@MrsBP15 sounds like heaven. So lovely to have something to look forward to too 🌴 I love your advice about coming on here rather than testing early but stupidly caved again at 9DPO and a BFN again. My chocolate intake has drastically risen as a result!

@MrsBP15 where abouts are you off to? I work in travel so spend my days staring at holidays, my bucket list gets longer by the week 😂 a Caribbean cruise has always been top though, really want to visit St Lucia

@CurlyWurly1991 it's depressing how much things cost. Where are you having the sperm analysis from? DH asked about tests when we had our telephone appointment and the consultant said they don't offer anything for men

@RoseH36 its medichecks and they do a sperm analysis plus testosterone. I think the sperm analysis is via another lab. Last time I checked the 20% off ended tonight - take a look! It’s quite a chunk off £200.

Lots more EWCM this afternoon. Today is CD11 and we have BD’d CD6, 7, 8, 9 & 10! After tonight I think we will call it a day 😂 still undecided on yoga. It’s starts at 8pm & I’m not home from work yet. It’ll mean rushing for dinner & then no time to chill when I get home. I’m trying to justify just putting on my pjs & watching MAFS 😂

Just jumping in as otherwise will never post as I won't catch up. 8 dpo today. Been v busy last few days so not been tempted to test but have some time on my own tomorrow. Always prefer it when I don't test though and I wouldn't cope well with false hope.

When we were pregnant briefly - before early miscarriage - managed to not test til 13 dpo ish
But yeah..
I hear you with not wanting false hope - we tried again but im guna not test for another 5 - 7 days

Thanks world wide travel. I've been mixed, have tested at this point before and got bfn, often get period before testing IE no test needed. I do ok until about dpo 7 then start wondering usually

I think there has been positive news on the thread but things can change a lot so no congratulations until I am sure where you are all up to

Tested ‘early’ at day 30 and it’s another BFN over here. I don’t feel pregnant, just got too excited. Just the classic pre menstrual super sore boobs. It’s funny because I put so much thought into what would happen if I got pregnant and suffered with morning sickness/ had a miscarriage etc whilst DH was away with work and it felt like such a big decision to try anyway. Yet here we are with him about to leave for the final six weeks and nothing close to a pregnancy.

On the plus side, I won’t be due on the day of my best friend’s wedding, so that’s a good thing. That and the year away being almost over. I will focus on those x

And yet now I have researched that the tests I used have a sensitivity of 25mmol and I know that the first response tests have levels of 5mmol. So I have convinced myself that I should go and waste one of those now 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Bumblebee413 It’s so easily done isn’t it, I didn’t know the FR tests were that sensitive!

I’m Im not feeling too bad this evening, felt touch as a badger’s arse on the school run this afternoon though! Nice hot curry for dinner tonight, love spices to open up the sinuses!

Ended up yoga yoga last night & tbf I do feel better for it this morning, albeit a bit knackered. I’m covering people who are off sick at work at the moment & trying very hard not to stress! Yoga helps.

I have a question… as I’m not using OPKs how do I calculate when ovulation day is? I had O pain Saturday, EWCM yesterday, as far as I can see no EWCM today although I do feel a bit of O pain again (same side as Saturday). Today is CD12 & according to the FF app O day is tomorrow (I have 26-27 day cycles). Do I consider O day today or tomorrow?

So sorry to hear about your period @Pineappleapple and for negative tests @Cressie2 and @Bumblebee413 that seriously sucks! @happytobemrsg I use OPKs so I don't think I'll be much help but I'm sure others will have lots of thoughts.

CD12 here and had a very positive OPK first thing this morning (I have always seemed to catch positive tests with first urine of the day which I know isn't the norm) I'll do a Clear Blue in an hour or so to see what that says and will DTD tonight and tomorrow regardless. App predicted ovulation for Friday so think that's a bit out hence the testing...

Also negative for me when I tested at 12DPO yesterday. I'm right there with you ladies.
Will be focusing on nurturing myself ready for next cycle, just as soon as I can get these night shifts out of the way! 1 more to go, on my way home to sleep now.

Food is my go to for comfort. Has anyone got any comforting but nutritious dinner ideas I can use to lift my mood?

@happytobemrsg even using opks I think there is a 48 hour window when ovulation could be occurring... you ovulate 12-24 hours after your peak opk and then the egg lives another 12-24.. with that in mind, even though my app records my peak opk and put ovulation day after, I'm always conscious that ovulation could be a day either side.

If you've had ovulation pain and ewcm then I'd say the signs are good that you've probably ovulated already, today possibly at latest. However, certainly no expert and not sure how early one can get pain etc before the egg releases. Without having pinpointed a peak opk I'd probably be covering all bases with a bit more DTD today and tomorrow and possibly even day after! Good luck!

@happytobemrsg I’m CD 25 and 10DPO. Hoping it’s still too early for any HCG to show but AF due to arrive on Saturday so not feeling hopeful.

It sounds like your ovulation day is tomorrow but apps aren’t always right so I would take it as today and tomorrow just to be sure. Maybe check with a digital clear blue ovulation test? They are brilliant at showing when you’ve hit your peak surge.

@MrsBP15 Antigua will be incredible! Such a nice thing to look forward to as well and take your mind off things. Oh to be on a beach sipping Margaritas…

I’m not sure I have it in me to DTD again 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 we’ve BD’d every day since CD6. Next cycle I’m doing every other day MAX!

Thank you @SnookyPook @happytobemrsg Will throw myself into work this week and will try not to test again for another day or two. I’m usually really chilled and then the week before AF due, I can’t help but test!

It might be 2 weeks after your last period ended - maybe. So depending on period length -' cycle day 19 - 20 - ish
But does vary for people
