Well done ei!

Can I plonk some virtual champers in the fridge ready to celebrate our imminent BFP's?

What the hell, it's nearly the weekend - lets crack it open now!

I'm pretty sure I haven't even ovulated yet but I do have a slight ache in my left thumb...could it be a symptom ?

Hello.

I had a positive ovulation test last Saturday so I am on day 6 or so of the two week wait. No symptoms to speak of yet, or at least nothing new to the general ones I get before getting my period. Breast twinges, gas etc.
My Last cycle was 24/5 days so I am hoping it's a bit longer as I want any egg to have time to implant.

EiWishFor3MoreWishes · 22/02/2008 16:45

yes hatty a sore thumb is most definitely a symptom and in that case i have a sore big toe what do you think??? a symptom of impending BFP?? it would be a miracle seein as though i am only Oving now

hattyyellow · 22/02/2008 16:48

ei i think we'd better sit down on the luxurious sofas you've provided here and take it easy..we are both clearly pregnant!

coolkat · 22/02/2008 17:56

Wa Hay Nice shiney new thread. Thanks EI.

Well still no AF another BFN. Having this flu bug has sort of tken the edge of symptom spotting but still feel anoyed. Earlier felt sicky and boobs tender but surely if I was pregnant that would have shown up by now? I get the feeling I am in for a big fall back to CD1.

I just wish if I were not Preg that AF would come and we could start again, better than this waiting. CD 37 Today - RAHHHHHHH.

Anyway ladies not being negative just keeping you up to speed.

Topped up table with a toffee pavalova, tuck in its my fave and won't last long!

Day off today and went shopping and got nothing but really anoyed, sick of my winter clobber now and ready for a change IYSWIM.

Feeling better just heavy cold now. Thanks for good wishes.

* Baby dust for the new thread.

Ooooh! New thread! Thank you EI I'm sure this is going to be the extra special lucky one for all of us.

Can i sit on the comfy sofa as well? I have a v sore foot so am obv pg too!!!!

Oh, Mibbes what can i say? CD1. Well carry on slurping the virtual champagne (or the real stuff!!) and look after your self. As EI says i so hope that the next cycle is the one for you.

coolkat glad to hearing you sound a bit better, although you must be frustrated in "limbo". Can i grab a piece of toffee pavlova?

pinkgirl welcome to our extra lucky thread.

beaniesteve I am at that "boring" stage too. (.)(.) tenderness has started today, which has made DH gloomy, as he knows that that is how every other (non-successful) cycle has gone. Hope the next few days go quickly for you.

hattyyellow thanks for all the champers!! Better drink the majority now, as we'll only have restrained half glasses when we get our BFPs

Hi to the rest of the gang - hope you find your way over here!!

twinklingfairy · 23/02/2008 00:48

Oh yeah! Champers!!

Yeah!! Now I am pregnant too

Heh, does anyone know anything about this pre seed stuff?
Any good?
Or shoudl I just go with the massive quantities of grapefruit jiuce?
I was seriously lacking in the old EWCM department last month, must up the anti this month

Tummy cramps on CD5 whats that all about?

Gee, check me! Think this champers has gone to my head, soooo any questions.
Mind you I think it is a bit of withdrawal. I was trying to stay away from you all cos I was so negative and didn't want to be on here whining at you. I think, No I know, that my sisters comments re obbsessing and my upset and denial meant that I was very defencive(sp?) for a few days. Then thought maybe she was right and I was falling into that 'trying to hard' place.
Now I don't know where I stand on it all, but I will persevere (sp, again?) Defo too much champers, I am trying to use big words and sound celvererer... than I am

twinklingfairy · 23/02/2008 00:49

Sooo many questions, sorry I wasn't asking you guys if you had any questions

coolkat · 23/02/2008 08:08

Oh TF definately to much Champers!

Awful thing is I am useless and do not know the answers to the questions - Sorry

MadoldBird, sore bobs could be either BFP or AF so keep these hopes up. Where some shoes that are a size to small today

Anyway ladies, Oh dear still no AF here! Did a little BD jig last nght to see if that would distrub her and set her on her way

Booked for doctors to rant on tuesday!

