Hope it’s not too early to start this! For anyone trying in May, and “out” for April.

By some miracle I did fall pregnant this month after over a year TTC but it ended in a chemical just before 5 weeks. I’d tried some new things last cycle (inc baby aspirin and L’arginine, using preseed and doing a daily morning walk!) so going to try all of that again this month and keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻 don’t know when I’ll ovulate yet but I imagine it’ll be right at the end of April…

Oh, the 2WW isn’t for the weak. I’ll be entering it in 2–3 days. Currently lying down with my legs in the air after getting a flashing smiley for three days in a row — hopefully I’ll peak tonight or tomorrow. Last cycle, I didn’t test as early or as often as I usually do, and it was actually really nice — I wasn’t as obsessed with TTC and my thoughts were on other stuff. A BFN could totally ruin my day, even at 8 DPO. I think I’ll do the same this time around. ❤️

Due af on 3rd May so Ill be testing from 28th probs.
I'm a massive over tester 😂😂🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ but I found out with my first and the January one bfp at 8 dpo and 9dpo so 🤞🤞🤞

I'm with @BerrieSweet , I used to test early but now wait for my temperature to drop - happens before AF arrives. I hate seeing a stark white pregnancy test so don't want to see that multiple times in the tww.

I'm CD8 today and I feel really fed up, which is unusual for me, usually at this point I'm ready to try again, I just feel a bit deflated with it all this month 😭. I usually ovulate between CD17 and 19 so hopefully will snap out of it soon, I just feel really exhausted!

Morning ladies. Coming over from the April thread. AF came this morning. I'm glad I didn't test now and I just waited. I'm not feeling down like I felt last month. I had some quite strong cramps on Friday and Saturday which is unusual for me before AF. I think things are still settling down after my MMC. How is everyone getting on?

Can I also what ovulation tests you all use? I don't really wanna use Clear Blue cause of the cost. A lot of you seem to use the Easy @ Home.

I am using the easy @ home from amazon - about £6-£7 for 20 ☺️ x

Hey ladies can I join please? Whilst I am due to ovulate first week in May so a little early for me
to join but I suspect I am out this cycle and looking to join you all! TTC #1 cycle 5 once this one has ended. I’m 36 with low AMH so feeling the pressure!

@BerrieSweethey just wanted to say that I wouldn’t go by the clear blue OPK with smileys and flashing smileys they don’t always work, and in fact you do ovulate even when you don’t get a peak. My cousin never got a peak or anything but a circle and she’s 27 weeks now from that cycle. They can malfunction. Go by EWCM and bbt. Also I am a slow riser with bbt and so it may take a couple of days to rise even though you’ve already ovulated! X

I tottaly get this. I was just telling my husband the other day that I feel really exhausted emotionally 😢* *
And on top of this everyone around me has been announcing their pregnancies in the last few days! I mean everyone lol I am not even exaggerating. Even though of course I am happy for them I keep thinking: Is my turn going to come ever? Hubby and I even had a little cry the other night. 😢 This is why I don't track ovulation some cycles. I just feel like I need a break sometimes.

@MayaBi feel your pain, I feel quite sad right now too. I get a scan picture weekly from people
around me and I also sit here and think is it ever going to be me getting a bfp!! It’s a hard journey! I think next cycle il take a more relaxed approach as I agree I need a break. Haw many cycles in are you and is this for baby no1? Keep strong 🩷

Yes easy @ home are great! I do use clearblue when I'm getting close to ovulation as I like to confirm with the smiley face lol

Hey! Were you testing 3 times a day with clearblue? You are only supposed to test once a day...so my feeling is you have tested so much and it's given so many flashing smileys that it has reset itself ? X

Yes, I’ve done that before though and have got a Solid Smiley the same day I got a Flashing Smiley. The Flashing Smiley resets after a couple of minutes and the screen gets blank again, I also have like three sets of tests so It’s not the same holder for every test ❤️

I’m still waiting to ovulate. I think it’ll be bang on day 14 and I have a rapid rise so not worried about current low LH. Just want it to hurry up though! There is SO much waiting around isn’t there? I don’t want to feel like I’m wishing time away but it’s exactly what happens, especially once the TWW begins…

Yes! That’s why when TTC, it feels like life is a bit on pause for me, because you just wait all the time. I really try to focus doing things that makes me happy, but now with Easter Holiday it gets a little harder to not think about TTC because more free time. It will be worth it in the end, nothing is as exciting as thinking about getting pregnant and visualizing what life could look like in a few months 🥹

Hi! Following on from aprils thread. Into our 3rd month TTC number 2. just finishing my period

I knew I was not pregnant and yet delulu me still counted everything as some kind of symptom 🫠 tested negative two days before period and yet still cried plenty when it actually came. So silly - I know that 3 months is nothing but I’m still frustrated and annoyed and upset.

Hey joining from the last thread. 4dpo today and already symptom spotting even though there isn’t any and impossible this early 😂 keep seeing posts on other threads of people sayinf they just know when they are pregnant before implantation and it’s hard not to feel like this isn’t the month! X

Hi all! AF is just arriving so cycle 3 begins now for baby2. I'm 35 now and it's already not happened as quick as baby1, who is now 4, so I'm conscious of this!

I read on a thread the other day about a 'something method' (obviously replace the word something with the correct word...). It was about having sex every other day, then the days of or after ovulation, then 3 days later or something like that. Does anyone know what it is called? The poster said it worked for them so wanting to read up on it!
