Hola all!

I think I could grow to have a real love/hate relationship with the 2ww. On the one hand it's, you know, torture (!), but on the other hand the what if part is quite exciting. I am not a patient person, though, so a few more months of this and I'll be moaning and griping my way through it and heralding the arrival of AF with some wailing and chest beating Be warned

Piper Eleven days - think of it this way - that's the entire life cycle of some butterflies. Does that help? No? I thought not

Mollie If in doubt, BD. It's a good motto for us all!

We all seem quite jolly today

FruitynNutty · 17/06/2008 17:11

I'm officially getting married on the 19th September 2009, venue booked! scary!!!!!!

I might have to gate crash the 2WW if my egg doesn't get it's arse in gear At least with the wedding now being a month later than I wanted I'll have an extra month to lose baby weight (If I get preg by then!)

Congrats Mrs H to be .
I'm at MN today. Just read an awful thread in the relationships section which I couldn't help posting on. Some people are so primitive.

FruitynNutty · 17/06/2008 18:11

ooohhh which one sparkly???????? I'm off to take mindee home in a few minutes but should be on MSN later xx

hi ladies
docs appt went ok she is going to refer me to the hospital gynae and recurrent MC clinic for investigations. hopefully things will be straightened out pretty soon. she has advised me to put TTC on hold for a few months to let my body settle down but DH has said no to that suggestion as he knows it will happen for us when its the right time!
hope everyone is well today
xx ei xx

piper84 · 17/06/2008 20:00

Thats brill news EI .

Sparkly i just came across that thread too. its disgusting! horrible thread

Fruity congrats on getting the wedding date sorted. you wont find it rollng around now . i'm not getting married till june 2010 . have you started looking for a wedding dress yet? i think i popped about 5 eggs this cycle if yours doesnt show soon you can have a few of mine.

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 18/06/2008 00:13

xx ei xx

Yarnie · 18/06/2008 06:28

Fruity How exciting! You have a date! We were thinking of having our wedding in August/September 2009, too. Looks like you and I are going to be clocking up some of the more momentous milestones in life (30 / baby/ marriage) at around the same time

Ei Glad to hear you have a referral and investigations will soon be under way. That must be a relief.

Well, AF is due today. No sign of her yet. My chart looks vaguely interesting still as my temp hasn't fallen off today, but it's not increased either. I've lost the triphasic pattern, too, so I'm not holding out any hope. If I am later, the stress of my project may have thrown my cycle off a bit.

How is everyone this morning?

Morning girls

Yarnie really? yeah you should definitely get married next Sept as well , do you have a venue in mind? Are you going to get married in London or somewhere else? We'll have to plan our big days together It would be fab to exchange ideas and contacts etc..
Your chart's looking good, I hope AF doesn't raise her ugly head.

That thread really is awful, I feel so sorry for the OP, MNers can be so cruel. I've had a battering before and it's not nice. I've found there to be a lot of snobby ignorant people on here. The poor girl didn't stand a chance!

Well, I got what can only be described as ovulation twinges yesterday and my temp has risen slightly so I'm hoping this is it and not a PCOS wind up. We'll see over the next few days I suppose. We BD'd Monday night so if I am oving, I hope DP's boys are sticking around for some fun

Fruity Hurrah! It's obviously down to the maypole dance I did for you in my garden yesterday Get busy, lady!

We are probably going to get married in Chelsea registry office and then have a party. At the moment we are considering The Deck at the National Theatre (we met via convoluted circumstances involving the NT) or the Young Vic as the party venue. Both are near Waterloo, so good for my reles coming up from Surrey, etc (DF's reles are all in London or overseas). That's about as far as we've got in planning, so far!

Fruity Hurray and congrats on date setting and possible OV, looks like you, me and Sparkly will be OV buddies and on the 2WW together. So did you get the gorgeous island in the Cotswolds after? I have visions of you waddling down the aisle with a rather large bump, best buy a dress that can be let out coz it's sods law that you will fall pg 7mths before the big day!
EI So glad you got a referral hun, let's hope they can sort it all out for you. As for what your dh said, to be far I'm a big believer that if it's mean to be it's mean to be, it's just whether you'll cope emotionally I suppose
Piper LOL Tut tut naughty girl
I hope your dh hides them well!!
Yarnie So you've got a WB then (wedding buddy) looking forward to hearing all about your weddings girls! I can remember every minute of my day, I loved it
Mibbes & Emmsy hope your both well
Scully Not heard from you in a while, hope your OK and not too bored with all the waiting you have to do

