Hello my lovlies.

Fruity Yippppeeeeee for you and your wee bean. A mini fruitloop in the making!

Mollie Shall we be Skinny Cow buddies? Could happily demolish whole tub of the Mintal ice cream.

Kate Good luck with the wedding hon. What a nightmare. Mind you, it might all be fine if the tent gets blown away and you have to sit in your room polishing off the wedding champagne !

Sparkly Am clutching the Pre Seed in my sweaty mitt. I got pg last year using it and am hoping for same result this month!

DH just reading DD2 some stories and then I'm getting napalmed again . HUGE LH surge again and I really think I could be OV-ing a duck egg this month . Bloody sore. Am not complaining though. Honest!

DH taking me away to stay at the Berkley Hotel in London tomorrow night and off for supper somehwere swanky to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I'm taking him to see Guy Ritchies new movie on Sat (might throw a pizza in as well if he's lucky!) as my parents got the girls til Sat tea time so will make most of child free time. Slight imbalance here me thinks, but thats what he wanted to do. So if I don't catch up with you chicks tom, have a lovely weekend and I'll catch you on the flip side. xxxx

Just a quickie to say I'm so pleased Fruity that all went well. Lovely pic
Will catch up properly tomorrow x

FruitynNutty · 05/09/2008 09:19

Morning everyone

Thanks for all your messages. I can't stop looking at the pics

How is everyone today? Who's on the 2WW? Who's testing soon?

FruitynNutty · 05/09/2008 09:20

Have you all stopped temping????

Can we have an update of charts?

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 05/09/2008 09:26

Morning Fruity. Quiet morning here as Mollie at school and Libby at nursery. Phew. peace and quiet. Gonna whizz round the house and do quick tidy up then off to centre Court for a trip round the shops. Not that I have any momney, but isn't that why god invented credit cards?!

Think I might be on the 2ww now as OV pains are less than yesterday. DH and I have given it our best shot this month so we'll see how it goes.

Had a look at your scan pic. Ahhhhhh, so lovely to see the wee Fruit Loop in all of his/her glory. So pleased for you. xxxxxxx

Hope everyone else has a great weekend. Kate will be thinking of you gritting your teeth with glass of champagne held tightly in your hand to get you thru nightmare wedding!

Will let you all know what Rock N Rolla is like. has got some good reviews. Am sure it's just another re-hash of Lock Stock. But then I do love a Guy Ritchie flick if only for the lovely assortment of rough geezers!!!

xxxxxxxxxxxx to everyone. And hey, not long til our coffee morning

FruitynNutty · 05/09/2008 09:40

I wanna go to Centre Court

I'm going to Southside tomorrow to check out Hennes Maternity for a party tomorrow night. Or maybe I'll just buy a normal but baggy dress. I'd like a baby doll style dress with long sleeves I can wear with dark black tights. I might check out the Hennes website now. Kids playing happily

FruitynNutty · 05/09/2008 09:47

What do you think of this dress?

FruitynNutty · 05/09/2008 09:48

That's weird, I've just clicked on that link and it's sent you to a completely different page. I'll try again....
www.hm.com/gb/#/season2008w34/

FruitynNutty · 05/09/2008 09:58

Oh I give up. That website is awful. Can't find any of their clothes. They seem to only have samples of the new season, very odd

NarkySparkly · 05/09/2008 10:03

Morning ladies,
Have tried to update the list but I think it might be a bit out - can your update stats if they are wrong please?
This weather is so miserable . I need some sun.

Fruity I bet you're on the count down to the next scan already...are you going to find out the sex?
HTGG Sounds like you're going to have a great weekend!! Hope the pre-seed does the trick. Happy shopping.
Ei How is your temp today? Any signs of ovulation?
Mollie Are you back at work today my lovely?
Emmsy Where are you? Hope you're ok xxx

I'm on my 2nd glass of wine with no dinner so let that be a warning to you all
Fruity, big congrats on your scan, so pleased that it went well for you. And for what it's worth, I loved H&M and DP for maternity clothes with dd1 and dd2. They were by far the most reasonable but still fashionable and they last, they are in a bag here, the other side of the world, waiting for me to stay pregnant again, having been leant twice to a friend as well
George, of you going to CentreCourt, I haven't been there since 2006 but bet it hasn't changed much. Hope we both caught the egg this month
Hi to everyone else, sorry I can't remember the last 3 pages of posts, have had constant interruptions and then the computer froze, so that's the end of my memory
Hope you all have a lovely weekend planned

