Can I have some too?? Just had a major cm of nearly black colour (vvvvv dark brown) am trying not to get worried as midwife says that brown is better. If continues tomorrow will ring the midwife.

Oh dear, what is happening here? Bellie, Dawn and Mandy-so worried about you all. Hope you all get to have a scan to put your minds at rest. Sending virtual hugs to you all. {{hugs}}

Hey belgianbun-DH doesn't ever get me anything for my anniversary and we never go out for a meal. Been married 7 years this August-think I have the 7 year itch thing.

detoxdiva-after AF your temp will be very up and down (mine was 36.17 this morning-the lowest ever) I am going to start my OPK's tonight but 'tis v. early to have a line. Keep testing tomorrow night and the next. The problem with temp taking is that you only find out OV day until the day after when you get a temp rise. I would recommend BDing tonight and every other day as there is obviously a surge present so you may OV in 24/48 hours. Hopefully your line will be stronger tomorrow and they aren't +ive unless the line is very strong. (Mine is never as dark as the control line.) After OV your temp will rocket for a few days then hopefully have a dip between day 7 and 10 then rocket again and stay high.

Heartmum-thank you so much for the tests. Am chuffed that I have real life baby dust on them.

Love to all and I'll check back on our 3 ladies tomorrow.

Hey Mandy and Bellie,

I can't believe we're all in the same situation!!

Mine has been going from very dark brown and then going to slightly red, but it's so light that I'm literally still just wearing a panty liner. Also still no pain at all and it's been 37 hours since it started.

Surely if it was an MC something else would have happened by now?!! Wouldn't I be feeling some sort of pain. Also I'm going hours (virtually the whole day from 11am until about 8.00pm tonight) showing hardly anything, then started again tonight, but just spots. Boobs are still very sore and weeing loads (but don't know if that's more down to nerves...)

I'm hopefully having my scan tomorrow morning. I've got to phone the doctor first thing.

Can I just ask (Mandy asking this for you too...), I've already had an Implantation Bleed a few days after OVing, is there any other burrowing that happens at this early stage (5 weeks) that could cause this?

Anyway, I'm going to try and go to bed - hopefully I'll sleep...

Hope everyone else is Ok. Hugs and kisses to Mandy and Bellie.

Really hope you girls are Ok.

xxxx

Just popped on for a flying visit and am saddened to read of all the worries some of you are having. Mandy & Dawn, sending lots of positive vibes your way. Bellie, I don't know if you remember, but I started spotting at 12 weeks (like you described) and spotted on and off for nearly 5 weeks. It turned out I had a small area of bleed tucked up slightly behind the placenta. I hope that it is nothing more serious than that for you. I don't think it matters when you spot or bleed, it is a scarey and heartwrenching time and to this day, I STILL knicker/toilet paper check every time I use the loo.

Happy Birthday for yesterday BB and yes, I would be a little ticked if I had nothing for my anniversary.

HC, I sent your parcel on Saturday, should be with you hopefully tomorrow.

Right, best update the list:

bluestarlavender · 28/07/2008 21:58

Hi Dawn and Mandy,

Right, looked up first six weeks of PG in my Miriam Stoppard book. It says that the beginnings of the placenta start to grow and the safety cushion around the amniotic sac (chorion) grows finger-like projections which allows the baby to burrow into your uterine lining.

This might be what's causing the bleeding??

mandy, bellie and dawn - thinking of you this morning. Am on here so early as cat is sick and I'm waiting to take him to the vet, although god knows how we'll get there. Car broke down on A1 on way back from Leeds on Sunday, so am hoping to be able to rely on the kindness of neighbours (once they are up).

Hope all is OK today, but if not it's scans all round, I think. But please remember that it's quite often hard to see a heartbeat this early, so don't panic if they don't.

Have a good day, everyone else.

morning all,

fingers crossed for Mandy and Dawn. I have had nothing else since yesterday and am thinking that it was my body just clearing out gunk as things stretch ( also would have been on my period now if not preg iyswim) so am going to see how it goes today.

BB- I would have been livid if dh had done nothing - rant away here my dear - although I hope you have made up now

more tests HC? you must have more than boots now!!

Daisy - hope the cat is ok after going to the vets - and hope you make it!

Wve to everyone else xx

Hi all

detoxdiva-I read somewhere that you need to do the OPK weeing as late at night as you can as that is when the surge is present. I used to test in the morning and got nothing all month but since I started testing at 10pm it is much more accurate and ties in with FF. Have a got a weeks worth of temps to plot on FF. After OV I am keen to plot every morning to see if there is any implantation dip or it is triphasic.

Bellie, Mandy and Dawn-hope you get to see the right medics today. Good luck.

Bellie-I do think I have enough tests (well, enough for this month anyway )

daisyj-poor puddytat. Hope you get to the vets.

Will check back for news later.

Waves to everyone else.

OOOh HC - thanks for the OPK tip!! I read in the info on mine that you don't do them first thing, so have been wondering when I should. I was planning to start tomorrow, but now that BB has a positive, and is on CD 9, maybe I should start tonight. I want a negative going to a positive so I can tell what's going on with me!!

BB - go for it!!

Everyone - please can we have lots of baby dust SE London way please....

DawnAS · 29/07/2008 08:34

Hi All,

I know you're all going to think I'm crazy, but I've decided not to go for the scan today. In my heart I know that Pip is going or is already gone. All my PG symptoms have stopped this morning and I'm still bleeding, albeit just a small amount. I don't want someone telling me what I already know.

I'm just going to get back to work and try and work through it.

I want to thank you girls for all your support over the last couple of weeks and may come back at some point, hopefully, but for now, I think I just need some time out.

Maybe I'll join a skydiving thread or something...

Wishing you all loads of luck and when I'm ready to try again, I'll be back.

Some babydust for you.....

xxxx

FlirtyThirty · 29/07/2008 08:40

Dawn - I'm so sorry, honey... I don't know what to say. If you feel sure, then take care of you and hubby...and have some time together. Huge hugs.

Come back when you feel strong and ready...we will be looking out for you! Send me a personal message if you want to talk off-line anytime...

Lots of Love,
Flirty x

detoxdiva · 29/07/2008 08:48

Dawn - sorry for you but I would still urge you to go for the scan - honestly, it could be good news still. Thee are lots of stories on here from the ladies who had bleeding - including myself - who went on to have healthy pregnancies and babies .

It is such a hard time, but even if your fears are confirmed, at least you will know for sure.

HumphreysCorner · 29/07/2008 08:52

Dawn-my lovely, you really should go and get checked out as if the sad thing has happened you need to make sure all tissue has come away. On rare occasions infections can happen if a tiny bit is left. I am so very sorry. Please do come back but only when you are ready. {{hugs}}

WelliesAndPyjamas · 29/07/2008 09:10

Dawn - So very sorry about how things are going for you. But I also second what the others have said - go for the scan just in case? I know what you mean about not wanting to hear them say it but maybe you could ask them to only talk to you about things if it is good news, if that's at all possible??

Hi to everyone else. Hope everyone is ok.
