@Westy22 ah OK, my tests went negative about 4 days after mva for retained product so I'm assuming hcg is back to normal, were your tests still positive? I'll give it another week or so then call epu see if they can suggest anything, I'd would have been 6/7 weeks so early too.
Hopefully you'll get a reassuring midwife who might help your anxiety a bit 🤞 that's a good plan, hopefully your scan date will be soon then!

@Paws4thought hi lovely! Movements have ramped up a bit the last couple of days which is lovely! 22wks today!! Got my next scan two weeks today with foetal medicine - just hoping it shows little man has had a good growth spurt! 🙏🏼💕

@Westy22 is it your weight and bloods today then then official one afew days after or do they do it all together there? Least you will know what weight youve put on lol

@xxcxdonxx i think at this stage its the right mindset to have a wall up and be realistic. Bloody awful having too 🙁 i know. But sometimes helps. Did you hear from epu? I can remember sez being worried about her cramps and the pesseries masking something bit she was told it wouldnt and shes tonking by lol

Still no word from epu @xxcxdonxx? In a way the longer they leave it to scan you the better. I know the wait it torture though 😣

What dates are you now @Supertrooper101? I can never remember how far ahead of me you are!
Yep private scan later this evening eve the nerves are kicking in. I also have an awful cold and now I'm worried that I've picked up slapped cheek virus from my friends toddler who I met over a week ago and had it 😣 I might give my gp or midwife a call, I think the hospital might be able to check my bloods or something to see if I'm immune 🧐 I don't care about me having it I just don't want to pass anything on to the baby 😣

Thank you @Sez281 all done now, she was lovely, classed as low risk so that's good and weight still healthy..think I've gained 4lbs since the gp weighed me in Feb. Scan isn't till 30th April which would be 13+5 so might speak to OH about booking a private one x

Thanks @Supertrooper101 , I hadn’t heard back from them so I’ve called again this morning. I know it doesn’t necessarily mean anything but I just don’t feel pregnant in any way so as you say, I think I’m preparing myself for bad news.

I agree @Sez281, every few days counts in what they might be able to confirm so it’s maybe not a bad thing. I’m also a bit concerned if I should even start this heparin when it’s not 100% that I have this sticky blood but they would be able to advise. Hope you are feeling ok and all goes well with your scan today.

Glad to hear little one’s movements have picked up too @SnookyPook and you are now over half way, that feels so quick!

Hope you are doing ok @Paws4thought did you get your blood work done? I can’t remember if you said.

@Supertrooper101 I meant it was a good plan for westy booking private scan if 12 week scan is late.
@Sez281 hope your scan goes well! Ah it's just extra worry knowing you've been around someone poorly, hopefully you're OK tho.
@SnookyPook oh gosh you're in a different tww now then haha, glad you're getting more movement hopefully time will go quickly til your next scan.
@xxcxdonxx im ok thanks, nothing to update on and can't have bloods until start of May as that'll be 6 weeks since negative. Hope the EPU get back to you soon, seems a daft system waiting for call back.
@Westy22 that's fab you're low risk, don't think I could resist a private scan.

I'm just back from my private scan, it was amazing and I'm so glad we did because it's the first time we saw proper movements (she was hopping and waving and kicking away 💖. Dates are pretty much bang on too so I'm feeling a bit more reassured again (although not sure how long that will last!) we have a 16 week consultation in 2 weeks then will go on holidays for 3 weeks to try and relax 🧘‍♀️ 🙏

@Paws4thought got sent tonnes of photos and videos. Even though I've replayed them it still doesn't feel real. I guess that's normal in any pregnancy but especially after loss, maybe it's my brains' way of subconsciously protecting me 🤷‍♀️ I do hope that in time I'll get properly excited though!

@Sez281 ah that's ace having videos to watch, hopefully you'll be able to let yourself be more excited in the next few weeks, think there will always be a little worry there to protect ourselves from some hurt but hopefully outweighed by the positive.
I'm still in limbo, no signs of anything yet, I've been dreaming more which I'm hoping means progesterone rising and AF might be on the way 🤞 as much as I'd like a positive test I'd just be happy to know where I am now.

@Supertrooper101 lol there's still plenty of time for me to pile it on 🤣 debating whens best to plan it in, I'm 10 weeks today so was thinking maybe next weekend when I'm 11+3 and then my NHS one will be 12+6? X

@Supertrooper101 and @SnookyPook yeah Spain is still a couple of weeks away but it's great to know there's light at the end of the tunnel when so busy in work and it's something to look forward to. I love my holidays, I know life is going to change soon so will probably try for another one in later in the summer if I can 😂 Have you guys got any nice plans before hand?

Oh absolutely make the most of all your holidays, very jealous of 3 weeks in the sunshine. I feel we have went back to winter here 😫

Yes I spoke to someone yesterday @Sez281 and I’m booked in for Monday. The lack of any symptoms and some cramps I’ve had this morning has really got me feeling quite negatively about it all so it feels like a long wait for bad news. I do want to think positively but I just can’t shake this feeling.

@Sez281 I've not got a ap yet between work toddler life and being a stupid long que to get through I gave up! I'm actually gearing up to ovulate again tho so that's a positive. Xx

@Westy22 omg!! I feel like I've blinked and your that far already!! Suppose I havnt been on much but I'm made up your approaching scan time xx

@xxcxdonxx aww your gona feel like that like all the others. But your time will come when you get the little bit of reassurance (so shit you have to wait) xx

@xxcxdonxx I'm glad you r got a date but I'm so sorry you're having that feeling 😞 I know we all have the dread before the first scan (and after!) but do try and stay as positive as you can. I cramped badly from 3DPO and was convinced AF was coming even after the positive so I do think it's quite "normal" hopefully you can keep busy and have a few distractions to get you through till Monday 🙏

@Jadeypie Oh that's great that you're gearing up to ovulate again. Hopefully your last 2 crazy cycles were just that and it will settle down a bit now 🤞
