Hey hey, making this thread to lead on from last months. I’m 1 or 2 dpo today and I’m going to try and not symptom spot this month!! Also going to try my best to not test until 12dpo at the earliest!

what DPO are you all?

@Wrenegade I’ll probably test next Saturday at 11dpo! If I can wait til then 😂

@Emmalou0607 I think I'm out... unless I haven't ovulated yet 😂 I'm still very confused my LH 0.19 yesterday which is the highest it's been since 29/11 at 0.29. But the app says I'm ovulating today at CD27 I haven't felt much going on but we DTD anyway.
Just in case I've ovulated the weekend I thought I was gonna (the original date on the app before it changed) I did a pregnancy test... but that was whiter then the very best hotel sheets! 🤦‍♀️

Thanks everyone 😊DH knows; I took the test first thing yesterday morning and brought it back into our bed to wait for it to develop, and we looked at it together. It was lovely. I think we'll have to end up telling both of our families at Christmas, which will be really early still, but it will be obvious if I'm not drinking.

@PPop How confusing for you- keep testing! Hope you manage to catch/have caught it 🤞

@Mortima I was thinking if this is my month, I might pretend to drink 😂 although that might be obvious. Finding out whilst looking at the test together is lovely ❤️

@PPop that sounds so frustrating!! Fingers crossed you caught it as some point if you have ovulated

If this isn’t my month then my body is being so mean. I have tender boobs which I absolutely never get and I’m very gassy, also never get, and have pinching in lower abdomen unlike what I’ve had in previous cycles (I’m 6dpo)

Thanks both I'm so confused as had consistent LH but only missed one day, I mean I can't really get dipping my stick in pee wrong?! Always do it last thing before bed, make sure I haven't peed 2 hours before, and previously I've had results so I'm confused as heck!
Apart from a period of time when DH had his tooth out we have been active so hopefully whatever is going on has been caught if not I guess I can drink at our New Year's Eve rock party we are going to 😂

@PPop to be honest I’ve had full cycles with no positive OPKs but had every symptom of ovulation, and have read a lot of women saying the same thing! I’m guessing some women either have very quick LH surges that are hard to catch, or lower LH levels when ovulation occurs! Every body is different hey!

New Years Eve rock concert sounds fab!! Will keep my fingers crossed that you don’t get to drink though 😉

@Peeonastick22 I would be chuffed to bits to not drink and rock out regardless! So still holding a little hope!

Thank you for that I was panicking my body was too hinky and hadn't done anything useful 😂 I wish I'd been better with my BBT just couldn't get into a rhythm of the time to do it and then the cold set in which made it so much harder to do!! Next month!

Just had another positive ovulation test I’m so confused 😫 I’m only 7dpo so would assume it’s too early to be pregnancy related

will have to trust it and keep dtd incase the first one was a random LH surge

Ah, I think this is more likely to be your actual peak @Peeonastick22 - good thing you kept testing. I guess hormones are always fluctuating - the app should record this as your peak once you add a lower result. Definitely keep DTD.

@Wrenegade @MillieKitty how long did you keep testing after your BFP? I held off yesterday and tested this morning at 13dpo cautiously optimistic about the progression - will probably do it again at 15dpo

@Mortima your lines are looking very strong!
I tested on 9dpo then didn’t test again till 12dpo. But then I became anxious about having gotten a positive so early and continued to test every day till 16dpo, which was after my period was due. I have stopped now, mostly because I’m out of tests but I can tell my body is changing each day and I’m trying to trust in that.

Sorry for the pics but here is my month in tests! I know some are midnight or around then, I just do it when I go to bed 😂 but am I doing something wrong? Can anyone see any glitches?

@Mortima your line is great for 12dpo, mine wasn't as dark as that and I'm now almost 9 weeks! I stopped testing with frer around 20dpo 😂 then I did the weeks indicator one until it hit 3+ weeks and then stopped

@PPop to me it looks like you’ve missed your positive somewhere between CD14-16 but can’t be sure without temping!

I only get positives with FMU so that’s my only advice!

@Peeonastick22 what is FMU? I think the same I think I missed the surge somewhere, it is looking like I am out anyway, I am having AF symptoms (cramps, spot on my chin - though it's rudely in the same place every month, frequent bathroom trips and a little blood this morning when I wiped)
So I am a bit bummed again. Keep wishing I was younger right now!

My peak normally goes up and back down in 24 hour so really quick and easy to miss if I'm not meticulous about checking. Otherwise my readings are pretty similar to yours the rest of the month

@Emmalou0607 so as soon as you wake up? Dang next month I will do that one instead of evening! Thank you! I have learnt so many acronyms on this thread which has helped with my MN browsing!

I usually do with my first wee of the day and when it goes above 0.5 I do twice a day 12 hours apart

At least you can have some Christmas drinks although I know it doesn’t make it much easier
