yarnie hope you have a good day out at hyde park, and that you follow in mollie's footsteps!

MollieMooma · 04/07/2008 14:50

Emmsy I thin it's finally sinking in now! If I go by LMP then it's 11th March if I go by OV date then Friday 13th March Fortunately 13 is a lucky number in our family so I'm not superstitious. As I've been outed onto the graduate list in the TTC waiting room I figured I may as well do it here too (but still not brave enough to go on Knicker Checkers or March Ante-Natal)

clinic and doc will take it from your LMP and adjust if needed after first dating scan, so 11th March it is then I'm not superstitious, I got my BFP on the 13th, never even realised it was the 13th until now! I deliberately walk under ladders, put umberellas up in the house and put new shoes on the table. My mother hates it as she is definately superstitious. I understand why you don't want to join the other threads yet, I was exactly the same after having 2 consec M/C's. I still feel that I left it a little too late to join the a/n thread though, as don't really feel as though I belong there I feel at home here.

FruitynNutty · 04/07/2008 22:43

evenin all,

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, I'm still here, just lurking a bit

Pop over to sparkly's FAO thread for a little mad chat now and again Keeps your mind off TTC which is nice

I'm not going to bother taking my temp now as I'm on CD51 now so pretty damn obvious this is yet another annov cycle again for me. I'm just waiting for AF now - gonna try and crack the CD97 record . Once AF is here I'll start again. I'll still be around though wishing you all the bestest of luck {{{{{{kisses}}}}}}}

Hi girls, really need some advice, help, support, chocolate anything you want to chuck at me. I started spotting this morning and as you can imagine my mind has jumped to the worst possible scenario. Really don't know what to do, it wasn't much, there was a small clot, but no pain and it seems to have eased off. Not a proper bleed, just there when I wipe (TMI) Can't say I've got pain in tummy but it feels a bit wierd, very descriptive I know I'm sat here sobbing I can't believe it's going to happen again, should I ring the GP or is too early, do I wait to see if it gets worse, please help

Emmsy1 · 05/07/2008 08:33

What a terrible morning, looks like the forecast is like this for the next few days.It always makes me feel down when its dull and wet, at least it will give us a chance to see if roof is still leaking!
I woke up this morning feeling really sore, almost everywhere, especially when I inhaled. started to feel better once I was sitting up, sure DH is attacking me in my sleep, he's probably getting his own back for all the nagging he has to put up with in the day time!
Well only 1 week now until I have to sort out 'big party' definately wont be doing another for a long time, in future children can have a few friends round for a birthday tea! (too expensive as well as hard stressful work)
Hope you ladies all have a good weekend xxx

Emmsy1 · 05/07/2008 08:45

Oh mollie you poor thing, I think it's too early to go to the docs, your only on CD32, you may be having a CP. All I can suggest you do hun is calm down (easier said than done)and put your feel up. If you go charging off to the EPU then your going to be on your feet most of the morning, don't think that it will help you, probably best to rest for the weekend and see what happens. It could be part of the implantation process but a little worried that you passed a clot, clot could be old blood that has been inside you from start of implantation and has only just escaped. Rest is probably the best thing to do at this early stage you can always go to docs next week, wish I could be with you to support you, take care hun {{{hugs}}} xxx

MollieMooma · 05/07/2008 09:35

Emmsy Thanks, it has stopped completely now, and I am a little calmer, I'd booked to go to GP on Wednesday anyway to get an early scan booked for 7/8 wk stage, so I will probably wait until then and see what happens.
Probably a really good job that I've got my first counselling session on Tuesday following the first m/c

FruitynNutty · 05/07/2008 14:46

Oh Mollie Fingers crossed for you! I'll be thinking of you.

Well yet another friend has just announced to me she's 15 weeks pregnant. "Oh wow congratulations" I said. "How long were you trying for?"
"Oh, we weren't really trying actually, it was a bit of a surprise"

Great. I'm not at all and bitter

So I spent yesterday evening with a heavily pregnant friend and today I've just had lunch with two other pregnant friends. Is there anyone out there, except for us of course, who isn't expecting?

I think I might just lock myself away to avoid anymore friends announcing their good news (not that there's many unpregnant friends left anyway)

Oh poor fruity I really hope you get some clomid soon, it's so unfair that you have to wait so long big hugs to you hun{{{{hugs}}}}xx

MollieMooma · 05/07/2008 16:30

Fruity You've had a bad week hun, feeling down about your PCOS and now being surrounded by pregnant people, poor you
Like Emmsy said really hope you can get some Clomid soon and that it will be your wonder drug to produce your miracle baby. Sending you hugs x

SparklyPiliPala · 05/07/2008 18:34

Hi all,

Had a very busy day today so only just got the chance to log on. Met my friend for lunch today because it was her bday and then had a toddler bday party this pm. I've got a really sore throat.
Slightly worried about AF...does anyone have any what's going on with me? TMI: Started bleeding yday am and by 7 it was so heavy that I had to change my heavy tampon every hour as the blood was soaking through my clothes. Today the bleeding has completely stopped and I usually bleed for 5 full days..how odd!!
Emmsy I think I have flipped. That chat room is a bit bonkers .
Mollie Sorry to hear about spotting but I'm sure things are absolutely fine. It's prob just beanie getting comfy. Lots of [hugs] to you. Chin up chick. Thinking of you and sending you lots of sticky baby dust. xxx
Fruity Sorry I didn't reply to text. at your pregnant friend who 'wasn't even trying'. I feel as though I'm surrounded by pregnant people and babies all the time. It's so hard when you really want a baby and everyone else seems to have one. Big [hugs] to you too. xxx

