New thread for those of us now trying for the first babies of 2024, may we all be lucky this month!

I'm CD1 today of cycle 6 ttc my second.
Had a chemical at the end of February and lots of illness in March so revved up to give this month all I've got!

@Angelselevenx so sorry about your chemical, it sucks! Fingers crossed it's a lucky month for you.
Hi to everyone who's joined 😊

I take a whole host of things haha, pregna plan which is a multi vit, evening primrose up til ovulation for CM, vitamin B6, magnesium glycinate, omega 3, and starting with NAC this month. Oh and vitamin D spray. DH takes well man conception and he was taking black maca but it made him too frisky (his sex drive is NOT a problem but if it were this is a good one to take! 😅

@Savvy21 sorry you've had such a hard ride, I had similar with my first and it's heart breaking. I found these threads invaluable first time round when I was finding it so hard so I hope we can help you through 💕

Hello. I'm 35 and ttc#1. On cycle 3 just waiting for ovulation after a weird cycle. Baby dust for all.

Classing yesterday as CD1 as the heavy bleeding started, hopefully ovulation isn't delayed 🤞🏼

I'm joining you all and straddling the Dec 2022 thread. Currently 7DPO and if this month is bust, I will be due on 20 Jan 2023.
So many familiar names, I'm sure I have spoken to you all at some point.. I'm equally sorry to see you here and selfishly happy to have friendly "faces". The TTC journey is just heartbreaking for us all, and I feel for everyone one of you. Sending you all babydust! Xxx

Thanks @TunnocksTCake . Sorry to hear that you had a tough ride with your first - having a baby definitely hasn't been as easy as my school made out! Wish that as soon as you got pregnant that there was some sort of sign on your body that said baby loading or something 😅.

AF has finally arrived so CD1 for me! Ah well bank holiday drinks it is! 😂☀️

@Floralsandsmiles that's true, I bulk buy the 10miu ones you get 15 in a pack for €7! Have like 3 packs of them 😂 FRER is always sold out online on the website I use so iv never actually used one!

I was looking to join this as my ovulation is a little later the cycle due to stress and travel at work…which has made it hard to DTD as much as I wanted to but ovulation is supposedly today - had the increase in temp on bbt but no LH surge 😩so I might be out before I’ve even started this cycle! Keeping 🤞🏻 for everyone 🥰

miscarried last july/august. We weren’t actively trying for a baby. It took us nearly 4 years to conceive with our 3rd. So just thought that it would never happen for us.

we decided after the miscarriage that we really wanted to add another to our family.

so on cycle 5.

got my flashing smiley today so hopefully this is our month.

I’m still waiting for AF CD33, I started taking pregnacare conception this month and just read on the back it can lengthen cycles.

What vitamins does everyone else take? I might swap to something else. I also couldn’t identify ovulation this month and that’s the only thing I changed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Convinced the below helped me with falling this month, albeit it was a CP. I came off contraception in December, started trying in February and then started taking these end of feb, fell in March and that was the only thing I changed. Maybe my progesterone levels are still a bit whiffy after contraception

Hey ladies, I would like to join, recognise a few names from other threads, I am 32 soon to be 33, this is cycle 4 for baby number 1.

Definitely feeling a lot more chilled this cycle, I think it's because life is busy again we have plans at weekends and it's helping take my time off all the waiting. Got my smiley today, so in the Go Go Go stage 😂😂😂 hope everyone is keeping well xxx

Hi @Babydustthisyear i also got a positive OPK yesterday evening so we’re in the same boat :). Also TTC number 1.

Im so glad it’s fallen over the bank holiday weekend, much more time and very relaxed.

@Mushroo hello I recognise your name, from some threads, I know so good, definitely more relaxed and more chilled over the bank holiday.

We will be testing likely around same time, although I don't test anymore 😂 it's too difficult I'm just waiting as long as possible (I say that now lol) x

I’m going to wait until the 23rd I think as I go on holiday the next day so would be good to know either way!

I always say I’ll hold out and then end up testing early so we’ll see how that goes!

Im also finding being a bit busier this time of year helpful.
