We only normally buy a card for each other, if that, but I want a bottle of my 'stuff' (foreign alcohol that I've asked him to get, and it takes a bit of messing about to get) so thought I'd return the favour, besides my pressie is for both of us

oo Natalie, what a valentines day pressie for your hubby! We dont really do the pressie thing on valentines day. I'll get a card and thats it, maybe I will dress up in one of my nice sets as well, possibly buy some new stockings as my really nice ones got trashed when we were away in edinburgh . We have decided not to go out to a resturant, instead we will stay in and DH will cook me a meal which will be lovely. I am sure it will be steak as that is the only "nice" meal he can cook . Good food, good wine, candles, music and uninterrupted conversation, followed by bed I think

I think its up to u. I have tried both options. DH quite likes no hair but I really dont, so we compromise with landing strip.

DH likes both ways, think it would look better erm... without landing strip????

My dh isn't bothered and 9 times out of 10 so I just stick to landing strip. So much easier

Landing strip is classier, and very addictive too . Hard going back to 70s style fanjo after that! Be prepared for the itchies though!
Well, viewers came, 20 mins late, and I'd got so cross that I came across a bit on the door step...said I had to leave for work in 10 mins ; no doubt they'll see me in the PO this afternoon with my e-bay parcels! They seemed suitably chastised though, and then of course I felt really guilty...oh well, teach the buggers to mess with the diege .
My dh is a real grump about valentines. He gets really arsey about how commercial it is, but then that's not to stop him getting me a card is it? Had a real row about it last year after I put my name on the card to him [said it took away the purpose of it...eh??Who else did you think it was from??]. So this year I think I'll just get him something from the girls!!

Bald is not wrong. I have tried it and didn't feel very comfortable with it, the look was too pre-pubescent for me. That was just how I felt it looked after I had tried it. Just more comfortable with a bit of hair down their to 'remind' me I am a fully grown woman.

I am not doing a very good job of convincing myself to wait recently.

Not had any practise at waiting to TTC before, we've just always agreed to TTC and got on with it. This is starting to get a bit hellish TBH!

I know what you mean about the waiting. I have wanted kids for so long now that every month that passes it just gets harder and harder. BUT I do actually find this site is helping. Sure, I talk and possible think about it more now than I ever did, but in a positive way. I feel like I am working towards a goal now. Whereas before, maybe I didn't think about it as much, but when I did I got these incredibly strong uncontrollable emotions, the longing was so strong and it felt so long away, so out of my control. Its much better now I have people to share this with.

TBH the only thing that is helping me with the waiting is that I know from 6 weeks I am going to have a huge belly again, and since I have only just got my belly back down properly after the MC, I am not looking forward to having it back.

Wouldn't be so bad if I was normal and didn't get a belly till 4+ months, but nope, would be too simple for me!

And of course this time I am going to have the added worry of another MC....

God, this is really helping the waiting! LOL
