@ChickenT2b I have this cycle! Took until 4dpo to see the big jump that I'm used to post O. I think as long as your temps are trending upwards you're good.

@ChickenT2b me 🙋‍♀️ I'm 2DPO too, my cycle was early this month and my temps are defo looking a bit iffy. I sometimes wonder if the thermometer is a bit crap as I can get different readings every time I use it! God knows if I've ovulated...

@bunnykins123 he produced a condom earlier in the day so I’m guessing he’s not in the same page as me. I’m so passed off that I went through a pregnancy I didn’t want (until I lost it) he told me it was his baby too so I thought he wanted a baby. Then I go through 3 months of feeling sick and getting a bump, to go through a MMC and now he’s messing with my head.

@Everythingzrosie have you spoken to him again about trying for another? If he is suggesting conforms and pulling out, I wonder if he's sending a message to you that way? On the flip side, men can just be a bit oblivious when ttc and think we will be the next Virgin Mary...🤷‍♀️

I managed to leave my contact lenses in last night so was basically wrenching them out of my eyes ta 5am x__x 9dpo today. I only have one test left in the house from last cycle so I'm going to do my best to get to Thursday. I am not feeling hopeful though.

@bunnykins123 i feel fine to be honest, no pains or anything. I wish I could find out what has been causing it to rise though, it’s all been so bizarre

Thanks everyone! To add to my broken record my bleeding is heavier I had to actually wear a proper pad last night and not just a panty liner. Still no cramps or clots. It’s fresh blood. It’s annoying as soon as it tails off and goes to brown discharge the bleeding starts all over again. I used the cyclogest last night and then this morning again. I’ve decided just to wait the 2 weeks out and then whatever the outcome when I’ll tell my mum. I’ve a wee baby grow I bought in July before mc that I’d planned to use to tell my mum she was gonna be a nana again at this rate I’ll never get using it 😂

@Mariabombia i had that discharge from the beginning too some times the only way I could describe it was like custard and it would get lighter and darker and thicker and thinner again it’s completely normal and apparently a good sign as it’s your hormones increasing to support the pregnancy but believe me I know your pain of worry. Previous mc really suck the joy out of any new pregnancies. My epu said they like to wait til 7-8 weeks. Def wait a little longer cos you might end up in limbo like me with no heartbeat. I had an early scan at 9 weeks with ds and it was perfect! He had a lovely little heartbeat and could see him doing flips. I really didn’t appreciate it at the time

@RaliaMusca the doubling of hcg is so good! Was the blood drawn before you had the bleed again? Hoping your bleed is just cervical from the increasing hormones. I’ve never had blood tests to show my hcg. I’m still too scared to take another test mostly because I can’t hold my urine long enough cos I keep going just to check the bleeding.

@Luna57 sorry to hear your bleeding has picked up again. It sounds so much like mine. On and off. So stressful!
The last bloods were done literally a few hours after the bleeding had started. I had a call from the nurse this morning contradicting what the doctor had said. Doctor said it's looking good whilst nurse said they would have wanted to see a 63% rise and mine was only 50%. Which I don't understand because the doctor said it had doubled, which according to my maths is 100%. Or am I being daft?
I have a scan booked for tomorrow afternoon and am already an anxious mess.

@RaliaMusca i dont know if it’s tailing off again or it’s the cyclogest but yet again the bleeding is brown discharge again. I’m wondering if this bleeding is from my cervix too and maybe lifting ds and doing housework etc. is setting it off again. Or her prodding my insides with that scanner made it even worse too. The sister said the cervix is a lot more vascular during pregnancy so even pushing too hard on the toilet can cause a bleed too. Think I’m clutching at straws here but I’m sure I’ll know for definite in the next 2 weeks. Sounds like a 100% rise, it’s doubled. Is it a private scan or epu? Awk I really hope it’s good news for you! I’ll have everything crossed for you!

@Luna57 clutching at straws is my new hobby. My last bleeding started after I was hoovering so I was wondering the same.
The scan is at the EPU. As I had a suspected ectopic due to one-sided pain, they're monitoring me more carefully.
I really hope it's good news for you too. Any bleeding in pregnancy is so upsetting.

Thanks so much ladies @Luna57 @calimc83 so I called this morning & they basically said it sounds like implantation bleeding, I asked if that could happen at 5 weeks and she said that it won't be the initial implantation but something about the embryo burrowing deeper? Sometimes the blood from that gets absorbed by the body and sometimes it comes out.

She didn't seem concerned but said if it does get heavier I need to wait a week and do another pregnancy test & If it's fainter it will be an unfertilised egg :(?

Didn't offer blood test or future scan.

@Luna57 so sorry to hear the bleeding has picked up again, so stressful . Praying that you do get to use that little baby grow soon darling . How're you finding the pessaries ?

@bunnykins123 I'm ok still bleeding I've had a couple of very small clots like smaller than my fingernail so don't think that counts as anything to get excited about 😂 and the bleeding is lighter than last week though heavier than when it was tailing off on Friday. No more cramps but headache has been on and off all weekend. I stupidly did a pregnancy test thinking it might be faint because I'm bleeding 🤣 funniest joke I've ever played on myself it was a dye stealer 🙄

@Luna57 big big hugs limbo is so hard and you feel like you drive yourself mad with the waiting but I have obviously read a lot of Google when I was in limbo and lot of people don't see a HB at the 6 week point so I've got everything crossed for you 🤞🏼

@TheBirdintheCave you must be 10dpo as I am 9? I am trying to hold out too, fingers crossed whenever you decide to test.

@Mariabombia ahh! That happens to my friend. She ended up in A&E as was such a significant bleed. All fine though. Hopefully speaking to the EPU has helped?? I'm ok. Constantly trying to figure out if what I think are slight 'movements' are movements and not just wind 😣😆. I have an anterior placenta this time which is affecting things xx

@Mariabombia remember a week ago I had some brown discharge and what felt like round ligament pain. That would of been 5 weeks for me so I think that’s normal for the bean to bury in deeper around then. Pessaries are going grand im doing them vaginally too scared to put them up anywhere. I had a bad experience when I had ds and they gave me a rectal painkiller pessary and I thought I’d shit myself the next day when the stuff started coming out and I was traumatised 😂 atm I’m having no fresh bleeding just the brown discharge so I’m hoping they’re doing the trick

@calimc83 not really ...now I'm worrying it'll be a blighted ovum 😰 I think I just need to keep telling myself that people can have some spotting in early pregnancy and it turns out okay.
How many weeks are you again love? That's so exciting, hope you get to feel bub soon!! Glad your friend was okay but omg that must have been so stressful for her.

Anyone else just go mad in the second week of the TWW? I am so cool in the first week, can focus on work just fine, and then it's like a switch goes off from 7dpo!

Yes. I think it's because once 8dpo comes around you think 'well, it actually could be positive if I tested now' and it's hard to fight that idea away.

@calimc83 I had anterior placenta with DS I didn't feel anything until about 22 weeks 🙄

@calimc83 i had a low lying anterior placenta with ds and was only the end of week 18 I felt a few wee pokes he only ever moved when my wee dog lay on my lap. Weeks on he would kick the dogs wee heads when she slept on my belly. 13 months on he gives her head massages and the occasional excited slap 😂
