Hello ladies
Well I think af arrived yesterday, 5wks exactly since m/c began. Doesn't feel like I've had to wait too long though, with m/c going on for at least 12days and then being incomplete anyway
Wondering if the acupuncture I had last week had anything to do with af arriving, as she put needles in different places, when I told her drs had confirmed that m/c was incomplete.
So I'm going to add myself to the list, won't be temping though, not for a while anyway.

Well, I definitely ovulated.

AF got me just now

I'm trying very hard to be positive about actually ovulating but I cant help but feel extremely disappointed. This could well have been my only chance this year to ovulate. Plus it's May, my pregnancy deadline before the wedding . Of course we're still going to carry on. I just assumed that 10 months was plenty of time to fall pregnant, seeing as most people in RL seem to fall preg at the drop of a hat.

It's either CD34 or CD39

so sorry Fruity - it is very difficult to say exact ov but I'd say believe FF. Hopefully your relatively short cycle is a good sign and this cycle will be even shorter

scully good to hear AF has finally arrived and you can start ttc again

I now know how you lot feel every month when your AF arrives, I just wish I was given the opportunity to have a go at it every month

Talked myself out of testing since i've had AF and have no pg symptoms.....Temp dropped slightly today but I did sleep with my bedroom window open again and my mouth did feel cold.

Sparkly it is up to you hun, if you feel that you can sit it out then just wait and see what happens over the next few days - temp may eventually regulate but it will have to hurry up so that you have 6 low temps before ov, otherwise how can you spot ov ...? I really hope it settles for you soon and you know either way.
Yes my scan is tomorrow and have pretty much convinced myself not going to be good news (self-preservation I guess). I feel so un-PG it is not funny - oh what I'd give to the odd episode of MS . Have worked myself into a right old state and even worrying that the 'belly' I had a few weeks ago seems to have gone down...grrrr I just want to know either way now as am torturing myself and poor DP with constant worrying

sparkly your cycle looks so much like mine the CP cycle my temp took 8 days to drop slightly and stayed higher than the coverline for the cycle before so who knows eh!!?? our bodies do know how to make things confusin dont they!!

This gets's effing worse Just got home, I have received a letter from the hospital. Do you remember my appointment for a baseline scan which isn't until July? well, the tossers have changed my appointment from 7th July to 29th September . So, my follow-up gynae appointment will be a month before the scan, I just know I'll be told to go away until I've had the scan then I'll have to wait another 6 months for another gynae appointment. I'm so p*ssed off it's untrue, maybe I'm just not meant to have anymore children. Maybe DS just managed to slip through and I wasnt even supposed to have him.

Sorry, I know I said I'll work on cheering up but I wasnt expecting this to land on me right now.

OMG!!! fruity what a load of crap about your appointment!! do the NHS not realise how important TTC is to us?? maybe try ringing them and asking for a cancellation appointment?? and dont say you werent manet to have C as he is the most lovely little boy and you were certainly meant for him and he was meant for you!! i know it is so disappointing to be in your position but please try and stay positive and we are here to hold your hand through it all hunny im so sorry this has hsappened but i bet you will be preg before then anyway and you wont need the scan

Thanks ei you're so sweet I'm just finding it impossible to imagine ever having anymore children, never mind my large family I've always wanted. Maybe I'm just being selfish, some people dont ever get the opportunity to have even one child plus it's not like I've got a termina disease or anything. I should count myself lucky I suppose. Maybe I should look into adoption as there are so many poor unwanted children out there.
I just loved being pregnant so much that I just could not go the rest of my life without experiencing it again.

i find it hard to imagine having another child and before i had DD i couldnt ever imagine i would ever have a baby si it is totally natural to have these kind of fears and im sure there are millions of other women out there thinkin exactly the same thing. i KNOW you will have another so dont lose hope {{{{{{{big hugs}}}}}}}

Hi to Sparkly are you still not dieting?

Well I got the temporary promotion after my interview yesterday, went out to celebrate with dh, ended up talking about getting pg (no surprise there then!) he told me in no uncertain terms that he didn't want to consider IVF if we couldn't get pg naturally in fact he wasn't sure he wanted kids anymore at all!!! All this in the middle of wetherspoons! Shocked wasn't the word, we went home in silence then all hell let loose! Needless to say he didn't actually mean that, I don't think I'd realised how much the m/c had affected him, and he said he thought he'd put so much more effort in last month that he'd convinced himself that we would have done it, he was really disappointed but didn't feel he could tell me that in case it upset me. Had a really good talk and cleared the air, so at least it turned out OK

Mollie hurray for promotion - well done ! so sorry you argued with DH but at least it means you cleared the air. I think it is really easy for us ladies to forget that our OH's have feelings about ttc too - and like you say all too often they keep it to themselves to protect us. I asked DP tonight how he felt about tomorrow's scan and he said 'ambivalent' - and I told him that made it sound as if wasn't bothered so he admitted he is scared to get his hopes up just in case. So as I suspected he is probably just as scared as me but just tries to hide it from me. Men are funny aren't they !

Spent the evening faffing around because my auntie is ill and on her way to hospital. She isn't well at all .
I got another BFN too. Was feeling a bit weak tummed earlier so test again and nothing.
Mibbes Best of luck for tomorrow. Everything is going to be fine. I too used my defense mechanism when waiting for 12 week scan and was shocked to see a bean jumping around inside me. I can't wait to see the pics. Enjoy it!! xxx

Mollie No diet for me .. went out to a gorgeous veggie place with my mate earlier but it wasn't the slightest bit healthy. Ah well - i've had my 5 a day even if they were deep fried . I did go to the gym again though but my knee is very sore. I had to get the yummy gym guy to have a feel of it but I think it's still going to work for a few years to come. Well done on the promotion btw. Glad things are ok with DH. xxx

I'm now back in the wet and cold UK after a lovely week in the sun in France. Still, the weather was turning over there too and I'll be going back in a couple of months anyway so not too many regrets...

DP went off to give his little boys sample this morning at last. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the results?

Fruity Weird that your temp rose again today. Wonder what will happen over the next few days? I'm sure the results won't take long to come back because they'll need to test them fairly quickly. Did you help?

OMG There is a real baby in there ! I was so relieved and quite surprised really ! How on earth can that wee bean be in there when I feel complete non-PG !
I am only 10+6 - I knew I was less that 12 weeks due to my longer than average cycles. Having said that I know I ov'd on the Tuesday so surely I'd have been 11 weeks Tuesday past ?... I reckon I am a few days further on than they suggest but TBH don't really care - ickle beany is in there and safe and that is all that matters - hurray !
I'll post scan pic on my profile over the weekend - am at work now (as if I'm going to do any !!) so can't scan the pic. DP thinkis it looks like a wee hippo ! There were mush better angles during the scan but hey ho you can see the shape and the wee stumpy arms and legs ! Am so relieved - thank you so much ladies for all of your support, it is truly much appreciated. xx
