Hi everyone, thought I'd try making us a second thread now the old one is done -

@Triselly yes I was pleased that they met my questions with some agreement and offered options for us to explore. All the tests do come at an extra cost but I think sometimes it's best to know even if just for the peace of mind and being able to rule out certain potential issues.

We've gutted the garden because we had an infestation of bugs in the garden that ate all our turf, so we've used it as an opportunity to landscape. it's been nice to have something else to focus on.

I think as long as your getting positives on HPTs that are getting stronger you have to keep the hope. I pray you get an answer so you know once and for all. Let us know how your scan goes if you're feeling up to it.

@CR7 I would be the same as you. It's so difficult dealing with everyone else's emotions when you have your own to contend with too. Wishing a healthy and speedy few weeks, and looking forward to hearing for a positive outcome. I have everything crossed for you 🤞🏼

@Flowerlover010 almost at the next milestone! Sorry for the bruising but well done on avoiding them for so long!
All being well are you planning on a fresh or frozen transfer?

@Flowerlover010 I think I managed to dodge it! :) I'm still bloated but its far better than it was and I feel well so pretty pleased with that.

We got our day five update:

5 currently on ice: 5AB, 4AB, 4BB, 4BB and 3BB.

They're also watching four more to see if any of those are suitable to be frozen tomorrow.

@TheBirdintheCave great news you may have dodged it. And even greater news on the update. Fingers crossed a few more make it tomorrow and can be frozen. However 5 very good embryos is brilliant! Really happy for you! 😊

@charja100 proud of you for being so strong and yes defo (if you are able to of course) pay for any testing if which will help. If you remember I did a Hysteroscopy, EndomeTRIO and full mock cycle - expensive and time consuming but we wouldn't be where we are today without the findings xx

Hi everyone, sorry for radio silence today. I'm at my nieces birthday today, and staying over with in-laws to be able to get to the hospital appointment tomorrow morning. Feeling a bit grumpy about it all - it's inconvenient, tiring and there's no good news to hope for. Bit worried about them trying to get blood again, or about the possibility of needing surgery for ectopic. Just wish it was over and we were onto the next cycle.

Sorry I've been so quiet. I've been massively struggling mentally with the TWW.

DH and I are in a crappy mood right now. A family across the road from us are doing a kid's birthday party. Lots of happy kids and parents milling in. We don't mean any ill-will towards them, it's just yet another one of many daily reminders of what we don't have. The atmosphere at home right now is also a bit tense because we've both been really low and stressed recently, we're just trying to not step on each other's toes.

@TheBirdintheCave those grades are amazing! I hope the others are found to be the same if not similar also.

Think everyone at this birthday party today must have thought my hand was about to fall off and die. This is what it looks like two days after a blood test!

@SarahShorty I get it. Instagram is really hard for me also. I have more people hidden than I have visible xx

I'm on blood thinners so my body is a map of bruises. Get some arnica on it xx

Thanks @CR7 10dp3dt today with official test day on Tuesday, unless my period gets here first.

@SarahShorty me and my DH are the same today so just wanted to show some solidarity. We made a lasagne together just now to keep busy and have a bit of a laugh as we don't normally cook together. But neither of us can concentrate on anything else and to be honest we are both just so anxious and stressed. I've bought us both a tub of Hagen dars ice cream and suggested we get in bed early with a comedy film. It's so hard. I'm just trying to remember that whatever happens me and him have each other and we will get through it. Xx

@CR7 we haven't tested yet. However I have been finding it very hard not to symptom spot and obsess over it. X

I didn't and still haven't had a symptom and I tested positive a week ago. Have had the blood test to confirm also.

Oh my goodness @RunningOnHope your hand! That is very impressive looking bruising! Poor you. Thinking of you tomorrow and hoping you get answers.

@lemons44 almost there now, I found most of it was fine but the last couple of days were torturous. Are you poas at home or blood test? I’m amazed at the self control of everyone who manages to not test early! You guys are made out of steel!

@TheBirdintheCave Fantastic numbers! Do you know when your planned FET is?

I think we can all empathize with feeling overwhelmed at everyone else’s happy family photos and events sometimes, endless pregnancy and birth announcements etc… it can be so difficult to sort of, deal with and manage your emotions and the guilt that comes from that.

@CR7 I remember you saying that your sisters didn’t have any symptoms until later on? If I’m remembering correctly. I wonder if it’s a genetic thing?

I’m finding that I’m getting a few symptoms now, but I know it’s just from the hcg and it may well be that there isn’t an embryo growing. But for the past couple of days I’ve been absolutely shattered, having to nap in the day which I never normally do, and also I cannot drink enough water. I feel like I’m drying out if I don’t drink water at least every 10 mins, it’s very odd!

@Triselly Aiming for late June/early July, basically as soon as we can. I think I can book to get it started when I next get my AF.

@lemons44 You've done so well not testing so far! I am a crazy tester and basically hunt for lines from 8dpo 😂

@RunningOnHope Gosh that bruise is awful. I'm sorry it was so horrific :(

Morning everyone, I've done the urine test that the hospital gave me before the appointment today and it was pretty faint - but it looked more like a covid test, those ones you put three drops on, so I can't compare to clear blues on previous days.

However I'm confident the hormone levels are dropping and therefore it's not ectopic, DW thinks we need to go to the appointment anyway and let them have a last check on the scan, but hopefully today will be the end of the journey. Thanks for bearing with me!

@RunningOnHope Ah I'm sorry it's getting fainter :( Hopefully they will be able to scan you at the appointment again and tell you for definite.
