BellaHarry · 20/11/2008 15:02

Yay! What details stats etc? How do I link my ff chart, I do have one! x

BellaHarry · 20/11/2008 15:56

www.fertilityfriend.com/ttc/index.php

Is this what you mean Fruity? Notice how I thought I ovulated a week ago aswell...very strange? Will def have to start using OPK if not successful this cycle!

FruitynNutty · 20/11/2008 17:12

Nah that doesn't work BellaHarry
You need to go to "Sharing" then "home page set up" then where it says "Your Charting Home Page Web Address:" at the top you'll see your own web address to your chart. copy and paste that
If you put at the beginning of the link and at the end it will hyperlink it so we just need to click it.

You see our list on the previous page. Just copy and paste it and add your details. ie: What CD (cycle day) you're on, you're ttc number 1 and how many cycles you've been ttc.

MollieMooma · 20/11/2008 18:58

BellaHarry Welcome, I hope Fruity has told you only nice things about us
Will look forward to "talking" to you
Kate Thank you so much for your wonderful words of wisdom oh wise one! Seriously though thanks for making me feel nearly "normal". I am applying for more counselling sessions through work but it's a 9 page epic to complete and I keep putting it off, but I promise to do it this weekend as I think more sessions would help.
Fruity Love the bump, you can have some of my (.)(.) if you want hun

I text this to Sparkly & EI and as I don't have anyone elses number I have to share this on here as I think it's hilarious and brought a big smile to my face today.

Thought for the day: Some people are like slinkies, not really good for anything but they a bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs [ grin]

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 20/11/2008 19:08

Evening

DH giving the girls a bath, so though I'd pop on quickly.

Mollie Kate has summed up what I was going to say very nicely. So won't repeat it all. But just wanted to say that grief does have a way of rearing it's ugly head and kicking you on the bum. Please allow yourself to feel what want. Don't be dicated by what you think you should do. Or be worried about what people think of you. Unless you've beent hru a situation like your's there's no way of being all to empathise. Also, just make sure that you talk about how you're feeling. We're all here. We're not bored. And you don't sound like a broken record. Now for god's sake, pour a glass of wine, put on a chick flick and crack open a huge bar of chocolate. And just weep. Sometimes a good cry does you the world of good.

Ei Really sorry that TEW got you. Not going to say anything else, cos it just sounds cliched and smug given my situation at the moment. So, will just quietly keep fingers crossed.

Sparkly Wow, your DD is a star. Do you feel sleep drunk? And was the park nice? Lovely day for the swings. And let us know if anything occurs! Fingers crossed for you too hon.

Fruity Cor, Looks like it could be a bumper Christmas for you, really hope they throw some cash your way. Coffee on you next time chick! And yep, symptoms really kicking in. MS bad today. Thought I was going to puke over toes in Libs Little Gym class today. It's all good though!

TeeHee What's a salt pig?

Hello Kate, Mibbes and Cricri. Sorry, got to go and read with Mollie. Famous Five tonight. Brings back memories!xxxxxxxx

FruitynNutty · 20/11/2008 19:24

this is a salt pig Hasn't everyone got one of these?

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 20/11/2008 20:31

Ah. Thanks Fruity. Was wondering whether it was some weird butchering jargon for whole pig in salt!!!!!!

BellaHarry Forgot to say hello and welcome. It's lovely in here. Very warm and snug, with unlimited 24 hour access to cakes, chocolate and comfort food!

SparklyPseudonym · 20/11/2008 20:58

Evening all,
DP is out tonight so I'm eating alone (well alongside MN so it's not so bad). He's away tomorrow night too for a birthday party .
Firstly hello to Bella - hope you don't have to wait too long for a BFP. How do you and Fruity know each other?
Fruity Is that really a salt pig?! Why not just use a cellar teehee? I was expecting your bump to be much bigger. It really suits you - mine went out and looked alien-like but you seem to have the right length body to house a baba.
HTGG Have been feeling knackered all day because of too much sleep. Am thrilled that your MS is kicking in (in the nicest poss way).
Mollie How is your knee missy? Have been thinking of you xxx
Kate Am hoping to see a lovely temp from you tomorrow. Think mine will fall even more. Haven't had any pre-af spotting so hopefully I'll have a real bleed from the start...my first cycle post m/c was about 33 days (I think) so I've gone over that now.

OH MY GOD - JUST TYPED A HUGE POST all that and my comp shut down. Luckily I restored my session in firefox!

OP posts:
HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 20/11/2008 21:02

Guy's if you want to choke on your tongue laughing, go read the work place gaffs thread on the home page. It literally made me cry laughing. Look for one on the first page about, 'mine's a ginger muffin'. Honestly, I haven't laughed so much in years. It's a classic.

kate2179 · 20/11/2008 22:24

Evening ladies! And hello to Bella!

Guess what?
No, I haven't bagged myself a BFP, but I have got TAKE THAT TICKETS!!!!! For 1st July next year! My friend called me earlier and asked if I'd like to go cos she could get tickets on Ticket Master. Would I like to go? Errr YEAH!! Don't really believe it though Apparently we have standing only tickets for Wembley, and we're both planning on being pretty heavily pg by then () so not sure how that will work out, but who cares?

Right then. Can I please apologise in advance for the crazy madwoman who is about to take over my computer.... Here she comes...

After honestly doing really well not obsessing about whether we've managed to strike it lucky this time round, I'm now finding it REALLY hard. The urge to test is almost overwhelming... Help me?!? I think holding out false hope would be worse than a BFN (although a BFN probably wouldn't stop me holding out false hope til TEW arrived)But on the other hand I want to do things "properly" this time since I haven't the other 2 times and look how that ended up... Aaarrrggghhh. I'll be 11DPO tomoz, which is when I got my BFP last time (testing mid afternoon). The plan is to wait til saturday morning and use FMU as if AF is on her way my temp may well drop on saturday anyway. I just wish I could escape from my head for a bit! DH wants to go to the pub tomorrow night with some friends, and I really don't want to drink if I may be pg (have totally gone off it anyway, but suspect that's purely psychosomatic) (sp?) But I could always just sit on a spritzer I suppose.... They'd def notice though...

