I wasnt expecting to feel so broody so soon. (changed name - took may ages to find out where to do it)
I didnt want to start trying until ds was at least 2 but I couldnt even think of waiting til after March 2009 to have another

kayzisbroody · 07/02/2008 14:41

I just cant spell today!! Why I typed May instead of Me I'll never know

NatalieJane · 07/02/2008 14:43

Got May on the brain?

kayzisbroody · 07/02/2008 14:46

Yeah that must be it. I'm going to take one more lot of pills then stop taking it so my cycle can regulate. I feel really excited when I think about it then I remember its only feb

NatalieJane · 07/02/2008 14:50

I know what you mean, we are using condoms at the moment, would be so easy to 'forget', just once....!!

OMG look at the time, got to get DS1 in 10 mins!

BBL xxx

kayzisbroody · 07/02/2008 14:54

Yes it would.

NatalieJane · 07/02/2008 15:42

Back into town we go, told DS if he got a gold award this week he could have a McDonalds..... he only went and bloody got one

See you all later xx

Diege · 07/02/2008 15:56

Hi! I have the dreaded Macdonalds to endure too for spellings - will try and postpone (ok, I'll come clean, I have a thing about the chicken nuggets so it's no hardship going..although the fact that I'm a vegetarian is conveniently forgotten )
So is it a landing strip after all then? Just thinking, if the thong is crotchless this might be one time when all-off is justified?
Re: waiting and contraception, I am veering back toward April...we have used 'natural' methods since dd3 was born, around the 'safe' times, and that's worked so far! Also I think for me it's quite a good method, as I can get used to ny cycle timings etc, and if I was to get the dates wrong it wouldn;t be the end of the world!

Teuch · 07/02/2008 16:05

hello all you ladies (and otherwise )...honestly, I leave you for a few hours and you run riot!!! Landing strip?...ahem...

Right LG&T...where are you in cycle? I'm ages away from the exciting parts...

largeginandtonic · 07/02/2008 16:10

BeMyLilBaby · 07/02/2008 16:13

Teuch · 07/02/2008 16:17

Now...any symptoms? How long is your cycle usually?

Re lady garden; apart from when I went all 'Jackson 5 fanny' when pregnant, I just ignore, ignore, ignore!! It's not like it's down to my knees or anything!!

OP posts:
BeMyLilBaby · 07/02/2008 16:19

ROFL at jackson 5 Fanny!!

largeginandtonic · 07/02/2008 16:27

It was my 1st after having Beau and breastfeeding so am assuming it may take a while to settle down. It can be anywhere between 32 and 50 days, helpful, no?

Diege · 07/02/2008 16:36

Is a 'jacksons 5' the same as my 70s minge? Well, not mine personally of course...
Agree TEUCH and GIN, we need to know your cycle details so that we can live vicariously through! Twill be good practice for the coming months!

Playingthewaitinggame · 07/02/2008 17:07

LG&T, it makes you on CD29, I only know that cos I am on CD28!

Playingthewaitinggame · 07/02/2008 17:09

if we were on the ttc threads I would be starting to call you my cycle buddy, but we're not so I wont

kayzisbroody · 07/02/2008 17:10

Hey all. I took ds to gp this afternoon, and asked about my weight and ttc so I didnt have to go tomorrow. Im 85kg and I should be 66kg I feel so fat. So I bought some slim fast to have for lunch

largeginandtonic · 07/02/2008 17:11

Cycle buddy, do i need a bike?

Hmmm should be looking out for AF soon then...or not

largeginandtonic · 07/02/2008 17:16

Oh Kayz, slim fast is not the way to go. Join ww i did after ds#4, i could just not shift it after a year. It was fab, so good and i learnt an awful lot about food too. Was fun going to a class too!

All the children are in and the noise level has reached 'i need a beer level'...roll on bedtime. DH is out tonight some Mess Dinner, he is all poshed up in his eveing rig with bow tie and cumberband and i am here contemplating jammas and (possibly) a fun filled tv evening

kayzisbroody · 07/02/2008 17:19

I did ww I'm tempted to go back, But I cant go every week as I'm at work

BeMyLilBaby · 07/02/2008 17:23

you can do it online?

BeMyLilBaby · 07/02/2008 17:25

omg im to type this but me &DP ahve agreed on names:

Boy- Finley ( my fave but DP not so keen) christopher ( both like) and george (both )

Girl - Lola and sophie (both like)

whaddya reckon? x

kayzisbroody · 07/02/2008 17:28

I like all those names. We were thinking about Lola.

Its so expensive to do ww online. Its about £39 a month

Playingthewaitinggame · 07/02/2008 17:31

Kay, slimfast is not the answer. Secondly you are probably about the same weight as me and whilst 85kg is overweight it is not as drastic as you think. And whilst 66kg may be your ideal weight, I know there is no way I could be just over 10 stone (66kg), I'd be happy with 12 stone (But I never have been that worried about being a bit overweight, just accepted that came with the territory of liking food!). Just relax, try and eat sensibly, possibly get some exercise and I am sure you will start to loose some weight.
