TTC baby no2. Dpo 4. Anyone else?

From this month on, we are trying for an other baby.

I know that it might take some time, but I have a strong feeling that it happened this month. I had a similar intuition with my first child - I just knew it. I'm afraid I'll be extremely disappointed if the result is negative.

I hope I'm not the only one who feels this way and I will get some support here. I feel lonely this time around- cant really talk to anyone about it except my husband (who is very relaxed and doesnt get that this is the only thing on my mind right now). Looking for some support here!

@Katherina02837 trying not to symptom spot, but keep feeling my boobs to see if they're still sore, so it's not working! How are you?

@Catson yeah i am also confused by the symptoms: my cramping stopped last night but came back a few hours ago. I am worried I will get my period today as my 28 days cycle should start- even though I only ovulated 9 days ago. I just want to survive today without the AF so I will be (maybe?) a bit more relaxed tomorrow.

@Katherina02837 I have everything crossed for you that AF doesn't appear today. The waiting is just the worst isn't it

Hi 👋🏼 6DPO today & also TTC number 2. I have 0 symptoms, not even sore breasts which I usually get a week or so before AF. I ovulated a little earlier this month so I'm not sure I DTD enough but hoping cycle #4 is my lucky one 🤞🏽

@MrsP21918 I normally test around 8dpo and am always disappointed because its far too early! So I'm going to wait until Saturday when I'll be 10dpo x

@Catson Ah just ahead of me then, hopefully times goes fairly quickly!

@AC2023 very sensible! I’m going to try and do the same, I ovulate a little later so it shouldn’t be too much of a wait. One app says AF is due 17th, the other says 19th.

@TTCNoTWO Sounds a good plan! I think I will wait until at least Monday when my husband is at work and I’m WFH, not to get my hopes up but I really want to surprise him this time if it’s positive. Last time I woke him up at 3.30am and said ‘I’m pregnant I know I am, can I take a test?!’ Then got a bit of a squinter so he wasn’t that excited as wasn’t sure it was a true positive!

@Catson some mild cramping in the night but I feel it’s too soon to be anything positive - just hoping it’s not AF trying to make an early appearance!

I did a test this morning but it was negative. I am 10 dpo so I wasn't expected a positive but I couldn't wait. 🫣

I'm around 8 or 9 dpo and have sore boobs and some cramping but negative test. is it too early?

@ttcflowerxx I test with cheap strips from Amazon! I used them with my first pregnancy and I got a bfp 11dpo. I never tested before that, so not sure if they would work at 10dpo.
I am also a bit confused about my days as I can be either 10 or 9dpo now. I didn't use an ovulation test as I always feel ovulation and I go by my mucus (I have a lot during ovulation).

What kind of test are you planning on using?

@MrsP21918 my DS is 14 months actual/12 months corrected. I wanted to wait until he was 2 before trying again but no idea how long it will take and I kind of got a bit excited and so did DH.

@AC2023 I'm only 6dpo I think so unlikely any of my symptoms are related to pregnancy but I've been having some cramps on one side of my uterus area and the occasional boob sting/ache lol. Probs nothing though...

I had cramping and stabbing pains after ovulation this time. They stopped yesterday.
I never get anything like this after ovulation or before period so I'm hoping it is a good sign.
I think I had similar with my first baby...but I had my weeding that week (concived my baby 2 days before my wedding day) so I wasn't paying that much attention to it.