Hi to everyone else. Hope you're all having a fab weekend and that this rain sods off!!

sparkly your weird cycle could be down to your 5K run (over doing it!) you did it in 40mins so you must have pushed your self a little?? Just clutching at straws, don't really have a bloody clue!

mollie how are you to night hun? have you had any more spotting or clots? xxx

SparklyPiliPala · 05/07/2008 20:38

Emmsy Doubt it's the 5k as I really didn't push myself at all....we're going to have a curry in a min so I'm sure that will sort me out.

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 05/07/2008 22:27

hi ladies
mollie so sorry to hear you have had some spottingi agree about tryin to get some proper rest and what will be will be is my philosophy recently. please dont stress out too much as it is probably you beanie getting comfy in there xx put your feet up and maybe make a gp appointment to see him/her sooner than wednesday. {{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}
sparkly so sorry AF got you hun i know what you mean about the preggys everywhere! i went to town yesterday with DD and everywhere i looked there were teeny tiny new babies and heavily pregnant women!! its like an epidemic around here
fruity hi hun hope you are ok
hi to everyone else
nothing to report from me apart from if im not preggo this cycle i will be due AF on the day i go camping with DH, DD and his mum and dad i am not liking the thought of AF in the woods!! this cycle of all of my cycles i am hoping for AF to turn up early or not at all!! we go on thursday so that means if AF doesnt arrive i will be testing the following thursday to give my body time to do a CP without all the heartache of a BFP first. and if nothing then i will test and then go to see my gp and choke her with it
enough from me
xx ei xx

Emmsy1 · 06/07/2008 07:00

Mollie hows things this morning??
When I had my last 2 M/C's at 6 & 7 weeks, I started spotting, which quite quickly turned into period type flow,I passed clots which were slightly larger that a 10p piece (sorry for TMI) but I didn't stop bleeding at any stage! Within a week of both M/C's pregnancy test's were then showing negative, hope this helps you alittle mol xxxx

MollieMooma · 06/07/2008 07:31

Thanks for all your kind thoughts and messages, I've had no more spotting since yesterday morning, it was only about 5/6 wipes in total, just the one tiny little clot nothing else since, I feel like I spent the whole day in the loo! I'm trying to be calmer and wishing sticky, growy thoughts to beanie. I'm hoping like you said it was just getting comfy. Can I ask another question though, I'm rhesus negative and had an anti-D injection after ERPC but after such a small bleed would I need another?

Emmsy Thanks for sharing about your 2 m/cs much appreciated.
Sparkly Has your AF been this wierd before? How long does it normally last? Is it normally this heavy?
EIHere's hoping your pg this cycle hun, nothing worse than AF arriving first day of holiday let alone camping in a forest

Emmsy1 · 06/07/2008 08:59

Mollie glad you haven't had any more spotting, it must be down to beanie burrowing! Sorry I don't know any thing about rhesus negative mums, sure someone can advise you though, or try to find it using Googlexx

SparklyPiliPala · 06/07/2008 09:29

Morning all,
Am puppysitting for my sister today so have my hands full!
AF seems to have left me....
Mollie I'm RH- too. I'm not sure if you'll need anti-d but it's deffo worth phoning NHS direct or EPU to find out because I think you can only have it within 72 hrs or something. Glad to hear you've not had anymore bleeding. Look after yourself. [hugs] My AF is normally heavy to start and then goes to regular flow on CD2/3. It's never been as heavy as it was on CD1 though.
Ei Fingers crossed that AF stays away.

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all having a lovely rainy afternoon. We're supposed to be having street party today at 2pm but I can't see anyone setting up yet, must be off cos of the rain

I interviewed a couple this morning who are looking for a childminder, they're not sure whether to go for a nursery or a CM. They have a 5 month boy who they want to start from 1st August! Fingers crossed everyone

I might see what my temp is up to tomorrow.

OP posts:
mibbes · 06/07/2008 18:03

Mollie I had a bleed at 6 weeks and am also rhesus -ve, i was told that you don't need anti-D before 12 weeks as placenta hasn't taken over yet. Glad to hear bleeding has stopped - just a bit of implantation bleeding. When I told friends I was PG and had had a bleed more than half of them told me they'd had an early bleed too, so it is very common.
Sparkly am very about your strange AF, if temp was still high I'd be hopeful of imp bleed but it seems to have lowered. How are you now hun ?
Ei I really hope TEW gives you a wide berth for 9 months !
Fruity grrr at friend who wasn't trying
I have started getting Braxton Hicks ! I was away with work and didn't have access to internet but thankfully Emmsy had mentioned that someone on her AN thread had them at 18 weeks which helped calm me a bit - THANKS !

SparklyPiliPala · 06/07/2008 18:48

Hi Mibbes. AF seems to have stopped now. I'm very puzzled too. I'm not too bad. Onwards and upwards after blood tests results came back. Will give the pre-seed another go this month and get DP some zinc. When is your 20 week scan?
