Now that I have had oestrogen Rise confirmed on CB opk and heading for LH surge hunt - when is the best time of the day for testing? For some reason there is no explanation of that on manual only that you can test now twice but LH should be detected on stripy tests not from first but second urine and now I’m wondering how to handle this one.

In my experience 1st or 2nd morning urine is fine! Get DTD regardless ;) fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@WhatTheEll thx! I think for me reason for tracking is mostly because I don’t want to get my hopes up too early.
DTD is on the menu anyway 😏
Still a flashy as should, for tomorrow I hope for static one already, but am prepared also to flash, it is perfectly normal to have delayed O after CP.

@AnaReis I'm not sure if my Fertility could be affected my health troubles because I'm still undiagnosed as to whatever is going on. I have rheumatology appointments later this month to explore things like rheumatoid arthritis and Behcets Disease. The latter doesn't affect fertility but there is some mixed evidence that the former might. So just a waiting game really on that. Of course my previous fertility history and young age of me and DH etc go in our favour so fingers crossed. I'm almost certain this will be our last DC too so I'm not really so bothered about age gaps this time too so would be more relaxed if it takes longer than the first two did.

I am currently poorly with covid and feeling very sorry for myself and that meant that DD is late for school for the first time as I started vomiting unexpectedly earlier.

The app seems to only be letting me tag one day person?! AFeastForCrows I just wanted to say you're never out til you're out, you know?! I had implantation bleeding with DC2 which I was initially assuming was my period coming but then it stopped and I was pregnant!

Somebody commented on HG, yes it's awful and was a big factor in dithering over whether to try for a third or not. It's horrible for me but in some ways I actually think it's almost worse for DH particularly now we've got two kids. As he has to do absolutely everything alone for months as I get so sick and we have very little practical support around us. Thankfully both times I only had to take about 3 months off work/childcare and was mostly back to normal by about week 24 or so, so it isn't the whole pregnancy. But often it can get worse so there is that unknown that it could be worse in future, I do desperately hope not though...

@WeightoftheWorld welcome! Sorry to hear about your health issues but you are right - your age and previous fertility means that the odds are very much in your favour!

Im in awe of the people who suffer with HG and then come back for more as well 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.

This is going to sound ridiculous but I was blessed with such easy pregnancies and lovely fast births that I almost feel like that is extra justification for doing it again (I did have recurrent miscarriages and have to take a load of horrible meds for the first trimester, so I feel like the other stuff is karma for that, before anyone hates me too much!).

I’ve got my GP bloods booked in now and hoping that everything looks ok for us to start again in Jan.

No static this morning and also bbt was slightly elevated and no drop yet, so still actively waiting for the O :)
Sad thing is, that DH has very active work week and already I feel as harasser 😂 now I can’t leave him alone still 😂

I have not even vomited during my previous pregnancies and only issue was preparing food fast enough to eat. Sometimes I started to cook but when it was done my appetite changed and couldn’t even think about eating that food :D

AF showed up today, so onto another cycle.

Now I'm dealing with some annoying headaches since last week 😩 I'm going to call the GP tomorrow... I'm don't usually get headaches except some mild ones when I don't sleep enough 🙄 I'm one of those people that stresses a lot about health issues, so I'm completely paranoid at the moment 😭🤦🏻‍♀️

It could be some stress from TTC, but you're definitely doing the right thing speaking to GP, especially as it's not usual for you ♥️

wasn’t due until Friday so I’m guessing I ovulated early this cycle and that’s why I missed the peak - I must be more organised next cycle

So sad news here this morning.
I am getting anxious as still only flashing smileys on my opk screen.

My rational brain knows that this was expected but still I can’t take it easy 😒

3/4DPO here.....I say that because I read that you can ovulate 8-20 hours after peak and I got my peak around midday on Saturday. Just now I've felt twinges/slight cramps (very noticeable) and I'm thinking that's way too early but again I read you can feel implantation cramps 3-10 days after ovulation.....obviously I'm not reading into it too much 😇 😇 🤣🤣

yippee I got a static smiley this morning on cd 17.
So it was only a small delay of 2 days.

weirdly enough my bbt this morning was 36,63 (yesterday’s 36,3 but I don’t worry cause my meds are finally starting to work and my body heating system still adjusting.
Fitbit showed decent drop on skin temp so I’m also getting conflicting results on different devices but don’t really care as smiley is static 🙂 Also needed procedures were conducted.

@WhatTheEll wow even I have not read this one about implanting on 3dpo 🤔 For the sake of security I will cut off all not pregnancy friendly activities as of today 😂

Today I mapped for the sake of curiosity Fitbits wrist temps on premom app and also added stripe LH tests (wow, where have I been, w always wondered how many know about it being high or low just based on stripes 😅)
There my line is totally logical and follows almost ideal bbt chart. And rise from low to peak happened in 12 h and drop to low (what seems to be my baseline) in less than 24h.
I may have temp measuring issues it seems 😀So bought new thermometer and will try with this one (in parallel for a while).
Because of a misunderstanding with my family doc I have extra test paid for at labs for hcg, proge and general stuff and main thyroid hormone I will take that test (and add also other thyroid hormones and antibodies) on 7dpo next Saturday.

How others are doing and@WhatTheEll what about your symptoms?

I have cut out almost all alcohol, few drinks per month is my typical consumption. Wine yes, but alcohol free version.

@Ifyouknowyouknowyouknow And @AnaReis have you noticed that after taking your daily dose of thyroid medicine you’re temperature goes up? I experimented with shifting my daily temping to later, but this is about hour and a half after l-thyroxine and my temp is much much higher than at 5 30 when I take it. And even that number is still rising. This morning it was already 37.11 and seems I am stuck on temping at 5.30 before medicine, then it is lower - 36.77 this morning.

@MrsPepper82 I don’t temp so i’m afraid I don’t know. But I was diagnosed with hashimotos 20 years ago and have been stable pretty much throughout that time so I don’t feel like the meds would have much of a noticeable impact.

Im just in limbo at the moment - waiting for AF to arrive and then will be doing blood tests on day 3-4 of my next cycle. Planning to start trying again in December or jan depending how my cycle falls (as we are aiming for a September or later baby).

Yes, that happened to me. It's absolutely natural, because the thyroid controls the body temperature. That's why people with low thyroid function feel cold all the time.

I'm now about to enter my fertile window in 2 or 3 days, but my husband is being an idiot and the last thing I want is to dtd with him 😒I want to slap him, really.... This again makes me question if I should have a third or not.......... 🙄
