Ei Any news from you today hun?
Mibbes I'm glad beanie isn't giving you anymore trouble...Hope your MW appointment goes well.
Fruity Hi!!
NOAM 12 week scans are so exciting. You'll have to post your piccy so we can all have a nose at your lovely little bean!
Tink Welcome back.

I'm a bit confused again this month about my cycle. AF arrived mid Sunday and was red blood which stopped. I then bled heavily on CD2 and back to brown spotting on CD3 and today...nothing!! I used to have 5 full days of red blood and i'm starting to get really concerned. Any advice?

JollyBear · 09/04/2008 12:56

Well I feel very confident for you ei. Even if your temps are a bit off because of illness and you didn't ov till what FF say is 5dpo, you'd still be 15DPO today with a high temp! I don't want to get your hopes up but things look really good for you. Do you know what DPO you tested with your DD? Maybe you just test positive late

Bucky2008 · 09/04/2008 13:04

Thanks for all the nice welcomes .

Hopefully my thermometer will be on the doormat when I get home so I can officially start temping. I am actually quite excited. Is this sad?

Fruitloop - I have had my CD21 test and DP took his sample in to the hospital yesterday. He took ages to do it so I haven't been to the docs for my official results yet, but the receptionist said it all came back normal.

In a couple of weeks we will both go to the docs to discuss the results. In the meantime....hurrah for my new thermometer .

Emmsy1 · 09/04/2008 13:35

welcome to our thread Bucky have seen you in the waiting room, lets see if we can get that BFP in the next few months, things will look so much clearer when you start your charting, dont forget to get some OPK's I used to use ebay cheapies. I know you have been trying for a while but without using opk, checking cm and most importantly, temping, you cant even be sure when you have been ovulting, so positive attitude from now on and report your temps as soon as you are armed with your thermometer!
NOAM I know what you mean about your scan, it is so exciting and so bloody scary at the same time, especially if you have had problems before. I really hope that all is well with your little beanie!XX
MollieM when the sickness goes I feel fine, just a little tired, and I haven't had a headache today (probably get it when my eldest boys come home from school and start fighting!)DH isn't in from work until 11.40pm so they take advantage of me when he works late, they no they can get away with far too much, its my fault for being such a soft touch!
sparkly I don't bleed as much as I used to, but I am a lot older than you! When do you see the doc again about your pre AF spotting??
mibbes every day, your beanie is burrowing a little deeper, look after your self and take it easy! XX
Ei roll on friday, are you going to do any more testing before then if AF doesn't show up??

SparklyMummy · 09/04/2008 13:48

Bucky Temping is really exciting...it's lovely to know what is going on with your body!
Emmsy I have to wait until day 21 for bloods because the lab messed my bloods up last time...which means I prob won't be seeing the doc for another month.

OP posts:
Bucky2008 · 09/04/2008 14:13

Thanks Emmsy . I actually must have shares in CBD OPKs by now...8 months of OPKs = about £150...Geez I could have bought one Jimmy Choo shoe for that!

But yes, I agree, maybe collectively I will have better luck. i.e. the temps and the OPKs.

tinkerbellbringingsexyback · 09/04/2008 16:26

it is exciting bucky i was really excited when i started temping and still am

tinkerbellbringingsexyback · 09/04/2008 17:44

my interesting chart what do people thinkwww.fertilityfriend.com/home/1f3edd

mibbes · 09/04/2008 19:14

Sparkly grr at lab messing up bloods . My AF only lasts 2-3 days with only 1 heavy day so short AF hasn't done me any harm and neither has my spotathon for that matter so don't worry too much. xx
Bucky I love temping and was really excited when I first started ! It gives you a new focus, you can obsess over every rise and dip Did it arrive ?
tinkerbell I see you binned the ill temp, looks like ov on CD17/18.
JB any symptoms ? You must be entering symptoms territory now..?
Ei your body is a complete mystery. This is no good for convincing those new to charting that it helps understand what is going on !! We should add a caveat "unless you are from Liverpool and called Ei" Mollie is your chart posted on this thread ? How exciting if AF due today and temp rose...
Emmsy how you missus ? Thanks for the advice xx
Well the GP surgery messed up big style and didn't get Mw Appt and I have to wait for 3 weeks for another one!! Am not pleased but hey ho I don't suppose it makes any difference when I go for booking in appt..does it ? The good news is my chicken pox bloods came back and am immune - hurray ! Am defo taking it easy, on Emmsy's advice have decided no more running for me, just walking and my preggy-lady exercise dvd when it arrives !

Emmsy1 · 09/04/2008 20:02

mibbes glad your going to take it easy from now on, we want that tiny miblet to stay firmly intact. Apart from piece of mind it won't matter if you have to wait another 3 weeks for your scan, as long as you are scanned in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy (as you probably already know, most babies develop at the same rate for the first 12 weeks} I havent been feeling as sick today, hope its comming to an end XX
