New thread for those of us now trying for the first babies of 2024, may we all be lucky this month!

I'm CD1 today of cycle 6 ttc my second.
Had a chemical at the end of February and lots of illness in March so revved up to give this month all I've got!

@TunnocksTCake I hope we all get our BFP and we're cuddling our babies in 2024🤞💫💫💫

Cd 10 for me cycle 19 for us😩 I was diagnosed with PCOS last June so it's been a bit of a struggle 😕

I'm a early tester and very obsessive in the 2ww I'm trying to take a different approach this cycle if it's another BFn this cycle we're going to try the SMEP nx month xxx

@Bellabeemarie hii! oh wow Cycle 19 thats so tough! PCOS sounds like such a difficult thing to manage. How long are your cycles usually? (if there is a usual)

Yeah it's abit of a nightmare tbf 😕

My cycles range from 32-35 days I ovulate between cd18-22 I have to use BBT to confirm ovulation.

I'm hoping this cycles the cycle 🤞

We're waiting on tests to be referred to fertility clinic some time over the next couple of months... hopefully by the end of this year we'll be under the fertility clinic and we get some answers ☺️ xx

@Bellabeemarie glad you're getting tests done and hope the referrals dont take too long. I know it varies wildly depending on where you live doesnt it? Sounds like you have a good grasp of your cycle anyway so you can give yourself the best possible chance.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in. TTC #2, cycle 1 (although might call this one 'cycle 0' as we only decided to start trying mid March and DTD once on O-3 - very casual!). I'm 8dpo but 99.99% sure I'll be out. AF due next Wednesday.

I'm going into cycle 3 for baby number 1, just suffered a chemical pregnancy on cycle 2 so trying to clean up my diet and continue with prenatals ready for April ovulation (whenever that may be now!). I continued tracking my BBT so going to follow that through so I know when to pester the OH 🤣

I'm 34, TTC baby no 1. We have tried for 10 cycles then have taken a couple of months break to go on a big holiday. I also took the pill for 1 cycle for various reasons, but partly because I didn't want my period while we were away. I just started my withdrawal bleed today which is good, hopefully now on with cycle 11 without too much cycle wonkiness from the hormones. I will be doing OPKs to keep an eye on things anyway.

I’m hoping for a January baby! I’m 31 TTC #2 our little boy was born Jan 2021. This will be our second cycle, AF is due today but hasn’t arrived yet. I have all the symptoms she’ll be here tomorrow and getting stark white FRER so definitely out.

I missed ovulation last months so this month I plan to OPK and BBT for the first time. Also going to try and do SMEP 🤞🏻

We were very lucky first time and so I’m feeling quite anxious this time round!

Hello! I'd love to join. Im 31, TTC #2. First little boy was born March 22. This is the first month trying but the wee one has been going through bad teething so we are both so shattered lol.

I am nervous about starting as we got very lucky with no.1 but my periods are so irregular and all over the place plus Im still BF... He doesnt seem ready to stop.

@Endofteatherandthensome I stopped BF with my LO in January and it finally seems my period are back to some normality between 28-34 day cycles but I think that’s regular!

I’m nervous about the TTC and the tiredness, our boy is a good sleeper but I’m just knackered running round after him all day!

Where are you in your cycle?

Is everyone taking pre natal vitamins? And is your OH taking anything? We're going onto cycle 3 and I'm sure we caught cycle 2 with the help of vitamins (and BBT/OPK). Would be good to know what other supplements people take? I have the fertility vitl subscription and my OH is on the wellman conception x

@Angelselevenx yeah hopefully the process isn't drawn out too much 😩 they want my fiancee to go for a tests too so he's got a app with the gp at the end of April... I've just ordered preseed for this cycle 🤞 xxx

@Angelselevenx I’ve been taking the pregnacare conception and additional Vit D. My OH isn’t actually taking anything, maybe I should consider it. I took folic acid for the three months before as part of the pregnacare but it seems to have lengthened by cycles which is abit annoying.

Hello!!!! I am on CD6 of Cycle 2 TTC #2.
it’s a full moon out and I’m not into any moon stuff at all but I am part of a yoga WhatsApp group and the instructor sent a message about putting water into a glass jar and leaving outside in the moonlight for fertility. I probably sound crazy but my water is outside 😂

Hi @TunnocksTCake joining after your posts on the December thread! Depending when I ovulate I’ll be due 31 December or 1 Jan so figured I’ll straddle both.

@Babyhopeful23 does it have to be a jar or can I use a standard drinking glass? Don't tempt me I'm about to and do it 🤣

@Angelselevenx well you need to drink the water in the morning so I assume it would need a lid or it might have some added extras 😂Its worth a shot!! Moon babies 👶🏻

My glass of wine may have gone to my head but I’m also tempted 😂

I said to DH earlier that the moon is huge so maybe it’s a sign.

Mind if I join? I've read the threads but never been brave enough to join one. This is cycle 17 of TTC #2. Had DD in April 2020 - wanted a 2 year age gap but had a mmc in March 2022 and an ectopic in December 2022 so here we are. Hoping that joining the thread will give me a bit of luck.
@Babyhopeful23 Wish I'd seen your post earlier as I'd have definitely put a glass out! Need all the help I can get!
