@Cazzy87 that's happened to me this month not much of a line then a sudden surge in the evening xx

@Lowrilawson ahh maybe i will test tomorrow morning and evening again to see, glad i'm not the only one! its such a minefield of info to get your head around the timing! think i will stick with my plan of DTD sat and sun evening then, how have you timed dtd?

@Cazzy87 yes I get a sudden surge! Will attach my pics from 2 days before & then peak day. Just look at the thicker blue E@H test as the others were crap

@Cazzy87 I'm ovulating today and I've DTD 5 days ago, 2 days ago, yesterday, will be today and tomorrow and I always have a surge in the evening so try doing it in the evening xx

@Lowrilawson sounds like you have it covered! i think i peak in the evenings too as last time i missed it! as had peak in the evening (annoyingly couldn't dtd that evening) - dtd the following day in the evening and didn't catch. Ahh nice to see @4LeafCloverBaby thanks 👌as i say i will test again in the morning and evening tomorrow and sun

@Cazzy87 I always have a quick surge and drops again within 24 hours so I have to check a few times a day around that part of my cycle.

It appears AF has arrived for me. Though there was a good amount of blood (not spotting) and then appears to have stopped again. But what concerns me is that it is really early. It makes the cycle 26 days. Since TTC my cycle has shortened and I am unsure as to whether I should be concerned. I found a discount code for Hertility fertility test so I have ordered one of those to see if anything obvious sticks out.

@Cazzy87 I got a very sudden surge! I really thought it would be more gradual too and was panicking a few days before that my tests weren't getting darker. I think this might explain why I missed it completely in December.

I was expecting to surge day 12 or 13, so was surprised it came on day 16. I don't seem to surge with very high numbers either, I had to set the peak myself from 'high' because the app was clearly looking for something stronger. I hope it doesn't mean there's anything wrong.

thanks @Mummysparrow good to know i'm not on my own with the sudden surge! i'm hoping i will see my line darker tomorrow and sun now then...

do most of you use the premom app and ovulation strips as well then? out of interest

I used everything I could this month just to make sure everything was working okay after my chemical. I'd never used the strips or Premom before, but it's very satisfying to see it all laid out before you. It will keep the record as well for future references.

As I thought I hadn't ovulated in December, I used the monitor, tracker and two different types of strip. If someone here hadn't told me to try testing later in the day, I might have missed it again! The strips make it easier to do more than one test a day.

I have only ever used the cheap LH strips the thick blue ones and I can read them pretty well but might looking into the others xx

@4LeafCloverBaby the only thing I'm finding really odd this cycle is usually by now my temp
Is at least 36.2 but it was 35.7 two days ago 36.0 yesterday and back to 35.7 today! Odd! X

@Lowrilawson when did you ovulate?

@Lowrilawson i wouldn’t worry to much about your temp before you ovulate…just need to make sure it rises after ovulation x

@Lowrilawson ok so far 🤞🏼 It’s a bit weird because I feel a bit in limbo thinking…am I actually pregnant. The other women on the pregnancy forum are keep testing but I just thing it is what it is & I don’t want to waste a load of money on preg tests…if somethings going to happen I’ll know soon enough…I think I’ll feel like I’m really pregnant when I have a scan done. Only symptoms so far are diarrhoea 🤣😭 & sore boobs x

Awh, well you haven't had a period so I'm going to say you definitely are pregnant! Ahah so how long after ovulation did the temps go up for you? Straight away or a few days after? xx

So it turns out my bleed this morning wasn't my period so still on 12dpo. Who bloody knows what it happening

@Lowrilawson no I haven't as I have convinced myself that i am out for the month. I also have a shit ton of clear discharge today. I have a chest infection so I am coughing a lot and I kid you not I thought I peed myself when coughing earlier but I have realised it is discharge. I have googled and I can't work out what it is 🫣

@Mummysparrow are you taking cough medicine? That increases CM x