See Mollie, this is what proper me-me-me broken record style ranting moaning posting looks like! Sorry all I need you to try to keep me sane. Please. I'm not doing a very good job by myself! (Understatement of the year!)

PS my bathroom cabinet currently contains (amongst other things, I'm not that mad ):
2 Tesco own brand tests
1 CBD
1 CBD plus conception indicator free from that MN trial a few months ago......

Heeeeeeeelp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

MollieMooma · 20/11/2008 23:28

Kate Post me the tests!!! You know you will test tomorrow, and I know that because I would We can't help being obsessive compulsive poas raving lunatics, it's in our genes There is absolutely nothing any of us can say to stop you, if you want to test you will. I would be the same about drinking, I get a headache and I turn into a burning martyr and refuse all medication "just in case"
Sorry I can't give you any words of wisdom like you gave me, but you'd just ignore them and test anyway

BellaHarry · 21/11/2008 10:16

Hello! Thank you for being so welcoming!

Kate I'm very very , I loved Take That. Thought I would marry Mark Owen one day, ahhhh. Actually, he hasn't aged very well. I've taken a bit of a shine to Howard lately
As for testing, like Mollie, I have no words of wisdom for you either I'm afraid. I would want to test, then keep testing until I got a BFP or AF - can you imagine how many tests I got through with my cycles? Should have put all that money away for the baby! I'd be rich by now

Georgie I'll have a read in a bit. Need a chuckle after the morning I've had with DS angry] He suddenly wants me to do everything for him, things he is more than capable of doing himself like taking his shoes off. He won't even let anyone else do it and shouts and screams until I do it - I might brain him by the end of the day
I reckon it's something to do with the baby. He's realised he won't be top dog anymore.

Ah well, I had better learn some calm breathing strategy or something and let it pass me by. I can be so patient with other people's children but certainly not mine!

kate2179 · 21/11/2008 13:43

Well a fat lot of help you lot turned out to be!

You'll be shocked impressed to know I haven't tested (yet). [sticks out tongue] I realised after I posted last night that I must have seemed even more obsessive than I really am, in my defence I haven't bought any of the tests this time round, they're all from last time apart from the one MN sent me. Hmmmm.... do you think that means MN wants me to test...??

Temp dropped a bit this morning from 37.04 to 37.0 I had to take it at 6am again & I'm not sure if that drop is significant or not... I guess time/a little white stick will tell...

Now I need something to ditract me til bed time... Maybe I'll start by putting the list back in order. Loving your efforts at posting your chart Bellaharry - you make my efforts look pretty good!

BellaHarry You can't give up that easily!!
Kate Sorry we're so pants but other than getting on the train and tying you up there's isn't much we can do I am very impressed that you haven't tested yet, you go girl but please confess if you give in! I forgot to say that I am very very of your Take That tickets, can I come please Don't forget they are on X Factor this weekend

Had a lovely day so far, FIL came round for coffee (well that wasn't the good bit) but Mum came back off holiday so she took me to her place for lunch, I set up her laptop she's got for Xmas (which I'm on now) played on Dad's PSP which he also got for Xmas (we don't wait for Christmas in our house ) all the time being waited on hand foot and finger, bliss!
I think I forgot to confess that my DH bought my Xmas pressie last weekend and I've had it already I've got a Nintendo DS and can't put it down! I'm so sad

kate2179 · 21/11/2008 15:39

Right then Mollie - 11dpo today, CD29, AF due sunday, when should I test? Now?!?

kate2179 · 21/11/2008 15:45

PS Glad you've been having a nice day, you deserve it! Thank you for the X Factor tip off - hope it doesn't clash with Strictly though! Think I'm the only Strictly addict on this thread?

SparklyPseudonym · 21/11/2008 16:48

Hello all,
Quiet in here today!!
Have had a lovely day. DP met me from uni with flowers (I thought he was in work but he had an inset which finished v early) and then he took me out for lunch. I asked him what he was feeling guilty about...he'd only gone and told me the wrong weekend for going away with his mates...he was meant to go tonight so I hadn't made any plans for my birthday because I'd have to look after L. I forgive him though...I'm not cancelling the girls coming over tonight though .
Temp dropped again this morning to 36.68 so it keeps falling. AF should show tomorrow.
HTGG Loved that gaffs thread. Cracked me up.

What's the news with everyone else?

OP posts:
SparklyPseudonym · 21/11/2008 16:56

Hmmm my comp has only just shown me the new messages....how odd
Mollie Glad you've had a fab day. Sounds v relaxing. I want a DS but DP said no - I bought a wii and didn't use it after we'd set it up. DP bought me some ipod speakers as a small bday pressie - i found them and have been using them.
Kate I've got TakeThat tickets too but for Cardiff. There's loads of us going and I can't wait. You're doing really well on not testing and your temp drop is hardly a temp drop at all. Wait until tomorrow if you can...I'm keeping everything crossed for you.
Fruity Has DP been behaving himself this pm?
Bella What year do you teach? I'm on my final teaching prac in reception.

OP posts:
kate2179 · 21/11/2008 18:04

Too late Sparkly!

BFN with a 1st Response

Large glass of white wine with crisps and hummus

Will have to see what temp does tomorrow, but this is obv not a great sign!

Off to the pub tonight though, which will cock up my temp anyway... Not sure about that... Oh well!

Have a lovely evening one and all
