Oh @xxcxdonxx I'm so sad for you!! Make sure you do what helps you the most!! It's so wrong to keep you waiting round. I understand the department has a lot to deal with, but God, it just feels cruel keeping u waiting so long. Sending my love xxx

@xxcxdonxx am with jadey on the cruel aspect, how the hell can something like that be scedule for only once a week like its a routine appointment. Its, well, not humane 🙁... just do you and 🤞 you will start to feel abit better soon

Oh @xxcxdonxx I'm so sorry. I also cannot believe that you have to wait, that's a horrible system, Jesus Christ as if you haven't been through enough 😕 I think going to work is a good idea, try and have a "normal" a week as possible. It's just so bloody unfair, nobody deserves to go through this but especially not as much as you have. Sending you a massive hug xx

Thanks everyone, it does seem very unfair to be left in limbo like this for a week.
I think what tipped me over yesterday was hearing my friends news. I’m angry that that was once me, decide to have a baby and make it happen, no heartache in-between.
I’m also sad that I’m going to become this bitter person who can’t hear good news but I know it’s likely just a moment in time and it won’t feel like this forever.

@xxcxdonxx I think being angry, bitter and sad are all very very valid feelings and don't feel bad for feeling them because quite frankly you deserve to feel angry and bitter because you've been through a terrible time of unfairness. But you'll be okay eventually because your strong and there is ALWAYS a rainbow after a storm!! Xx

I’m ok thanks @Westy22 , booked in for my mva tomorrow and was in hospital today getting my bloods taken, paper work and meds ahead of it. Just wanting the physical aspect of it done now. How are you keeping?

How are you doing @Supertrooper101 , do you have your next scan coming up soon or I’ve maybe got confused with everyone’s dates.

I'm fine, 15 weeks now feel like my energy levels have returned a little bit and I'm able to focus on work etc more. We've told most people now so it's nice that it's not a secret anymore, don't see my midwife till I'm 18 weeks and 20 week scan date has come through so its starting to feel like it's moving much quicker x

@Westy22 your pregnancy seems to be going by so quickly!!
@xxcxdonxx hope the procedure goes OK tomorrow and is a straight forward recovery for you, hopefully your hormones will settle quickly too 🤞
@Supertrooper101 I think the good weather has meant less phone time! Have you told anyone yet?

I'm back in the tww, hopefully will get blood results soon and keeping everything crossed for a positive test!

@xxcxdonxx hopefully no delays for.you tomorrow and you can be in and out then x

@Westy22 your set up is different to ours ours is at 16wks lol your not finding out the sex are you?

@Paws4thought told my parents and eldest.....there were no suprises there 🤦‍♀️ haha although my eldest did wonder if i had just got fat lol

@Supertrooper101 it's ment to be my 16 week appointment 🤣 but for some reason has been scheduled late due to bank holiday etc. I was going to ask for it to be moved but figured there's not much happening at it so don't think it makes a difference.

Ahh you've finally told people lol how far are you now? I've started to develop a bloat/bump 🤣 its not so big when I wake up but the minute I eat its huge 🤣

@Paws4thought its definitely picking up now, it's like putting pressure on me to finish my house 🤣🙈

Ah nice to hear from everyone! I'm solo parenting since Friday night until early next Monday as my DH is off in Morocco on the final excursion for a postgraduate diploma he's doing!! So I've been a bit distracted/exhausted 😂 Thankfully I've got a great support network around me. My MiL picked my son up from nursery today then cooked us dinner and bathed him before driving us home at bedtime and I fell asleep while I was putting him to bed 😂 One week left of 2nd trimester! 😲 Next scan is Friday morning so will get to see how little man is doing and if he's podged up at all!

@xxcxdonxx hope all goes well today. Will be thinking of you. Definitely remember that feeling of just wanting the physical side of things over and done with. Hope it all settles quickly for you and that you're as ok as can be.

