Morning all! Early bird checking in.

I dug out my 2005 diary last night to try and work out where I was in my cycle when I conceived DS.

On my dates it would have been CD16 and by hospital dates it would have been CD23 - which I'm a bit about, and always have been. If my cycle was 31 days back then as it is now, then my LP would only have been 8 days, and I didn't think that was long enough.

However, just to make sure, DH and I are going to put in the effort to keep up the GOF's until as late as possible - but I'm as dry as a desert so I'm guessing the window has gone. Perhaps I should emergency order some pre-seed...ladies? your opinions please?

Thought I was doing well not obsessing but I dreamt about it last night (probably the result of MNing till bedtime!) and have been struggling to sleep since 5 because it all just keeps going round and round in my head.

I think I need a hobby other than TTC!

Morning,

Take up knitting Cal!! I'm failing badly at learning. I have promised myself I will knit this baby something.

My friend got pregnant the month they stopped actively trying. They decided to stop trying and just have sex when they felt like it instead of having to plan the days.

Kay, I think that if we stopped actively trying, I'd still know we actually were...IYSWIM.

It does seem to be taking quite a long time.

My SIL took up knitting when I was pregnant with DS and knits him some amazing stuff! Beautiful cardi's more recently but when he was tiny, the hats, mittens and bootees were gorgeous too!

Squack, I can't see it either, it goes to a log in page. Its probably showing you because you are logged in. Is there something in properties to do with sharing your chart?

Morning all - I've re-ordered the list because I'm last to test at the moment - although 19dpo seems an unfeasibly long time to wait, but that is what FF says! How do I get to see your chart on FF Squack?

Morning

I'm with Cal, what's a triphasic?

Can't wait for all the test's

BB is sitting on the back seat, just chilling, t'is stressful business all this TTC'ing malarky y'know!

Well, no midwives appointment here, DS2 isn't well, nothing major, but the last thing he is going to want is a half hour walk in the rain each way and sitting in an office that he can't explore for an hour and a half! Have asked the receptionist if there is any chance of the MW coming here, but she said "probably not because they are sooooo busy", well, actually, now I have cancelled my appointment, they're not going to be are they?

Anyway, had better get tidied round in case they decide they can fit my appointment in afterall! (Would they have turned me away at the surgery? )

Doing lot's of 's today, pretty much sums up my mood!

Squack, well, I can see it but I can't understand it - where's Tink gone - she does charting....or Teuch - haven't seen her for ages?

Where is everybody???

Report
Squack · 03/06/2008 09:33

Means nowt!

I had a long explanation typed out an MN threw me off.

There's a higher incidence of pg charts show a triphasic pattern but by no means all and non-pg women sometimes get them too.

It's a second higher level of temps mid-way through the 2ww supposedly from another increase in Progesterone (possibly from a conception)

BUT it's not a guarantee AT ALL!

I'll never make it to Friday....I'll have spontaneously combusted by them!!

calsworld · 03/06/2008 09:47

LOL Squack! I'm sure its all good, whatever it means , I don't sound very convincing do I, but I am trying.

How is your tummy today? What symptoms can you list?

Report

Morning all,

another busy night, I have been PMSL catching up.

Welcome Gruffalo. You're another Hampshire girl (both BB and I are) and it sounds as if you will be ttcing around the same time (ish) as me. I am waiting ttc officially till Sept, still on the wagon now but have a feeling come August I might be getting a little more impatient, we shall see. I must admit even now we are getting a little more careless (I am not on the pill) and indulging in a little unprotected GOFing in "safe" times, I'm sure as the months progress we will get less and less careful but will probably not actively try till Sept.

I'm sure I have "seen" BB not that long ago, I'm sure she is just chilling a bit and trying not to let the ttcing get too much.

Hi everyone else.

Hello! Just sneaking on quickly while the students get a fag reflective break
Yes, it's gearing up to be an exciting week testing wise! Am a bit about being 'on paper' one of the first to test...I'm sure the chances of me being pregnant this month are extremely slim (goffed after EWM had gone)but for some reason I think there might be more of a chance thann I'd first thought. Can't put my finger on it, but have similar symptoms to when pregnant with dd2 - light headedness, mild nausea, heavy but not really sore boobs, senstive to smells etc...No doubt totally off the mark, but if you can't share on a ttc board where can you . At least if not pregnant I am at least looking out for symptoms!
Nat, it's a bugger getting midwives to do home visits Nat, though you'd think that they could pop over to you if you had an appointment booked anyway?? Maybe the Community midwives could pop in on their rounds?
Right, best get back to the students...

I'm OK - my nose is blocked and so I'm breathing through my mouth at night and apart from being bloody unattractive, it means I wake up with a mouth like the sahara and I think its making my tonsills swell too.

Ho hum. I sound like a nasal dwarf today

My tummy ache is easing off, I woke up hot and sweaty which is exactly the same as I did this time last cycle so probably another AF for me this month.
