TWW Buddies - testing end of march

Hello! Looking for TWW buddies. I’m 2dpo today. It’s been a long haul for us - trying since Jan 2022 and never had a BFP in all that time. We have an appointment with the assisted conception unit on the 29th and I’m due my period on the 27th. I’m usually a terrible POAS addict and start testing at 8DPO but I’m determined to wait until 14DPO this cycle. I’m hoping that I won’t be too disappointed if it’s another BFN seeing as we have the fertility appointment right after. Wishing everyone lots of luck and baby dust!

I'm a few days ahead...6dpo, 2nd cycle trying for baby#2. I had an early miscarriage last month sadly. So I'm not convinced anything will happen this month as my cycle was a bit weird but we'll see!

With my first pregnancy I didn't test until I was about 16dpo! Definitely not that relaxed this time 😂I'm going to start testing about about 10-12dpo I think.

Can I join too! First time posting here :) I’m a little ahead as well at 7DPO.
ttc#1 and this is cycle 3. Trying very hard not to symptom spot after being so disappointed in the first couple of cycles but couldn’t help but notice some twinges going on yesterday.
AF due on 23rd and I’m really hoping this is the month because otherwise she’s going to be intruding on my wedding day - always so inconsiderate!

Me too! Early miscarriage end of feb and due on around next Friday I think (although not 100% sure because of cycle slightly messed up from miscarriage. I think I’m between 2 and 4 dpo and already desperate to test 🙄two weeks seems to drag soooo much

@Bluenigellas sounds exactly the same as me, I've no idea how long my luteal phase will be this month due to long cycle post MC so just gonna test 14dpo if no sign of AF

Still a long way to go though 😂

Hello please can I join? I'm a first time poster too @StrongBrew . Ttc #1, 2nd cycle and feel like I have no idea what I'm doing! I think I'm about 5-6 dpo. Feeling pretty normal so I don't really believe anything has happened. I feel like I should have some sort of symptoms or feeling if it had worked?
I have quite a short cycle (24 days) so I'm due on Monday. I've got some cheapy early test strips so might test at the weekend.

Morning all,
So I was really worried about getting back to "normal" after my termination at the end of January and for the past two days I've had flashing smiley faces on CB ovulation kits so just wanted to share the good news that it hasn't taken too long. I was so scared it would take forever!! Now just DTD and TWW to come! x

@ElleJones1 Good to hear! I was exactly the same after a MC end of Feb when I went back to get my scan to check all ok, they said i was getting ready to Ovulate! which was a bit of a shock, was planning to wait but decided to TTC as if there was an egg we shouldn't waste it 😂Good luck to you!

Can I join? I'm 1 dpo, AF due 29th March. I'm not holding out much hope for this month as we last dtd on Sunday, so 3 days before ovulation. Me a DH both had Covid, much better now, but DH wasn't up for any baby making the last few days.

Just to warn you - I tend to drive myself crazy symptoms spotting during the TWW! I can get quite obsessed!

This is my 4th cycle TTC DC #2

@ElleJones1 haha technically i didn't see the scan, the woman just told me it was there! But i cant see anything on ultrasounds anyway its all a blur to me, i'm amazed they can see anything! But yes, i got a peak OPK and a temp rise so i think we've caught the egg, just need to see if it fertilizes/implants now!

welcome @Pitstop1986 ah man Covid is the worst! hope you're feeling better now, god I wouldn't have wanted to dtd with covid either! my personal opinion is that it's more important to dtd before Ovu, so fingers crossed for you! Haha i think everyone is symptom spotting, totally normal, i'm 4 DPO and had a really bad headache yest, today i'm kinda crampy and my boobs are getting sore. But who knows if any of that means anything! 😂

I’ve been cramping today and woke up this morning feeling hungover and groggy which I felt last time! Trying not to read to much into it as I don’t want to build my hopes up! Trying to work out which day exactly I ovulated as had dark lines on Saturday and Sunday morning. DTD thurs, fri, sat and mon. Ordered some early tests to do but don’t know when to take one! 😬

@Bluenigellas i don't know i think it depends on the person, if you test too early and get a positive or it doesn't get darker or you're not sure then its another whole path of omg is it a chemical, is it an ectopic etc! that's why i try and hold out till at least AF is due, usually DPO 14 for me, and then if it's positive then then you should have a definite line! but i've seen a few posts today from people testing from DPO 6! Last time i think i had a dip in my temp DPO 8 (implantation!?) and my positive was quite clear by DPO 14.... feels like time is dragging though.... DPO 4 here today!

if you had positive OPK Sat/Sunday you likely didn't ovulate till Monday/Tuesday, are you temping too? charting it? I highly recommend fertility friend app if you're doing BBT

I have cramps and feeling tired/headachy and a bit meh as well, but that could also just be coming up to AF feeling, same hormones haha!

@ElleJones1 @suz2285 I know! Im going to try really hard to wait until at least next Thursday but whether or not my willpower is that strong I’ll have to see! 😂
No all I’m using right now is Flo and OPK’s - although Flo is pretty useless this month as I haven’t had a period since the MC. My guess is it was probably Monday as the dark line on Saturday was morning. I think maybe if we’re not successful this month then I’ll try BBT - will def look into that app!
So hard not to read so much into every single symptom isn’t it? And then you start thinking are the symptoms all just in my head?! 😂
I don’t know if you’re the same but I feel much more anxious for it to happen since the MC. With my first I just thought oh it will happen when it happens, and was the same this time around until the MC and now I feel like it’s genuinely all I think about 😢

It's literally all I think about and I'm pretty desperate for it to happen which doesn't help! I'm just glad ovulation has atleast kicked in again!
Just a few weeks to go now to either wait for AF or test! Fingers tightly crossed!! And I'm sending you love and positivity x

Yeah @Bluenigellas it feels different for sure this time, i want to get that positive but i know that doesnt mean that everything will be ok, it's difficult, i'm trying not to be anxious about it but i think if we do get that BFP then more worries will kick in, the girls who i was in a group with before are now all in the 2nd trimester and there's just more worries so it never stops! haaha

Can I join please? 8dpo - cycle 7! We’ve not been great at timing in previous cycles, coupled with DH having 2 bad bouts of covid but I think we got it right this time as I did OPK with Premom confirmed with CB so I am pretty sure of my dates. Hoping it’s our month 🙏🏻😬