Aw 15 weeks @Westy22 , it seems like everyone’s pregnancies fly by once they hit 12 weeks. I’m sure your bump is coming along nicely 😊

I knew I’d get everyone’s dates mixed up @Supertrooper101 . You must have a proper bump by now so there would have been no surprises for them!

Can imagine your exhaustion @SnookyPook , your MIL sounds amazing! I’m always falling asleep in beside the kids too with my dh waking me up. Hope all goes well with your scan this week.

Thanks everyone, I’m sure it will be fine. They’ve said that they will do genetic testing this time and hopefully because it’s a more controlled environment they should be able to collect enough to do that. Might not make any difference but might give some indication if there are any abnormalities.

Good luck today @xxcxdonxx I've no doubt you just want it over with at this stage 😔 It's good that they're doing the tests, if nothing else just to rule stuff out. I hope it goes as well as it can. Mind yourself xx

@Supertrooper101 I heard summer had come at home, don't think it was long lived though? Pmsl that you're telling them now, I'd say they very much knew and it has been like the elephant in the room (no pun intended!) how old are your kids again? Built in babysiting age yet? 😜

I had a scan yesterday. Could only get a 5D one which to be honest I'm not keen on as I always think they look like aliens 🙈 All was good though, I'm actually measuring a bit ahead and she has very long legs apparently (from what I could make out from the Spanish sonographer😂) Just under 2 weeks till my 20 week scan milestone so going to try and enjoy the last 10 days or so here now ☀️

@Westy22 definatley gets bigger as the day goes on dosent it lol am around 21-22 now
@SnookyPook it was a relief they kinda new lol i was thinking you were 27wks this wk? Or does the 3rd start from 28wks 🤔..
@xxcxdonxx even if the test results come back normal at least there paying more attention to whats been happening and may have a solution, suggestion at some point. Just strange why all that now.
@Sez281 5d 🤯 didnt even know that was a thing! Did you get a pic from that one lol have you still not felt any movement? She must be booting your back instead lol

@Sez281 great news on the scan! And lovely you can now relax a bit ahead of the 20wk one. Haha I know what you mean, those scans always freak me out a bit too. Hope yours was cute though 🥰

@Supertrooper101 yeah third trimester is from 28wks. I was 27 yesterday 👍🏼 Just got to get through today at work and then I've taken the rest of the week off. Really feeling the urge to nest now so want to get some sorting done of the bedrooms etc! Got to get a report finished before that though and struggling to concentrate 😩😂

@Sez281 haha I can't believe I'm 15 weeks either 🙈 I'd say since the 12 week mark it's flying. Lovely that you got to see baby and everything is good 😍

@Supertrooper101 sooo I have a confession...I sent my scan pics to early glimpse to see what they come back with gender wise 🙈🤣 not said anything to anyone inc OH and sis 🙈 and It's obvs no guarantee but they come back with 99% confidence it's a boy lol I've said from day one tho it would be a boy so it's just made me more confident I'm right 🤣 it makes no difference tho as I'm still buying neutral clothing x

I'm convinced I'm starting to feel some movement at night lol is it too early? More so when I turn over, it's a bizarre feeling. I know everything's getting squished in there so it could be gas etc but just seems a bizarre feeling.

Also when would you guys recommend a pregnancy pillow? X

Hi everyone we have all been quiet haha I've been enjoying the sun well untill the rain started been doing the gardens painting fences ect.

Gearing up for ovulation soon @Sez281 not abit well tho and dtd is the last thing on my mind right now ha.

I've got all kinds of aps coming up endocrinologist next month and the gynaecologist too so I'm happy they have come through. Bloods have been done for the crohns and celiac. Basically feel like I'm getting a good check with the three departments ha.

@Westy22 would 100% recommend the pillow especially for later on too when your all uncomfortable and crnt find a comfy spot in bed haha. 15 weeks wow that's gone so quick!! Xx

All went well today and was in and out within the hour. I started to bleed in the waiting room and had a bit of a panic they would send me home to wait it out but it was all fine and maybe made it a bit easier that it was starting on its own anyway.
Just glad to have it done now and not have the worry hanging over me of something happening when the kids were around x
