Hey everyone!

Is anyone else trying TTC #1?

I think I’m 9DPO although my cycles vary from 28-34 days so I’m really not sure. This is my first cycle TTC so I haven’t tracked ovulation.

I took a clear blue ultra early digital test this morning and BFN, I’ve heard digitals aren’t as accurate, is that true? (The way the test was laid and how I was sat meant the ‘not’ was in the shadow so for a second I thought it just said pregnant, was gutted!)

Any advice on not driving yourself mad during the TWW? 😂

@kalixxx yeah that was my thinking as well, even without the spotting I would just want to check the basics are okay like sperm and eggs! Really hoping it stops me overthinking stuff so much! Xx

@Nmmck93 glad to hear you are a bit better now and I'm still crossing my fingers for you that there's still a chance for this month! If not what a nice way to know you'll be spending your holiday! Xx

6DPO -

everything taste like perfume, nausea & acid reflux. Can only stomach small amounts of food & having cramps & my fizzy juice (Coke Zero) is not agreeing with me.

i’m symptom spotting but I don’t know if it’s a waste of time or is it just my body on the mend from the Illness, wish I could have got this during AF week so I wasn’t second guessing myself 😂

@Piglet34 let us know how you get on and fingers crossed all is ok! ☺️

@Nmmck93 hope you’re feeling a bit better today despite all that! It’s impossible not to symptom spot isn’t it! I’m waiting on AF as I’m sure I’m out this month. I think I’ll likely come on tomorrow 😖

@kalixxx aw I know lol! Apart from what I said I'm feeling great now thankfully! Actually went back to work today because 1. I don't get full sick pay 2. Being off work for just those two days where soul destroying.

Is AF late or due tomorrow? Still holding up hope for ya. 🤞🏻

@Nmmck93 glad you’re feeling better! My company now is the first to give me full sick pay, I can’t believe so many companies don’t!

I’m on CD29 today however my cycles vary between 29-34 days so never know when I’m late unless I’m reallyyyy late! Thanks, I’m pretty convinced this isn’t the month though 😖

@kalixxx I know! It's shocking, think sick pay is shocking & also the fact Endometriosis isn't classed as a chronic Illness, I was diagnosed over 10 years ago and I couldn't hold a job longer than a few months because I was so bad with it, then had two surgeries and would still have flare ups but any company I worked for literally just gave me warnings despite having doctors notes and records.
I'm hoping one day it'll be seen as a chronic invisable illness where it is seen as a plausible abscence.

Thankfully I haven't had much trouble in the last few years with it.

Aw I'm with you feeling that this month isn't mine either but I hold out hope for us all that AF stays away for 9 months. 🤞🏻

@Nmmck93 that’s an awful experience for you! I’m glad to hear that you haven’t had too much trouble in the last few years. I hope one day too that’ll it’ll be acknowledged as a chronic illness!

Thank you, I'm 7dpo today lots of symptoms but not sure if it's with being I'll or possible pregnancy.
It's consuming all my thoughts right now. 🙈

I'm 4dpo and have had random cramps all day yesterday and today, constant mild headache, super hungry and very achy everywhere, it's so hard not to symptom spot 🙈 but I think it just can't be helped

@BexTTC oh so much better; lots of symptoms and 8DPO (BFN this morning) but not giving up hope yet.

I feel like this TWW is dragging so badly for me lol.

How’s everyone getting on! I’m just waiting for fertile week and trying the method of telling myself this will be the cycle and trying to be super positive 😅 Also may try either pre-seed or conceive plus lube this month, has anyone tried either?

@kalixxx I'm 11dpo, all tests have been stark negative, all symptoms have disappeared. So just waiting on AF to arrive on Friday & just wait for new fertile window which is predicted on the first 5 days of my holiday which I'm hoping I do ovulate around then so we have nothing to get in the way of baby dancing.
I ordered Macca root late last night so giving that a go as soon as it arrives. Feeling hopeful for May! 💜
Let's bring on some positives in May 🎉👶🏻✨

@kalixxx hey, 7 dpo here, on and 6dpo had a uti feeling, during and after peeing slight hurting in my bladder, and needing to pee more often. This is all gone today so I doubt it is related with tww symptoms meh. Don't feel preggo, probably stil early but it has been long 6 cycles ttc and am getting discouraged.
Good idea with preseed, I will try next cycle as well.

@kalixxx heya! I'm 4dpo today so still a while off anything happening although am interested to see if my usual spotting comes on 6dpo now that I had that cervix treatment! I have used pre seed for the last 2/3 cycles including this one and I also used the fertilily this cycle for the first time

@kalixxx I'm 7 DPO today, feel OK except for really bad cramps and backache, keeping everything crossed 🤞🤞 I've looked at both but I've heard they're very liquidity and messy which puts me off tbh lol

@Nmmck93 Yay I'm glad you're trying the maca root, a holiday is a definitely a good place for lots of BD 🙈

I hope I'm not the only one who's a bit of a prepper lol I keep buying super cheap bundles of baby clothes on vinted, got 21 babygrows/onesies 90% brand new for £6! Love a bargain lol

@kalixxx hello lovely. AF came yesterday but trying to stay positive. I enjoyed some wine and it’s my birthday next week so would’ve been difficult to hide pregnancy from family and friends. I think I’d got a bit stressed last month so really going to try and be a bit more relaxed with it this month. i haven’t tried the things you mentioned, you’ll have to let me know how you get in with them.

I'm 8dpo today, I took a test 'just in case' this popped up before the test had finished, I'm hoping it's not a false positive and I'll test again a bit later but 🤞🤞🤞

@BexTTC oooooh, I don't want to prematurely wish you congrats, but that looks like a Congratulations is in order! 💜 keep testing and keep us updated. Hoping that's a positive because it looks like colour to it 🤞🏻

Did you do anything different this cycle, any tips lol?

@Nmmck93 it's definitely pink, I'm going to take another later and I'll definitely update you, honestly we just BD everyday leading up to and after...which isn't always great after 11pm finishes at work but we made it happen lol, I've also felt less stressed I think this cycle

Aw that's our plan for this month, I've all my AF symptoms who is due to show her face this weekend.
You tried Macca root didn't you? Did you just continue that after ovulation? I'm hoping mines is here within the next few days 🙈

@Nmmck93 I legit only took 1 and got my positive ovulation test and once you get that you have to stop, fingers crossed Maca works for you! Did you join the FB group? Really good support and advice on there as well 💕

@BexTTC no way really? Thank you for that, I was researching and didn't see that you had to stop once you got the positive ovulation test lol 🙈 no, I'll need to go search up on Facebook for it. If there's a certain one I have to join just send me the name and I'll join it asap lol!