Hve a nice weekend, DD woken up with this cold thing and its not going to be a pretty one!

pinkgirl30 · 23/02/2008 08:20

twinkfairies- congratulations

I came off the pill on the 23rd of Jan had a very light bleed only 2 days long on 26th of jan that is the day of my last period.
we started trying straight away the first time we bd was 31st of jan
we have bd 6 times on the days that i shoud be most fertile.
i am expecting to start af today as on cd 28..
so did a tesco own test this morning bfn probably tested too early!!
as i started trying straight after pill don't know whether to expect period to come back after a month or take a while !!

on cycle d 9 had horrendous cramps and diahrrea.
cycle day 15 bad cramps again.
other symptoms - headaches,on and off lower cramps and stitches, just recently nausea, mean poos, at the moment wet plus white discharge.
normally if i am due on af am really moody and snappy.
at the mo feel too happy cant stop smiling

coolkat · 23/02/2008 08:51

Wow pinkgirl you are good keeping all these notes. I hope that it is to early and you get your BFP. x

pinkgirl30 · 23/02/2008 08:56

i am bit of an ove organizer thanx coolkat

suiledonn · 23/02/2008 09:05

Hi everyone, TTC our second. Doing the 2WW for the fourth time now. AF due in 5 days. The waiting is killing me. Will probably test early though as got a BFP 4 days early on dd. Conceived dd in first cycle so was sure it would happen fairly quickly again. Only 'symptoms' at the moment are the occasional crampy feeling and the fact that when I put dd to bed at night I keep falling asleep too!

beaniesteve · 23/02/2008 09:15

No period today, this is day 23 for me and because I had such a short cycle last month I am expecting it any day now. Have twinges in my breasts but I rarely get any soreness before my period anyway and I can't really feel any difference today either.

Lots of wind though which is pretty normal for me just before and also grumbly tummy which I know isn't hunger because I had a HUGE burger last night.

crossing my fingers still.

scully · 23/02/2008 09:35

Hello everyone, found you
I shall also put some champagne in the fridge
Pink, you sound very organised. I'm flat out remembered when AF arrived and when dh and I bd'd I do live in a permanent state of distraction though, that's my excuse anyway
cd29 tomorrow for me, getting a little nervous, but hoping to be busy enough in the next few days to not think about it too much.

beaniesteve · 23/02/2008 09:37

29 days seems like such a long cycle to me , mine's about 25. the first month I started trying my cycle was 35 days and I really got my hopes up! If I got to 29 I would be testing testing testing!

Bucky2008 · 23/02/2008 09:42

Hi Girls .

Thanks for the new thread Ei .

Coolcat hope your feeling better

Well, I am trying hard not to pay attention to my cycle this month so that DP and I can just relax and go with the flow BDing wise. It seems to be working so far . I even got EWCM yesterday , haven't had that for months and months. The doctor said not having EWCM did not matter however (he probably thought I was a bit weird to be monitoring it ) and also said that I shouldn't bother to temp as the day 21 test will tell us if I ov. He said not concieving is really really common although he knew that wouldn't make me feel any better.

I feel for all of you that are 'tired' I was like that for the last couple of months. I have my good friend's 40th birthday party to go to tonight and have to stay in a hotel as it is miles from where I live. I am quite boring these days what with having to look out for Finn so I am having a touch of 'not-real-agrophobia' and just want to stay home and nest. The same friend is really suspicious about all my 'new' friends...I have mentioned meeting up with Gryffingirl or Digitalgirl a few times and she asked where I knew them from ....had to mumble something under my breath about, 'facebook....friend of a friend....lots in common....so meet up ...mumble mumble' as she doesn't know about my MN fixation or even really how serious about ttc (although I have mentioned that before).

Anyway, hope this thread is lucky and that you are all doing good today. Mibbes hope you are still lurking out there . Special mention to Hatty and MOB and I hope everyone has a good weekend.

pinkgirl30 · 23/02/2008 09:53

good luck beaniesteve and suiledon
crossing my fingers for you too
