Did First Response last night and that came up BFP really quickly and clearly, so looks like there really is a potential bean in there Can't take it in really - and am obvioulsy in denial as I went and had steak last night - rare.... hope I've not ruined it all...

Told dp last night and I got a peck on the cheek then he went back to Doctor Who. Guess he feels it's not worth getting too excited about it yet. And he's right. I have decided to think in small milestones - first one is to get past AF date. Then I'll think about the next.

By the time I did the OPK the line was already quite faint and didn't get darker at all so must start testing earlier next month [reminds self].

Off to mother & toddler group this morning - am hoping it doesn't rain as I'm going to walk and there's no undercover buggy park. This will do doubt guarantee it pours down! Think of me!!!!!!! Those TTC #1 you have all this to come! Leaving the house is often akin to a military operation!

hopefully you just missed the actual surge and not ovulation polkadot. your big #3 is coming up so fingers crossed for you that this is it! yes, i know exactly what you mean about leaving the house with a little one. i aim for a time that is about 15 minutes ahead of the actual time i need to leave as i know i will surpass it! the rain covers for buggies are great, but what about the poor person pushing the buggy?

packing, hmm, funny you should mention that biccy b/c i haven't packed a thing! oops. it just seems light years away still-instead of 12 days. so many things going on during these last two weeks that i haven't even started to think about it as i'll start crying! i'm trying to see friends and dh's family as much as pos.....besides, most of the stuff we're bringing we use day-to-day so will definitely be very hectic the day before we leave! we're only allowed two suitcases so i have to be very brutal as to what i can bring for ds and myself. sigh i'll think about it next week

My pok today was slightly darker again, yesterday the line was really faint. I haven't had a positive result yet according to the instructions. CD14 today, bd scheduled tonight

Thanks polka, I hope so too! I got my positive OPK in CD15 so I think I ov on cd 16-17. When I did a month of temping ages ago that showed I ov'd on CD17 too so that must be pretty normal for me

We've got to BD again tonight then one night off then once again. Does anyone know what you do after that? It says to just 'stop', does that mean no more BD till AF due?

Just did another test and BFN AGAIN! I am only using crappy tests which came with OPK from eBay... maybe they are no good?

I have a feeling if I fork out for "proper" test AF will arrive !!!

Will wait until tomorrow to decide on further action.

Hey guys, really sorry I've been AWOL lately. Been super busy with trying to say goodbye to friends and family here as I'm moving in 5 days!

God, how so very annoying Polka!!! I hate when AF doesn't show and you keep getting negatives. I had the same thing with the last cycle and it was doing my head in. Fingers crossed for you that it's just a late implantation! I agree with Dairy-probably just wait a few more days (as if you haven't waited enough already, huh?) and then test again.

Ooh, Dairy, in the 2ww now! I reeeeeeally hope this is your month! Fingers and toes crossed for you as you really deserve another little cutie!

So far, I have absolutely no idea where I'm at in my cycle-which is probably good b/c it's one less thing to worry about atm. I think I haven't ovl'd yet.... but praying that I do before I leave as I won't being seeing dh for at least 6 weeks . If this month isn't the month then I'm really hoping all the making up we'll be doing in July will be a good result!
