My opk are still low, I'm day 12 from last mva so hoping it'll go up tomorrow, I've only done them for a couple of cycles but they seem to peak day 13 /14, haven't got any signs yet though.

@xxcxdonxx have you done a test? Think you said you had to after 10 days

@Paws4thought hopefully you get your peak soon, might just take a few days longer this cycle while your body readjusts.

Ive still a few days to go technically @Sez281 but I tested this morning and it was a bfn ☹️ I’d only be 10/11 dpo so I know it’s still a bit early but I’m pretty sure I’d see something by now.

@Sez281 the place we went to was actually quite nice. Seen some ppl slag it of on other forums ages ago but the report was pretty suprising. They broke like each part into paragraphs so for like the organs, brain, limbs placenta postion and even the fluid and explained what the findings meant too. And 'she' played ball so all that plus gender for i think 60ish pound! They did say they dont measure head to bum after 14wks it then goes by incentile whatever it is. So if you want an accurate due date i think you will have to get a private one lol
@Paws4thought hows your strips coming 🙂 you trying this cycle or is it just for curiosity? Has your mood settled down abit. Hope so

@Supertrooper101 ah so you're having a girl? That sounds like a good report!

Planned to try but I'm starting to think I might have missed peak last weekend as strips are getting lighter, not sure if they could have been picking up any hcg still, I dont remember having any other signs.
I'm day 13 today since last mva and normally peak day 13 or 14 and they're lightest I've seen them.

@xxcxdonxx sorry to see you've tested negative, will you wait til you're due on now?

Aww a little girl how lovely @Supertrooper101 🥰 you've already got one of each yeah? I think I'm going to book a private scan for next week as it's too long to wait for my 16 week one, would be interested to get their measurements too.

We went for a walk on a local beach today to open our letter and find out the sex but it turned out to be my 20 week scan appointment so we'll have to wait a few more days! I just burst out laughing as I'd built the moment up so much that's all we could do 🤷‍♀️😂

@Paws4thought ugh it's very frustrating when opks do that. I'd say your system is still a bit all over the place so maybe keep testing just in case you haven't hit your peak yet 🤞

Yeah I think my hormones are still a bit messed up tbh, I know nothing will speed things up but still getting stressed about it 🙃

@Paws4thought oh that is frustrating however I would say keep testing just in case. Could deffo be hormones still settling etc after what you've been through. 💕

Sorry I've been quiet, just trying to distract myself a little bit and switch off from pregnancy stuff so that I can try and focus myself on everyday things, otherwise it literally drags 🤣 9 days till my booking app🙏 went out last night for the first time since finding out...luckily alot of the people we were with didn't drink so it wasn't noticed that I wasn't, its a whole new experience as I love lots of fizz usually 🤣🙈

That story made me laugh @Sez281 glad your results have come back good, feel like your pregnancy is really starting to pick up the pace 💓I'm really fighting the urge to book a private scan, I'm going to wait till midwife app and then if I feel positive still, I'll try my best to hold out but if the scan appointment is later than my official 12th week I may well end up caving and booking private lol

Ladies do you/did you all have morning sickness? Why am I now questioning why I don't? Started googling as you do and came across something where it was basically saying there's an increase risk of mc in those that don't....I know it's totally bull, but yeah I let that creep in my head 😫 I only get the odd wave of nausea for 5/10 mins and its not even everyday. The only symptom I'm having is bloated/constipated/tired and nasal congestion everyday (that's a thing apparently lol). Just when I was in my positive mind space I googled 🤣🤣🙈 glad I'm in work today so I can stop bloody googling 🤣

@Supertrooper101 no side effects that I noticed! Just blessed relief of not having constantly sticky lady bits 😂

@Westy22 I had no sickness or even nausea with this pregnancy! Early on it really freaked me out. My main symptoms were achy boobs and gassiness. Such a shame that our anxiety means we can't just enjoy it! I've said to a few people that I had a dream first trimester... Such a shame it was wasted on being so anxious!!

Sorry for the late reply @Westy22 yep I've got it 😣 but honestly I'm not taking it as a positive sign or anything as I've read threads with women going through mmc's with full blown symptoms.,,and then others who have been perfectly fine with none. So in a nutshell I don't think symptoms are ever an indication of how things are progressing. Count yourself lucky for now 😉 xx

@Supertrooper101 I feel weirdly ok being off it. I'm choosing to trust the process 🤞. It's been a week now and things seem ok (I do find myself checking toilet paper more again now but I don't know if that will ever go away 😢) I also love being free from the messiness off them like @SnookyPook

@Westy22 i think although google can be handy, it cant be trusted to be the final say on whats normal for YOU..... take snook as an example haha.
@Sez281 plsd you mentioned about checking the toilet paper, ges it wont ever go away that obsession 🙁.... am guessing no gender news. I wana see if these old wives tales are true with the extreme nausea being to do with female hormones aka a girl lol

I've decided to try and not worry, I get a bit of nausea in the evening but I think the constant snacking helps me out 🤣 I'm honestly gonna be the size of a house. Thanks tho ladies. I asked my sis too as she's got a big family and she didn't have it with every pregnancy so maybe I'll count myself lucky 🤣 @SnookyPook @Sez281 @Supertrooper101

9 weeks tomorrow eek 🙏 so so tired this week.

@Supertrooper101 @Sez281 @Westy22 I still check the toilet paper too 😩 I suddenly felt really wet the other day and had to get to a toilet immediately and felt really panicked... Was just discharge thank goodness! I don't think that hyperalertness to potential bad news will ever completely go sadly.

I had a bit of a wobble after my 20wk scan and the referral to fetal medicine but I'm feeling a bit better today although still having moments. Hate that time is still being chunked down into countdown to the next scan!! Just trying to keep calm and await further info. One scan snapshot isn't enough to know much and the growth stuff is notorious for being inaccurate so hopefully it's not too worrisome. Still not getting loads of movement so just wanting that to ramp up now! I know they say you should get more of a noticeable pattern from around 24wks so again, trying not to overthink it all. 🙄🙃

Oh @SnookyPook you poor thing, it really never goes does it. I honestly don't know how I'm going to cope if I get as far as waiting for movements then wondering if I'm getting them often enough 🤯

@Supertrooper101 still no letter, getting a bit pissed off now. The gender was never important to us but we payed a lot of money for the reassurance of the report and it's the principle now, I'll call them tomorrow.

I'm up the wall again 🙄 after a 28 cycle which lasted 9 bloody days and then ended up back on two weeks later cd20. I'm going back the gp! I've been on now for 5 days stopping and starting and now I feel like full flows hit with backache s9 God nos how long this one's going to last. Xx

Aww @Jadeypie I don't blame you for being so pissed off, just when it was getting close to "normal" are you taking the pcos meds now?
I know I had a couple of strange short cycles which threw me but if I had them all the time with spotting in between I'd be fuming 😣. You're definitely right to go back to the GP. Did the endocrinologist arrange a follow up? Hopefully it all gets sorted soon 🙏

@SnookyPook I'm a little relieved as my OHs boy name was a hard no from me! 😂

Honestly it still doesn't feel real though. It's like I'm going to wake up from a weird dream soon. I guess not believing it or getting too excited is a way to protect ourselves 🤷‍♀️Maybe I'll believe it when I have a proper bump or feel movements but at this moment it still doesn't feel like it's happening. I feel weirdly numb 😕
