Temp dropped this am. Not below coverline so think I'm going to have another silly cycle. Haven't had spotting but have had 2 brown wipes after I've been for a wee (TMI). Period pain is lurking too. I'll put myself back at the top later when she arrives.

yarnie I never left my wee to acclimatize, and I had no problems with opk's (they were never as dark as picture showed though!) hope your man feels better soon, get on with the b/d,as there's no time to wait!

Hi Ladies...sorry to gatecrash!! I was just wondering how many DPO you reckon you should do pg test? I couldn't tell you how long my cycle lasts so don't know when AF would be due!! Do you think 10DPO is too soon?

Just brown spotting for me atm. AF will be here by the end of today. Had to go to Mothercare to buy a bday pressie for a friend of DD. Walked in and saw the baby clothes and felt a bit emotional (I'm not an emotional person usually)..I go on about this all the time but I can't believe I haven't managed to get pregnant in 2 and a half years!! If I didn't want to be pregnant then I bet it would have happened 10x over. DP got up early this morning and rushed upstairs when he heard me in the bathroom. He looked so happy when he thought I'd gone to test. It was horrible to see him look so when I told him it was over again for this month. He's booked a babysitter for tonight so we can go to the cinema - I'll be dragging him to see SATC!

Yarnie Ouch at DF's infected wisdom tooth. Has he got corsodyl gel and lots of pain killers? I really feel for him. They are so painful!! I use OPKs in warm wee. LOL at the image of wee pots all over your bathroom.

Emma I would wait until AF is due otherwise you might not get an accurate result. Good luck.

I'm going to buy some more OPKs and some pre-seed. DP is going on the zinc too (he doesn't know about it yet but I'll sneak it in his food if I have to )

Hi emma your more than welcome I would test at about 14 DPO to be sure. Even better, if you know when to expect AF then I would wait till it's due before testing.

Sparkly At my work it's baby mania at the moment, 3 people with new borns that they keep bringing in, one pregnant girl and a bloke with a pg missus!! Although the cuteness is a nice distraction when they leave I start wishing it was me and get all emotional!!

Well dh's blood results came back today, and he has whooping cough , not man flu like I had suspected Poor boy has been sick for over a month now with no end in sight, so at least we know why now and he is on the right antibiotics hopefully to see an improvement soon. So no bding for us this week yet, think he might stop breathing if we even tried
I haven't done an opk today but apart from some cm at the start of last week, no other signs of ovulation. Interested to see how long this cycle goes for, as it's the first one since the m/c.

i am not sure when i am due AF but if my guess is right i Oved on CD9/CD10 (according to EWCM) and with my LP being 10 days as it was last cycle i am now 3 days late!! i havent got any concrete evidence of that as i kept forgetting to take my thyroxine a few times which causes my temp to drop but it is higher the past few days compared to my usual low thyroxine temps. i am off out tomorrow to get a test and will do it as soon as i can to see what comes of this!! (unless AF gets me first)

I got a positive opk!! I don't know why I'm so excited ? I guess it's just a small positive signal. Let's see if my bbt tomorrow bears this out. So far I have regular cycles and an indication that I ovulate (I hope). It's a start .

Do you reckon I should whip out the Pre-seed tonight? I've been reading around and can't tell whether it helps or not. I guess it depends on your cm. It's probably just a swimmer-safe lubricant if your cm is normal and a useful cm supplement if you're a bit low on ewcm or have hostile cm. Anyone got any views?

Well application is done now thank goodness. Feeling a bit emotional though this week, think it's because if I hadn't had the m/c I would have been 7 mths pg now and wouldn't have bothered with this whole promotion thing. I'm dreading my EDD which is approaching fast, always thought I'd be pg by then (don't we all!) Also a bit worried that if I dont' get through initial sift for this job I might get all emotional and stupid at work Think I just need a good night out, roll on Saturday!
