Hope it’s not too early to start this! For anyone trying in May, and “out” for April.

By some miracle I did fall pregnant this month after over a year TTC but it ended in a chemical just before 5 weeks. I’d tried some new things last cycle (inc baby aspirin and L’arginine, using preseed and doing a daily morning walk!) so going to try all of that again this month and keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻 don’t know when I’ll ovulate yet but I imagine it’ll be right at the end of April…

Totally feel you! Luckily he was keen last night and as I've still got a positive opk I've pre booked for tonight too 😂

It's when the kids are just not listening and going absolutely wild I think "what on earth are we doing?!" But then I'll sit and look at videos of when they were babies and think about a new one just slotting in to the family and it all makes sense 🙂 x

after my bfps since Friday, it’s still faint this morning and I’ve had some pale pink / brown spotting when wiping 😢 I did a clear blue and it says not pregnant. Think I’m having a chemical 😢 x

I had a chemical in February. I ovulated either 30th or 31st January, got my BFP on Feb 9th and the line progressed for 3 days. I started having mild cramps 14th Feb and some brown spotting, spotting continued till the next day. I woke up to pee on the morning of the 16th and saw clots and blood in very massive quantities. I was so distraught. It was my first BFP. AF came and lasted about 7 days with little spotting for a few days after. 2 days after the spotting stopped, I noticed EWCM but hubby was out of town. It regulated after that. I tracked this month's and I ovulated on CD13 which is my norm. I have a 27 days cycle. Sometimes 26 days.

@YKM2829 so sorry it's still negative. May I ask how long you have been ttc? I am due on Saturday but I am already getting the usual pre-period migraine so most likely I will get my AF earlier this month.

Thank you, that’s very helpful! I had pink when I wiped this morning and now it’s a tiny bit of brown but I’m cramping. I felt quite nauseas over the weekend but that’s stopped and I have a horrible headache which I always get when I’m due on. Definitely feel like it’s a chemical just want it to be over so I can start a new cycle. Even though it’s so early it’s heartbreaking 💔. Sorry you experienced one xx

Does anyone know what cough mixture helps conception? I think this is the only crazy method I haven't tried so far 🤪 I am ready to do anything lol

This time it'll be 4 months, so minimal I know lol 🤦🏽‍♀️x

Well ttc since January, and had ectopic straight away, so technically starting again from February xx

Today’s ovulation test - def darker than yesterday! Fingers crossed as my prediction from apps says I ovulate tomorrow!! Sorry for the stream of consciousness btw guys - you’re the only thing keeping me sane!

I’m so sorry @Mickey1995. I had a chemical in March and my next period was normal and my cycles were normal.

I’m 5dpo and already decided I’m not pregnant 😂 I think I’ll test on Saturday, which is a bit too early but gives me something to do…

That’s still very pale @FlyHighSky72 but you might be like me and have a rapid peak! I wouldn’t say that you’re currently on for O tomorrow though - your peak is when the line is darker than the control, and then you ovulate 24-36 hours after that. Test again this evening and see? Have you got EWCM?

@FigPigyeah I agree! I’m a bit confused though - will keep testing! Not sure if I’m doing it right! No EWCM yet, I do usually get some but this is my first month actually trying so obv it’s all going to go haywire and be completely wrong 😢😢

Honestly I’d just keep DTD every other day and testing twice a day. You’ll get there! But having sex regularly is the key. Try not to worry, lovely. I know how it feels to be chasing the peak and I do like the OPKs in that I know when to start testing for pregnancy, but I also think they can be pretty stressful. Every month I think I’m not going to ovulate (I did a post on one of these threads a few days ago!) and then my levels shoot up.

this was reassuring to read @FigPig because I am tormenting myself about the OPKs. I think I must also have a rapid surge also, I am finding it so hard to catch the peak and then getting frustrated and immediately googling what is wrong with me. Premom said my fertile window started this week, so we've been DTD every other day even though my LH levels have been low. Although, now premom has moved my ovulation to towards the end of the week so who knows!!

Ok thanks @FigPig! We’re BD-ing every other day and will keep doing that plus testing twice or three times a day and keep my fingers crossed!! So stressful I didn’t use OPKs with my first but that was 10 years ago and I was so much younger I sort of thought if it didn’t happen then I had time to do IVF or something! Feels a lot more urgent this time around
