Morning ladies,
Sounds like you all had busy weekends and lots of fun! We had a great time just not doing much, except watching football (DH over the moon, as is Bristol Rovers fan and they are now into quarter finals of FA cup), and then finding lights for new extension - DS loves nothing more than to go outside and play amongst the bricks, we have big pile of bricks on front drive, which he likes playing chase round ! He really is turning into such a little boy - so mischievious (sp?), cheeky, but into everything and great fun (warning - ridiculously proud mum with PFB alert!)
Is half-term here this week, so he's off to museum today with CM to do arts and crafts - makes me really look forward to being off on mat leave again and being able to do that with him (or am I deluding myself that I won't have hands free with DC2?!
Can't believe how broody I am about TTC. Think I have lost 2lbs this week, but bathroom scales are a bit dodgy, so just going by tightness of clothes!
Kayz, was it you who asked about concert? I went to Bon Jovi concert when 6 months pregnant with DS, standing (but in gold circle, so not too crowded) - DH bought tickets before we knew we were expecting. Was absolutely fine and great fun - only embarrassing bit was when I decided I should have a loo pitstop before they came on and tried to get out, but was so crowded I couldn't get through exit. In my wisdom, I decided to play "pregnancy card" and ask a steward for help. To which he said, "no problem, wait there, I'll come and get you", then he climbed over fence, told me to hold onto his belt and then shouted loudly "Make Way, Pregnant Lady coming through" - I'm sure I went the same colour as my bright red maternity top!! - but another pregnant lady did follow me out too. Seated concert sounds ideal to me. We're off to Foo Fighters at Wembley in June and I'm really worried about having Morning Sickness, particularly as we're getting the coach there! Maybe really will have to wait until May to TTC, so MS won't have kicked in by then.
BB - sorry about AF, hope you feel better soon.
Teuch, looking forward to hearing whether BFP next week!
Right, outrageously long post from me, as I meant to get on during the weekend, but only got as far as catching up, not writing, before DS woke from nap.
Have a great day all