FruitynNutty · 18/06/2008 13:17

Lets not get too excited about possible ovulation, from my track record, the chances of this being actual ovulation are slim to none. We shall see. yarnie don't take down that Maypole yet! I hope I will be ov buddies with you (mollie) and sparkly. Yes I got the gorgeous island I'm so spoilt, I know . Mollie about walking down the aisle, i'd rather be walking down the aisle with a baby bump than post baby jelly belly, sore bits and leaky boobs (yes I WILL have milk in those boobies next time, I demand it!). I'm really hoping I either get preg soon so I can shift the weight or be preg on the day. Ah well, beggars can't be choosers, unfortunately

Beautiful temp there Piper keep it up lady!

How are our blooming pregnant ladies doing? I wont envy you while you're sweltering in the heat of summer with your bumps

OP posts:
FruitynNutty · 18/06/2008 13:20

Sparkly I hope you're preparing for ov!

OP posts:
FruitynNutty · 18/06/2008 13:26

Oh crap, I've just checked the weather for Sunday and it's heavy rain . Ds's 3rd birthday party is going to be at a park There's no way I can fit 16 kiddies and parents in my tiny flat Oh Sh*t.

OP posts:
cricri · 18/06/2008 14:59

Afternoon everybody!
Only just had chance to catch up with the thread since the w/e as have had lots of work on.
Fingers crossed for those on the 2WW
Ei Great news about your referral.
Fruity Really pleased you've set a date for your wedding - enjoy all the planning because the time goes very quickly!
Everything OK here - getting bigger by the day! 20 week scan tomorrow so a bit nervous about that but excited at seeing baby again
No danger of being pg with a big bump in the sweltering heat of summer at the moment. A bit of sunshine would be nice! Hope the forecast for Sunday is wrong Fruity - it seems to be changing daily at the moment!

SparklyPiliPala · 18/06/2008 17:23

Sorry I had to rush out this morning ladies.
Was just looking at my temp this morning and think I may have had a pre-ov dip. The BDathon started last night and so did the pre-seed. Has anyone else tried it before I give TMI?
Yarnie Any news from you?
Fruity Hope the weather changes for the bday party. COME ON EGG!!!
Cricri Lots of luck for scan tomorrow. Don't forget to pop in and let us know how it goes.
Ei Glad GPs went well. x
Hi to everyone else.

FruitynNutty · 18/06/2008 17:41

Sparkly I'm so tempted to buy that pre seed stuff but it only comes in a 6 pack which costs 11 quid with postage. I would need more than that not knowing when ovulation is

OP posts:
SparklyPiliPala · 18/06/2008 17:47

I don't think mine cost that much from babymad. It's q strange because you have to insert it rather than rubbing it in....

FruitynNutty · 18/06/2008 18:12

babymad's website it down I don't know if it's worth it with my stupid cycles though. I'll use it all up before I even ov

OP posts:
SparklyPiliPala · 18/06/2008 18:34

I forgot to say that the Babymad people have gone on holiday. They sent me an email saying they were closing down for 2 weeks. I'll send you some of my pre-seed if I get a BFP this cycle...

Yarnie · 18/06/2008 22:02

Fruity We hope the weather forecast changes too We were planning on going to a bbq. I find the BBC online weather very unreliable, so maybe we'll get lucky!

CriCri Looking forward to hearing how your scan goes How exciting!

Sparkly I tried Pre-seed this month. What did you think?!

No news here. Still no AF and no obvious symptoms of pg or AF. I've probably thrown my cycle out by all my rummaging and obsessing over temps, etc(!)

Yarnie · 19/06/2008 06:28

A much more decisive temp from me this morning. It plummeted below my coverline, so AF must be just around the corner. I wish it would hurry up and arrive

oh yarnie still, they say it's not over till AF shows herself.

I'm gonna check the weather for sunday again now, they might have changed their minds

Just as I thought, it's a PCOS cycle again this month. False ovulation pain, I'm in for the long run again this cycle I reckon I wonder if I can beat 96days. Maybe I'll even make it past 100 days this cycle.
This is going to be very very very boring. Bding every 2-3 days (just in case) for the next lord-knows-how-long is going to be very monotonous

Fruity's fckr of an evil cycle
