Hester so glad your back with us but sorry your feeling so poo!! still keeping fingers crossed for you really hope this is your month.
Well dr didnt call me today bastard
But i had a good day shopping for xmas pressies then when ds was asleep i did some gardening. Shit my throat is still sore from the op not happy about that.
Did some looking on the internet about blocked tubes and the next step for cleaning them out just really confused me i think the next step is an ultrasound of some sort then micro surgery so i will proberly be put back on another waiting list for it all and be waiting for another year i really dont think i will cope with that if the dr tells me that i have to wait. but he may want me to do ivf and thats really not an option for us cause of the $$$$ dh says well we will just have to save the money cause we want 3 children and he doesnt care how much it costs. bless him. I was told at 18 i couldnt have children with out medical help and now i have a ds to prove them all wrong so iam going to do it again...

RudyDudy · 16/12/2004 11:38

Hi Tania - how lovely to hear you sounding so well - gardening the day after your op?! Glad to hear DH is being so supportive. You're right - you have already proved 'them' wrong once and there's no reason why you shouldn't again, especially with such a positive attitude. I admire your determination

Tania2 · 16/12/2004 12:15

I admit RD iam a little sore now after gardening but i think iam trying to keep my mind busy its nearly 11:15pm here and i have just finished cleaning the aircon filter and painted the back door. Iam just nuts atm not sure what i should be thinking or doing just trying to stay as positive as i can be or i might just go mad.

jeddah · 16/12/2004 12:40

Hi hester, keep smiling honey!

JB yes there was a green light about 4-5 dpo.

I am cd6 today and did my first stick for this cycle.

I am just about to ring Gynae secretary

Twiga · 16/12/2004 12:40

Tania, glad you're feeling better today {{{hugs}}}, how frustrating not getting the call you've been waiting for - is there any room for you to chase them up?

Hester, good to see you around, have posted on the other thread, lol x

Hi to everyone else, am just about over my sick bug, thank goodness.

hester · 16/12/2004 13:17

Tania, how infuriating of your doctor - he must realise how anxious you are. Hugs to you.

Rudy - I think you've got a great chance. You inseminated all through your fertile period! Really hope you get your good news.

hi jedd!

Remember everybody (and reminding myself this) you DON'T KNOW when the magic BFP will come. A few women 'know' but most of us really don't. Some women get no symptoms in the early weeks, some get really confusing symptoms, and IME the symptoms of being premenstrual and the symptoms of pregnancy are not that different (why do they never tell you that?).

RudyDudy · 16/12/2004 13:38

you're right hester - it's finding the balance between remaining hopeful and positive and driving yourself insane with disappointment and not wanting to get your hopes up that is so hard. In the meantime we just torture ourselves with too much thinking and trying to work things out that can't be worked out. What we all need is a big fat dose of patience

Are you chasing your appt Jeddah? Hope it's soon.

FastAsleepInAManger · 16/12/2004 14:36

Hester and Tania you're doing amazingly well!! if either of you were my dp I'd be really proud of you!

Colinsawmommykissingsantaclaus · 16/12/2004 14:48

Morning all.

Sorry about BFN, Hester.

What a nice husband it sounds like you have, Tania.

No AF yesterday. I felt like it was coming for the past few days, but not anymore this morning, but got a BFN a few days ago. Driving myself crazy today, too. Don't want to waste money on another test, and also am afraid will get another BFN, whereas if I don't test and AF doesn't show up there is still a chance.

kizzy212 · 16/12/2004 15:35

AFTERNOON GIRLS.
