Higher temp for me today but had a few drinks last night and DP got up to watch the boxing so I got up too...AND, the chickenpox are expected any day. Pretty sure I haven't OV yet but hope to by Tuesday.

Wow Babychicken your doctor has prescribed you Clomid! That's excellent! How long have you been waiting for that? I wont get my follow up Gynae appointment till Aug, hopefully they will prescribe me some then. I will be TTC with PCOS for 13 months by then. It takes such a long time doesnt it I hope Clomid works for you . It worked for piper . Just make sure you get check ups all the time. I think they have to do weekly blood tests or something, I might be wrong though

yeah, it was my doctor who suggested it, she gonna do 21 day bloods when i'm on it. she had been doing my day 21 bloods for the last 4 cycles and apparently my progesterone levels are very low. if you can you should go to your doc and get day 21 bloods done each cycle as well so when you go to gynae in august, you will already have them done IYKWIM, so you will get the clomid quicker , in most cases they will want to moniter you first, so if you get these tests done by your doctor it will quicken things up with the gynae (hopefully) this TTC malarky is very frustrating!!

Oh damn, I'm on CD23 now so too late for this cycle. My cycles seem to be at least three months long so maybe I'll get my next day21 bloods done in the middle of July or something so by Aug I'll have had one lot of day21 bloods done. I wish I'd known before, I would have done it last cycle!

My prog levels are definitely too low cos I was prescribed it to bring on my AF last cycle so I could have the HSG scan and day 1-5 bloods done

i've had to get day 22 or day 23 bloods done instead a few times cause of bank holidays, (paddys day) and when day 21 fell on a weekend, so maybe if you get them done tomorrow just in case 3 month long cycles must be really frustrating . my best friend has the same thing. -- hope that gynea gets the finger out and gives you a big supply of clomid in august

Fruity day 21 bloods don't have to be taken on day 21, they are to be taken 7 days after ov (the 21 is based on a 28 day cycle) so you could still have the bloods taken if you temps incdicate you ov
JollyBear I used to be 34C but have put some weight on in the last years or so (age catching up with me !) so was more like a 36D when fell PG. But now they are huge and bought a 36DD bra which is still too tight ! It seems to be ok cup-wise but around the back seems to have grown too ! Holy crap am only 8 weeks and feeling like Jordan already . and yes Sparkly they are quite tender, I only really notice when I'm in bed or am rubbing stretchmark oil into them !

Low temp for me today and not feeling brilliant. Had some bad news at 7am this morning. A friend called to say his sister had died in a housefire last night . I took my temp slightly earlier but also exercised yday and the day before and I feel a bit ill - can't seem to shake off this sore throat and yukky head feeling.
Mibbes -OPK yday so hopefully will OV tomorrow or Wedsnesday.

Morning to everyone else.

Me, well, I am feeling pretty fed up today. FF has put me at 3dpo. I ov apparently on CD12, but I only bd'd on CD10pm and CD13...so I probably missed the egg AGAIN...I know the swimmers can live a few days but I don't think I have a particularly 'friendly' environment.. I rarely get EWCM so they probably all disappeared before the egg got hold of them...Here is my chart for those of you who know what you are talking about!

Maybe I will phone for an appointment at the GP. I think it's pretty obvious I'm not Oving with 90days+ cycles. I just dont want to get to my gynae appointment in Aug for them to tell me I need to go for blood tests before I get prescribed Clomid (if). I just dont know what to do, when in my cycle would I go for this blood test anyway?

Bucky Your chart is interesting. You have a lovely OV dip. Will be interesting to see if you have this again next month (hopefully you'll have a BFP by then - it's still possible that you caught the egg). If you have the same pattern again then it's a good indicator that it's time to get BDing. Your dogs sounds lovely. My brother and sister have both got dogs and I really want one but we have 2 cats.
Fruity You can go for blood test ASAP. I don't think it has to be done on day 21.

Tink For you to have OV lines I think you need 3 temps above your coverline which is normally your highest temp of the month?

I'm not an expert on temping so maybe someone else can confirm this?

Bucky it is quite possible that FF will move your lines over the next few days as it is not always obvious when ov took place. Given that you had a few high temps pre-ov I'd be inclined to wait and see what happens. Did you not say that you usually get +ve opks on CD13-14 ? Did you opk this cycle ? Even if CD12 is correct then a BD on CD10 pm is perfect timing and as you know lots of ladies have EWCM in there but it just never appears ! IMO it is better off up there as once it is on your pants it is no bl00dy use to the swimmers
Sparkly so sorry to hear about your friend's sister, how dreadful. I really hope this ill feeling isn't the pox. Could low temp be pre-ov, didn't you have a dip last cycle then a slow rise ?
Fruity if FF says you have ov'd at any point you go for days 21 bloods at 7dpo. My GP was also keen that all tests were done up front so that if she had to refer me for treatment then she'd have progressed things as far as she could and prevent wasting time further down the line IYSWIM. I guess it depends how proactive your GP is - maybe yours needs a nudge...
tinkerbell your chart is very up and down - but yes it may take more than 3 high temps for FF to confirm ov... fingers crossed you caught the egg
