New thread for those of us now trying for the first babies of 2024, may we all be lucky this month!

I'm CD1 today of cycle 6 ttc my second.
Had a chemical at the end of February and lots of illness in March so revved up to give this month all I've got!

Where are we all at in our cycles?
I feel like my life just plays on a loop of 30 days (the length of my cycle)!!!

On cd19, 3dpo! Roll on the 8th of August 😂

@Babyhopeful23 CD8 today. Feel like I love life in two halves of waiting - waiting for fertile window, then two week wait. It's exhausting

Cycle day 12 for me after CP. according to my app I'm not in fertile window for another 2 days but if I go by my 2 previous cycles I'm in the middle of it and should be ov today or tomorrow so going to have to dtd a lot over the next week or so to cover all bases 🙈 @Annie1295 @Babyhopeful23 I totally get it, it's exhausting and literally living life around cycles dying for the tww 🥴

@Annie1295 I'm doing ok thanks. I was on holidays with DPs family when it happened so that was a good distraction. I'm just really frustrated because I don't know where I am in my cycle now 🥴 The bleeding only lasted for 2.5 days I did LH the next day and it was really high which I know isn't possible so it was probably some hcg left in my system 🤷‍♀️ I'm going to pretend I'm in my fertile window now going on previous cycles cos I do have some ovulation pain but according to my app it won't be for another week so it's just a waiting game now I guess.. with a lot of dtd just in case.

Did AF come last week for you?

CD13 for me and got a static smiley yesterday, and a positive strip test last night. This morning the strip test was even more positive than last night so I guess ovulation is imminent… I’m getting ovary twinges right now 👀 DTD Monday, Wednesday and this morning and will go again tomorrow morning.

@Sez281 unfortunately AF came yes. CD9 now just waiting for fertile window to start

@Annie1295 sorry to hear that, hopefully it happens soon. @CinderRosie we're around same time wise. Hopefully tww flies in! 🤞

Hi all! Hope you don’t mind me joining, TTC for #1 first cycle 13dpo currently and AF is about to come I’m sure so just waiting for it to start and try again next month.

i realise that my phone health app seems terribly inaccurate so switched to premom which says I’m already 2 days late but bfns all week so I’m sure I’m out.

got ovulation strips delivered yesterday so if AF does turn up as expected I’ll give a proper testing month.

@Sez281 AF just arrived so next month it is. I think my iphone health app was pretty rubbish, we weren’t tracking it that closely and just doing whatever but looking back now their prediction of ovulation was totally off! Don’t think I even had a chance although my body was totally throwing me off (never have pms symptoms but totally did last week!)

to be fair the app was really on point even without testing! AF predicted yesterday and i did spot and started today so at least my cycle was fairly regular.

What app or method is everyone using to track their cycles? I'm using Natural cycles but it's not great at reading the clear blue advanced ovulation tests as there's only an option for LH only

@Annie1295 I started using premom, and will try and take a look at flo as well

@Annie1295 I’m using Flo. There’s an option to log either digital or strip OPKs.

I’ve also started using Fertility Friend for their more detailed charts.

Got a static smiley on Clearblue today so 🤞 this cycle will work! Not ready for the TWW but hopefully it'll go by quickly this month.

@Daniki @Sez281 have ye begun testing yet? I’ve had a negative on an at home cheapie. I’m testing on a boots early test tomorrow. Loads of strange feelings in my lower abdomen but I feel like I’m imagining it. I really hope this is the month.

@Babyhopeful23 oh god yea started 3 days ago 😂 10dpo and still negative 🥺 I just know I'm out, iv having brown spotting and I always get that before AF.

Got let go from my new job today 😖 more stress I don't need.

@Babyhopeful23 I'm on 2DPO so waaay too early to test (even for me 😂) I'm not feeling hopeful at all last month, I've had really bad cramping ever since my CP last cycle (I have endo and fibroids so I think that's part of it - waiting on blood results from gp to make sure all ok.. Also we didn't dtd half as much as I wanted this cycle so I'm not get my hopes up. No doubt I'll start testing early next week though! 🙈 What DPO are you? Fingers cross this is your month 🤞🤞

@Sez281 i thought you might be a little further along, doesn’t time go so slowly during the TWW. Don’t rule it out maybe the swimmers are stronger when you haven’t DTD so much. Hope your blood results are reassuring.

I am 11 DPO negative on internet cheapies. But I’m hoping that my boots early will be positive tomorrow morning. I have this weird pulling stretching feeling in my lower abdomen. Every other month I had no symptoms and knew I wasn’t pregnant but I feel a little different this time. Hate to get my hopes up though. On the other hand I’m emotional and that makes me think AF is on the way. I just don’t want to be disappointed this month, because melt hopes are much higher.

@Babyhopeful23 I was over emotional all the times I was pregnant and had the stretchy feeling so I really good you get a positive! Every month I scour these threads for the BFN that turn to BFP and there is loads 🙏 gives me hope every month! Xx
