1DPO - Testing buddies? 😄

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else is 1DPO today... I got a peak ovulation test on CD14 and CD15, today is CD16, so I am around 1DPO. We DTD CD13 & CD14, so I am hoping the sperm stuck around a couple of days!

Just wondering if anyone else is around the same dates as me and wants to chat during their TWW 🙂

@Cossete oh totally - who ever made it that we literally hVe a fertile window once a month is taking the mick - imagine no tracking and just the potential to fall any time🤣💕 dream! Its Just such a long bloody month every cycle :(

Anyone else feeling a bit tender and over-sexed? I hope we get it this month I can't do another month of the pressure to have daily sex for a week.

Advice needed. Last night after reading stuff I took an ovulation strip and it was a faint positive but I’m nowhere near ovulation so I decided this morning to take another one and a pregnancy strip.
I don’t know if I have line eyes but can anyone else see 2 lines?

I'm thinking around the 26th-28th as last period was around the 31st October.
I have had pink spotting and some streakier blood in my discharge (but this was after a bowel movement so not sure if body had just pushed stuff down!)
The spotting isn’t constant though. I have an on/off dull ache in my left side today, had the same with my 2yr old.
Really nervous every time I go to the toilet.

I’m going to try and hold off anymore testing now until I’m officially late (if I get that far).

Hi all, can I join! 5DPO today. I am driving myself crazy thinking about it 🙃 I don’t think I’m going to test til 14DPO cos I will probably just make myself worse

@MrsLaura89 Ooh exciting! It does look like a BFP. Does the line have colour? I've had tests like that before and the line was colourless, and I wasn't pregnant. Really disappointing. I'd try a First Response test. x

I also get positive ovulation strips throughout my whole cycle, which is really annoying!!

It did have colour earlier but when I took the test this morning I thought I could see a faint line anyway. Left it for a bit (not out of the time window) and was there. I’ve checked it now and it’s gotten fatter and looks less colourful so it’s evaporated now BUT I have taken the same strips each day for a few days and never got a line even after going back and checking it 6 hours later haha 😅

Maybe I’m clutching at straws but I just need to be patient and see if AF arrives.

What day are you all planning on testing? I'm 3dpo and even though it's not possible to get a positive, I'm dying to POAS 🤣🤣

That sounds so frustrating, I didn't realise that could happen! Hard enough to plan without having that extra complication!

I had a positive digital OPK yesterday (CD14) and a super strong positive strip OPK today (CD15) and can't quite get my head around timings.

I thought I'd ovulate today as I had the positive yesterday, but as I've had another positive today so does that mean it's more likely I'll ovulate tomorrow?

I hate how confusing I still find all this!

I'm not even planning to wait as I know I have no self control. I'll probably start 7dpo and test every morning...

I'm hoping the next week goes quickly, days are dragging atm.
Question, I have a relatives big birthday this weekend and I want to avoid drinking too much but have no reason not to! . Reckon alcohol makes any difference at this stage?

I had a blob of pink on Saturday and a little on wiping on Sunday. Nothing on Monday but pink again Tuesday and Wednesday and today but yesterday and today it’s only been in the late afternoon.
I have some ovary twinges and getting the occasional “period” ache along with little twinges in my groin..worried for a multitude of reasons.
I know implantation bleeding can last up to a week but there’s not much info of how much etc. Mine is pretty minimal.

I should know within the next few days really.

I think AF is coming as just been to the toilet and blood is now darker and more of it.

For those of you using ovulation sticks when do I need to start using them? I’m never totally sure what day my period starts so should I use them during my period?

@monsteramunch It really is. By positive I mean there is always a second line, I usually take my 'peak' as when the line is darkest, this month it was CD14. My cycle is 28 days long (sometimes + or - a day) but 90% of the time it is 28 days! I don't really know either, I just try to DTD around the middle of my cycle and when the opk test seems to have the strongest line. I am lucky to have regular periods so can pretty much time it right 🙂

@LAgeDeRaisin Same, I am going to start testing next week! Probably try to hold out until at least Wednesday, I'll be about 9DPO I think?

@MrsLaura89 Ah. Sorry to hear that. I've been tricked by pregnancy tests in the past too. 😔I normally start to use ovulation tests around CD12, my cycles are generally 28 days though.

alot that’s been posted already. Ttc baby 2. Had some pink when I wiped the day and day after I ovulated and been feeling light cramps today. Wishing you all luck and hoping for lots of BFP’s in this group
