Hey hey, making this thread to lead on from last months. I’m 1 or 2 dpo today and I’m going to try and not symptom spot this month!! Also going to try my best to not test until 12dpo at the earliest!

what DPO are you all?

No nothing much, I'm always a bit stressed (work) but no more then normal, not been ill and not been travelling (except York 😂 but that's a couple hours in the car I presume you mean serious travelling) did I miss it?! It was confusing because it said originally I should ovulate around 26/11 I didn't test 26/11 though as that's when we were away so did I maybe miss the spike?!
That would have been CD12?

Definitely possible that you missed it then - can't remember if you're charting BBT, has it gone up since then? Or any other tell-tale symptoms - e.g. I'm about 7DPO and always get sore boobs by now, so I know the progesterone must be rising.

@Mortima boobs are maybe a 2 on the tenderness scale, so not much. I would be 14 DPO on Saturday if I'm right. I did have some cm around that weekend and it's only ever evident to me on ovulation. The rest of the time I don't see it at all. If nothing by the weekend I might do a pregnancy test... what readings do you usually have after ovulation?

@Mortima on 29/11 I did have a pain in my left which was my ovulation pains... so maybe then but my test was low 0.29 (though that day and 28/11 were both my darkest tests)

@PPop I had a longer surge this time - 0.92, 1.11, 1.6, and then dropped back down to 0.33 (and then I stopped testing).The CM sounds like a good sign, hopefully that was your ovulation and you caught it; I would probs keep testing though, just to be safe 🤞

So after FINALLY remembering each day to do my BBT— this morning I did it and thought- hmm that’s low that doesn’t look right, took it again, jumped up .3, took it again, down .2 😂😂

so my thermometer is a pile of shit and I may as well throw this months chart out hahahaha

@Peeonastick22 I've found with how cold it is I have to stick my thermometer in my mouth for a good minute before I switch it on and then it remains consistent. Doesn't help in hindsight so much but incase it stays cold and you need to try it over winter

Nerves are setting in a bit today. Normally 27 or 28 day cycle and am on cd27 today so there's just this nervous anticipation of wanting to know if I'm back to day 1 or if it's our month 😫

I feel you @Emmalou0607 - I'm 8DPO and AF due by 12DPO - have got my hopes up a bit this time, so I'm trying to mentally prep for disappointment. When are you testing?

@Mortima going to try and hold out till Sunday, that way if AF is coming, it should have started by then and if not hopefully will have a semi decent line.

When are you planning to test?

Sounds like a very sensible plan @Emmalou0607 - I might also test on Sunday. I'll be 11dpo; I always tell myself I'll wait until 12dpo but always cave before then, so this feels like a good compromise.

@Mortima same here with the caving! Especially when you've got tests at home it makes it so easy to just check.

Spent most of this week working in the office rather than at home which has taken part of the temptation away 😂

@Mortima and @Emmalou0607 wishing you both positive weekends, keep us updated. You both have so much more discipline than me to wait to test. Today is 14 dpo for me so in theory the day I should have tested.

@Peeonastick22 sorry that your thermometer has been off, how frustrating. Mine is definitely effected by the temp of the room! Where about in your cycle are you at the moment?

@Wrenegade 3dpo today although not confirmed with temping!

@Peeonastick22 how confusing, hopefully the faulty temping is the reason you haven’t confirmed it. I can’t remember if you have you been using OPKs?

I’m doing ok thanks. I’m surprised at how much I am feeling mild pain, twinges and cramping. My body seems to be being effected very quickly, mostly feeling tired.

@Wrenegade yeah got the strongest opk I’ve had since I started tracking! Don’t 100% trust it but we’ve been dtd regularly anyway so will hopefully have caught it/will catch it!

@Mortima I have told two close friends, I couldn’t keep it in and it was helpful to have some reassurance about symptoms.

I was a little nervous to begin with, now I’m past when AF was due I am feeling like I can relax and be excited. Everyone in the family is expecting and it was hard whilst trying but now the idea of having so many cousins close in age is exciting.

Morning everyone - some good news for me today, at 11PO (sorry for the shit pic).
I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but so far these lines are much better than last month (and the positive digital, which I didn't get before). Doesn't guarantee anything of course, but it's not a bad thing.
