1 then sometimes it will go away after a day and not come back till maybe a week later or once it was twelve days !!! It was the longest bloody cycle of my life !! Has this happened to either of you's ?

Work was very tiring today and im all emotional, i keep bawling at anything at least im off tomorrow and dont have to be up with an alarm, there will be no lie-in as DS is like a baby elephant getting ready for school !!

One of my clients will be away a little longer so dont have to start work until 7am again, its been great this last week having extra half hour in bed.

Hope everyone is ok

Going to make tea....laters

D xx

HumphreysCorner · 18/01/2009 19:30

Dawni-most of my cycles start then stop so I only start counting when it starts properly. Does make your cycle longer than normal.

Cooked leek, potato and onion soup for lunch and Shepherds Pie for tea and the darling girls wouldn't touch any of it. Didn't feel too well and could easily of not bothered but trying to do home cooking but they no like.

Dawni · 18/01/2009 20:10

Thanks HC that makes me feel so much better, ive even been the docs worrying over it before !!!!

Shame about the girls not wanting what you cooked, sounds lovely ... I made chicken stuffed with bacon and garlic, wrapped in cheese and bacon with curly fries (yummy)

Watching dancing on ice

Bye for now

D xx

HumphreysCorner · 18/01/2009 20:24

The Ice Dancing is good isn't it? Bought curly fries once and they wouldn't eat them either.

Dawni · 18/01/2009 20:34

Are the girls fussy with what they like, now Michael is older he will eat just about anything i make, but going back when he was between 6 and 12 he got fussy....he loves lasagne, cumberland saus and mash and chicken cooked any which way it comes and casseroles etc.

You have made me feel so much better HC I am gonna scrub off whats in my diary and start again when AF comes in ernest

Going to watch the new 2 part programme on bbc1 at 9, looks good !

Much love

D xx

HumphreysCorner · 18/01/2009 20:39

The girls would eat chips all day and every day but I will only give them oven chips on a Friday as a treat. The eldest at 5 is better than she used to be so a long way to go with my 2 year old.

I want to watch the drama at 9pm but the dancing results are on the other side so will download it on BBC I player and watch on Tuesday.

Nothing worse than waiting for AF to start properly. Just as you get over the disappointment you then have to wait even longer to get back in the saddle!

Evening

MJIM sending {{{hugs}}} to you and Naomi - hope she is ok and getting better

HC I completely sympathise about Em and Soph's eating - Josh is exactly the same! Me and DH tend to eat late so I make a special effort on Sundays to cook a proper tea and we eat at 6 together (today was a pork/tomato casserole and rice) - whatever I cook, Josh will not touch - it has become a running joke in this house now! But he would eat curly fries until the cows came home

Dawni what job do you do?? I take it you work shifts as you always seem to post at funny hours before going to work.

Had a bad day today - Josh has been in a 'contrary' mood since the minute he got out of bed - everything has been 'no' all day and he has been particularly naughty - the worst thing he did was bite Sam's hand so hard it left 2 nasty scratches on it So frustrating as he is normally not naughty as such - just hard work in that he is hyperactive and will not sit still for 10 seconds. But he has been really snotty and threw up a lot after dinner (which he hadn't eaten ) so I don't know if he is ill and that is why he has been such a pain today I know that the biting was not malicious towards Sam, just him being naughty - I know he does love Sam and is always wanting to hold him, kiss him etc and I don't think there is any resentment towards him (or maybe I am being naive).

Bellie no news?? Just adding myself to the list of people hassling you

Sorry for the me me me post

HumphreysCorner · 18/01/2009 21:18

Ceebee-Emma has been known to make herself sick. Especially when Sophie was born and being a very sicky baby she got alot of attention (cleaning up mostly) so am wondering if Josh could be doing that.

Dawni · 18/01/2009 22:09

Hi Ceebee Im a home carer in a town 9 miles away, work early mornings till after lunch most of the time. Im sure Josh wouldnt mean to hurt sam, its often attention.....hard work though and frustrating too, but children are'nt nasty, hope they are ok xx

HC that programme Hunter was really good, you must watch it xx

Going to watch celeb BB now, recorded it

Much love

Dawni · 19/01/2009 09:29

Gonna spend the day on the sofa with a blanket and just do light housework when i feel like it,

Morning all on this extremely wet day.

Dawni-am downloading episode 1 of Hunter right now.

DPO 11 and a slight temp rise so getting all excited but bet you I am back on here tomorrow sobbing that my temp has dipped. Anyway, not long until AF is due.

Have a good day ladies.

HC

detoxdiva · 19/01/2009 09:48

Morning all - wet down here too

HC - ooooh, fingers crossed that your temp stays high...am sending positive baby vibes your way.

Dawni - af is here again....howlong are your cycles as it seems af has come round really quickly again for you. My cycles are so long that I can't imagine the frustration you are feeling - although as long as you are ov'ing each cycle, there's more opp to conceive I suppose (glass always half full here )

MJIM - Hoping Naomi is better this morning.

Ceebee - hope Sam's hand is ok toady and that Josh is feeling a bit less snotty today. I am sure it was a one off - like you said he loves his brother, but they work out really quickly how to best get our attention don't they??

Bellie - wishing you a relaxing couple of weeks before the big day

So am 7+3 today - and have had sore (.)(.) for the past 2 days...my first pg symptom. Feels odd to feel sooo different from last time, but also felt no different with dd so am taking hope from that. Scan is next Tues...only another 7 days [impatient foot tapping emoticon]

MrsPuddleduck · 19/01/2009 10:34

Morning all.

I am feeling really positive today as I can officially ttc after Wednesday! Way!!!

Dawni - sorry Af got you. I'll call around and slap her for upseting my cycle buddy! Didn't know you are in Cumbria - we are off to the Penrith Center Parcs on Friday. For some reason I am acting like we are off to the North Pole (packing thermals etc). Southerners eh?

BB - sorry you are so down - hope you are feeling a bit better. I would definitely try the IVF - you will always regret it if you don't.

HC - so they were hairstraighteners! I thought they were boots Fingers crossed for the continued rise in your temp!

MJIM - hope Naomi is better today.

Ceebee - sounds like normal behaviour to me. Sibling rivalry is inevitible (you should come around here and see my two when they get going!).

Hi to everyone else!!

HumphreysCorner · 19/01/2009 10:59

I have never known a woman with less willpower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HumphreysCorner · 19/01/2009 11:12

Thing is AF not due until Thursday so I have broken my rule of no early testing and AF could still come. Heartburn, nausea and cramps are so bad though that I tried a little Ebay test which was very feint then used Heartmum's digital.

At least it is taking my mind off my Ebay scam (a little bit anyway)