Emmsy1 · 06/09/2008 13:49

hello girls, just popping in to let you know that all is well with me, just haven't laptop in my bedroon since Monday or Tuesday, boys keep pinching it on me. Paid Mr Petrie £180 for his car to be put right, he seemed really nice, then pram was delivered on Tuesday afternoon, it is so gorgeous, had fun trying to put it all together, think it looks nicer than when it was on display in shop, really like the deep red colour too, just waiting for my car seat to arrive now, and baby of course!
Children went back to school on Thursday and they seem to be settling well into their new classes. Little one starts prescool this thursday for 2 & 1/2 hrs per morning. Will be strange having a few hours free in the morning for a few weeks. Taking Neil back to 'Butlins' on Monday pm so hope the weather is ok rain has been really heavy here, garden totally waterlogged.Next MW appt will be 15th Sep, assuming all well as still haven't heard about wee results.fruity really pleased all well with you, picture looks so good, its very clear XX
don't worry if I'm not on for a while, you girls will be just fine, I need to get the house cleaned properly before baby comes and starting to feel really tired again now, hope to speak soon, take care Deb XXXXXX

cricri · 06/09/2008 20:01

Emmsy You look after yourself and use the time you've got to yourself to put your feet up Not long to go now - it is exciting when the baby stuff starts arriving isn't it? We ordered our cot this week and it's arriving on Tuesday! It's going to have to stay flat-packed though because the baby's room is nowhere near ready
Scully Hope you had a fantastic time on the Gold Coast with your old friend. I bet the weather was better than here- not difficult at the moment! Fortunately we seem to have escaped the worst of it over here in East Anglia.
Sparkly I hope you haven't been washed away. I saw on the news last night that Wales had been badly hit by the torrential rain and flooding.
Ei Fingers crossed something happens for you soon. I can understand your frustration
HTGG Hope you are having a wonderful weekend and look forward to hearing all about it
It's an intensive ante-natal weekend for me and DH - NHS "parentcraft" class for most of today and another NCT full day tomorrow. Oh well, best to be prepared
Hope everybody else is OK.

piper84 · 07/09/2008 11:00

Hello lovely ladies

just a quick post, will catch up properly later, well AF finally arrived........... CD 2 for me, just glad to be honest to have an end to this 2ww, have to go mondello today, DH is in time trials today, will chat later xx

mibbes · 07/09/2008 12:04

piper so sorry she got you hun xx The only cure is a big glass of wine and lots of chocolate

cricri let me know how the classes go, we have signed up for NCT intensive course which starts at the end of the month.

cricri · 07/09/2008 19:06

Piper Sorry AF got you Hope you had a good day today though.
Mibbes I would definitely recommend NCT classes. Our teacher was great and I've found the whole course very informative. We've also done an intensive course - 2 whole Sundays and a 2h evening session which has worked out well as you get to know people better over the course of a day, especially if you chat over lunch and during breaks. I also think we've been lucky and have a very nice group of people, which helps. DH has found it helpful to chat to other new dads-to-be too. We're already planning meet-ups in the run-up to the births and afterwards which is nice. I really hope you enjoy your classes as much as we have - I'm sure you will as everybody I know who has done them has found them useful, both for the actual material covered during the course and because of the people you meet.
Hope everybody else is OK - is it ever going to stop raining though? I'm sure we've had a months' worth of rain today!

af due any due this week really, tomorrow if my cycle is 28days, later if it's a longer cycle. Given last cycle managing to drag itself out to 34days, certainly not paying much attention to anything before the weekend

FruitynNutty · 08/09/2008 08:29

Morning everyone

DP is taking the laptop to work again today

Piper sorry about AF Huge luck for this cycle!

Scully it's extremely annoying not knowing how long your cycle is going to be. I'm so relieved not to have a 40/60/100 day cycle for another few months - it was hell!
If I can manage to catch the egg then anyone can! Best of luck to you for this cycle, when can you test?

Hi all,
Just a quick one from me - I updated the list last week so I've put the bottom half of the back a week.
We were on flood warning on Friday which was slightly worrying but we're been dropped to flood watch now..hoping that's where we'll stay.
Sorry I haven't been around much - we've had people staying for DD's christening yday. Had someone taking photographs so I'll upload some when I get them back.
Will catch up later - have lots to do today. xx

OOohh Sparkly I completely forgot about your DD's christening! I'd love to know how it all went! I can't wait to see the pictures Was DD a good girl?

Did anyone guess about your pregnancy?

Yarnie · 08/09/2008 09:35

Piper. Bloody AF. I'm really sorry she found you. Is your DH a petrolhead? My step father is and my mum spends half her life at tracks around the country! He races motorbikes and his Caterham.

Glad to hear you haven't been flooded out Sparkly. Looking forward to seeing the pics of your DD's christening

Scully I hope AF doesn't show at all! Or if it must - sooner rather than later so you can crack on.

I was considering NCT ante-natal classes, Cricri and Mibbes but I've booked on to the course at Queen Charlotte's after good reports. Hope I made the right decision . I might join NCT anyway, so I can check out the nearly new sales, etc.

I have my scan at 9.40am tomorrow. All excitement has been replaced by anxiety. I wonder whether I'll sleep at all?!

Hope everyone else is feeling well and that you get a break in the abysmal weather we've been having.
