1DPO - Testing buddies? 😄

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else is 1DPO today... I got a peak ovulation test on CD14 and CD15, today is CD16, so I am around 1DPO. We DTD CD13 & CD14, so I am hoping the sperm stuck around a couple of days!

Just wondering if anyone else is around the same dates as me and wants to chat during their TWW 🙂

@Doughnutsarelush Hi, of course. I've been having cramping too. It can be a sign of implantation / early pregnancy as well as AF. x

@Cossete i am so worried as I am 36 and not been using protection for a year . The cramps feel exactly how my period does but 3 days late . I may have to get a test later . 12 months in and I feel destroyed every-time I get a negative . When are you testing ? X

@monsteramunch honestly…. So so so surreal.

my frers were just delivered and it’s a POSITIVE !!!! Faint but definately there.. hoping that’s to be expected 11dpo…. Wow please stick baby💕💕💕💕

@Doughnutsarelush Sending love. x I am going to test again tomorrow morning, I did a FRER earlier (8DPO) and there is something I can see, but I'm not taking it as a BFP just yet. I'll do another FRER tomorrow and then if it is positive I will do a digital.

I've started to feel sick this morning, but I think that's because I am thinking I might be pregnant! 😂

@Cossete I was actually sick randomly on Sat afternoon which would have been what 8dpo??? That’s probably been my only symptom a bit of nausea xx

@LMM91x Yep, I'm not feeling great. I couldn't finish my breakfast this morning! Maybe it's related to implantation if you had it at 8DPO?!

@Cossete not finishing meals would CERTAINLY be a big clue for me🤣🤣
yes it very well could have been!! Was so strange came over me suddenly and just needed to throw up then was fine!! Really odd xxxx

Ah I think that's defo it, as this is our first TTC and we're nearly a year in I think we're at the 'oh shit what if this doesn't happen' stage. Having some tests next month so it at least feels like we have a plan now.

Ooh and a question for experts out there...

I had a positive OPK CD14, 15 and 16. Negative on CD17 and today is CD20.

Not sure how many DPO (roughly) that might make me now?!

@monsteramunch When did you get your 'peak' (the darkest line). I get positives throughout ovulation, but my 'peak' was CD14, which suggests I ovulated on CD15 (24 hours later)... I am CD23 today, so 8DPO.

I had a digital static smiley CD14 then blazing positive strip OPKs CD15 and CD16 (equal both days, much darker than control line) and a faint (so a negative) strip OPK on CD17. Not sure if that info helps but that's a round up just in case!

Annoying that I didn't have strip OPKs on CD14.

And we DTD CD14, 15 and 16.

Sorry just to add to this:

I had an empty circle digital OPK on CD12 and CD13. I have the advanced clear blue digitals so usually get a flashing smiley between the empty circle and static smiley but didn't this time.

Weird! Really hoping I ovulated on CD15 or 16 to give us the best chance.

@monsteramunch Ah that's tricky, I've never used digital OPKs, only strips. I do know that with my pregnancies, I've always conceived from sex before ovulation, never from the day of ovulation itself. So from my own experience you had sex at the right time 🤗

Anyone else 7dpo? The wait is agonising

@LAgeDeRaisin I'm 8dpo and really fed up. I've been testing since 6dpo and not even an obligatory evap line to be seen 😭

@LAgeDeRaisin I'm 8DPO and the waiting is awful...I haven't felt great today. The more I look at the test I posted earlier in photos and real life, the more convinced I am that it's an indent line. I just want tomorrow morning to hurry up so I can test first thing!

@Cossete 8dpo is SO early !!!!!! You’d have had to inplanted like 6/7dpo when normally it’s 8-10 so I really wouldn’t count yourself out … I know what yoh mean though…. i wish every bloody wee was first morning urine quality !!! 🤣🤣

How exciting for you ladies with your bop’s!
Ive never used a frer test but don’t think I will this cycle. I feel like I’ve tricked my body into believing someone is in there..
feeling crampy this afternoon but only one tiny bit of spotting last night at work.
I took a strip test this morning and it was a faint positive but as I worked all night it wasn’t even close to being concentrated so I dunno.
Im thinking that my body is about to give me AF with all the aches and pains I’m having so will update when she arrives.

We've only just started trying for a baby so I think I’m just being a bit crazy and thinking it will happen immediately and it’s clearly not.
My husband is more relaxed than me and has said what will be will be but I feel it’s easier for him as there’s no pressure on him to make the little bean stick and grow..😪

Can I join? I am 9dpo, desperately trying not to symptom spot or test too early!!
