I see. I only started to use Flo last month and inputted my last 3 three cycles whereas I have been using premom since last April when I came off the pill. I did log peaks for all cycles in Flo. So, in this case, I shall trust premom that my AF will be due tomorrow?

Sorry if you've mentioned this before, I'm getting mixed up with all the usernames 🙃 Are you using OPKs? Is that what Premom is using to tell you when af is due? If yes then it should be reliable. You can also log your OPK peak into Flo to get a 'second opinion'

Oops sorry I didn't read your whole message well... that's strange the 2 apps are so far off if you logged the peak in both

I have been logging OPKs and BBT diligently on premom since this Jan. I will use premom to predict AF and flo as the second opinion. Thank you for the advice!

You were right - Positive 1-2 weeks on a digital yesterday afternoon!

11 dpo: My BBT is still high and still no AF/BFP. My mira chart shows I still have some amount of pdg and it is not low enough to get AF yet... Will keep you updated.

Hi I done a test yesterday and this morning and I think both are faint positives but I’m not going to lie I can’t quite believe it. I’m 39 and have had years of infertility having never had a positive test. I have irregular cycles but been more regular the last 6 months staying between 28-35 days. Today is 15dpo.

Morning all. I felt weird yesterday and today. Today is 9DPO so decided to test. My mind is absolutely blown. I never had a positive before 11DPO with my previous two pregnancies and after all the issues with my cycles being ruined after the MMC, I am very much guarding my heart. My temp absolutely plummeted below baseline this morning, though I did have disturbed sleep last night, so we shall see what happens.

You mentioned you felt weird yesterday and today. May I ask what symptoms you have been experiencing which made you felt weird? Just curious about it.

Hi @LucyCL yeah, I've had lower back ache since Thursday and yesterday at lunch time, I sat down to eat lunch and immediately fell asleep. I am NOT a napper at all, I just couldn't stay awake. I've also been getting hot flashes the last two days.

Again, I had none of this with my last two pregnancies and had absolutely no other symptoms at all through the waiting period.

Getting very painful boobs now which I never really get.

The post CP cycle: Today is CD34 and 12 dpo, I had the most concentrated FMU of this cycle because I wanted to know when I am about to get AF.
Mira chart shows that my pdg has dropped again in one day and my BBT has dropped a bit. I did a FR just to be sure it was BFN. I am still waiting for my today's RHR to come up on my apple watch.
My luteal phase lasts for 12 days. Everything will get reset for the next cycle!
I will do a FR on 14 dpo if AF is still not here.

However yesterday my CM was watery and wet. That usually means there is a rise in estrogen. However based on Mira chart, this morning there is a further drop in pdg and a slight drop in E3G. In my case, AF will be due tonight or tomorrow morning (I think).
My LH level went down slightly however there has been a slight and steady increase in LH since it reached the bottom after ovulation.

I finally have the data of wrist temperature. It doesn't tell me the exact number however the deviation will be useful for me in the future.

RHR: As AF is so close, I am gradually getting my true RHR which is 60 at the moment so I wonder if it will drop further when AF is here. 😆I also think that it might be better to wait until afternoon to establish the RHR of the day.

My BBT remains elevated however based on the data I collected this morning, I predict that there will be a big drop tomorrow morning.
Would be great to collect all the baseline levels when AF is here then I can use them to monitor my health and potential ovulation and future pregnancy.

Also the baseline from the wrist temperature on apple watch: I wonder if it will be readjusted again when AF is here. Because my current BBT is elevated which doesn't reflect the true BBT/baseline when AF is due.

Does anyone know? I am still new to RHR and wrist temperature😁.

I just got AF!!! I am no longer in the limbo of the post CP cycle!! I am now free!! I cannot wait to see what is going to happen in this new cycle!😀 This cycle is going to be a normal one! So today is officially CD1 for me!

I'm out. BFN for me this morning. I'm trying not to get too deflated or to freak out but it's easier said than done. Onto cycle #3 after MMC. I never imagined TTC #2 would be so difficult 😔 We really got lucky the first time around and didn't realise it.

I’m only 6DPO today but after going for number 2 (sorry tmi) I noticed browny discharge which I sometimes get before my period and now a few twingy cramps . My luteal phase is usually 10-11 days so I’m more upset that’s it’s no where near long enough. I’ve also had bloating, v sore boobs and pms spots. Ovulation confirmed with Mira so definitely 6dpo.
I thought it was going so well because Mira said Pdg was elevated this morning and BBT still high (attached pictures).
I did have Covid last week, could that shorten the LP?

When AF arrived Saturday I immediately deleted MN and went for a 20km run. Felt pretty down, even though I knew what to expect.

I've been a bit sad as getting closer to what would have been the due date.

So I've decided to book in private fertility check ups for me and DH - this has made me feel so much better about the whole thing now. Like I've passed the control to someone else
