felt bit periody earlier so not holding my breath.

still this was 1st official month after getting 1st period since lo, (17 mths) was born, that would just be very jammy would it not?

I posted a little while ago, but have been watching the thread - lots of BFP's - fab news and congrats to all you lucky ones.

We're trying for baby no.2. I'm pretty sure i ovulated a few days ago. I haven't tested with sticks, but had the familiar pain in my side. Hope we've BDed at the right time, but has been trickier second time round with 8 month old DS making frequent visits to our bed - he is teething though so i'll forgive him! Determined not to test till 4th November as I think that's around two weeks since I ov'd, but may crack before then... may the BFP's continue!

Hi guys, haven't posted for a while, tryingt to obsess and have been surprisingly relaxed and seem to have this overwhelming peacfulness and acceptance of what will be will be! Sorry if I appear to have turned into a hippy overnight!!!

Thrush has cleared up now, on CD 31 but cycle length can be anywhere between 28-31. Did a test Monday which was BFN but not too worried as this happened with DS1. Has anyone ever experienced excessive burping as an early sypmtom?

Hi liahgen, I actually don't feel tempted at all. I find BFNs so soul destroying and because my cycles can be so long I am just happy to wait and see what happens. Going to wait until at least the start of next week I think.

Thank you yellowflower and don't worry take it easy you'll get there hopefully, ohh dear I know what you going through ask me I've been feeling that for months and now my sister inlow is prparing to give birth next month she's kipping buying the nursery and inviting me to go with here imagen that. thanks for alteration. Not sure how fertility friend works tbh, I typed in lmp and it came up with this. Also put my fertile days at 3 days earlier than my opk, so maybe we didn't even have timing right this month.

Bugger, I am so impatient.

Have changed mine as i'm on cd 25 today not 24. So tempted to use the one early first response i have upstairs.

this morning got bfn with tesco cheapie fmu, was sure felt af terrible cramps down below, irritable and teary -got to work went to do a knicker chec and there was a brownish red stain in them, not had anything like it before and thought it was af starting, wiped it was mucussy (is that a word?? so put a towel into till af got going. was sure i could feel it all morning so cried to dh on phone, cried at my desk and was literally heartbroken. then got a call from my friend who has same cycle as me and also ttc this month, she was sure af coming but nothing and always has it first thing. we chatted and she went to get a test at 11ish VERY soon later she called me to say she had a bfp! i was so so happy for her she was so shocked and so happy but deep down i was falling apat - tears came i was gutted i just couldnt and still dont understand why i havent got a bfp - we did exactly the same, in fact i bd a lot lot more!! anyway went to change pad and there was nothing!! not a drop or a splurge!! awful cramps but no af, what i thought was af was just lots of cm! TMI WARNING - there is loads of it!! so at lunch i went to get a cb test - not digital and peed away - hadnt had that much to drink and got another bfp?? was so mad at myself cos was sure deep down that af was coming but hanging on to a hope that stain this morning was actually implantation bleeding. carried on to this afternoon and on another trip to loo to find no af i managed to go to loo, constipation for 2 days now and i managed to let a bit of it go - PAIN has gone>!>!>! ??? dont feel like af coming any more, something very wrong with boobs and have a banging headache and feel sick. WHAT IS GOING ON?????? still no af?? i do think headache and sickness may be all emotions im feeling but i have continued to cry over anything all day, im never this emotional! i no i am hanging on to a huge hope here but do i stand a chance this month??

Doesn't that mean it probably was implantation bleeding? Or did you mean to type BFN?

I just gave in and went and did the early FR test, was a BFN but I'm still living in hope.

wishing - hang in there, I got a bfn on CD 27 with DS and i've got a 28 day cycle. I used a cheapie test as we were on our way to a wedding and had to stop off to pick one up on the way. Anyway left it a week and by then had full on nausea, and a bfp! keeping fingers crossed for you.x
I've realised that the metallic taste is down to the pregnacare i've been taking since monday that's got iron in it. (doh!). no other symptoms for me yet. It's going to be a long week.

what are everyones opinions on the cheapy tests? the two negatives i have had this month are ASDA's own,i just dont know whether to test again or not so confused......do i wait, buy cheapy tests or buy an all singing all dancing CB digital?

I reckon cheapy fine as my cheapies all been correct but all negative.
