@mummatara i had both my MC at 5 weeks and I bled for 5 days. First one was very clotty, second only a few clots - more period like! Hope you’re doing ok!

I’ve just had my letter through for a smear. Is it safe to do if pregnant? I’m worried to have it done in TWW, what if they dislodge the embryo! Am I being irrational?! 🫣

@mummatara how old is your child? Mine will be 4 on Tuesday and she went through a phase of really rubbish sleep about 6 months ago. Lots of handholding and stroking needed to drift off and then at least one wake-up a night which required one of us (my husband 😅) to sleep next to her. We then introduced a sticker chart for sleeping through (she loves a good sticker chart) and gave her a Yoto player. She listens to stories now to go to sleep and it also shows the moon at night and sun in the morning so she knows not to come wake me up before 7am 😜

@Luna57 I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you for your scan. Going in on your own can be really tough. I hope you get a kind sonographer who understands how you feel.
Have you decided yet what to decorate in your house? 😂 I've decided today to repaint the kitchen... once my workload allows it again

@HalWin2221 I had my invite for the smear the day I had my miscarriage. Great timing. 🤦‍♀️ So I looked it up then and it's advised to wait at least 12 weeks after a miscarriage or after having given birth. They won't give you one during pregnancy.

@RaliaMusca thank you! I only had my miscarriage 2 weeks ago - I’ve just been lucky enough my body has gone back to normal straight away! So i can’t book for another 10 weeks anyway then 🤦🏽‍♀️

Fertilily is IN ladies, so far so good 🙈.

I’ve been away for work so a little late in trying. Feel like I may have actually ovulated last night or today as LH was positive yesterday (negative day before) and less dark today 🧐 so we may be too late..
Does anyone else have a one day surge? Does that mean ovulation happens quickly after or could still be over 24 hours later?

@mummatara my furthest-on natural MC was at 9w and I bled for almost 3 weeks, started off as 2 days of spotting then had small contraction like pains and massive, very visual and identifiable 'products', followed by heavy bleed for 3 solid days before it tapered off to moderate to light bleed for what felt never ending. I found it quite traumatic! I really hope your experience is a gentler one as you've been through enough already!

@ChickenT2b yeah mine are pretty quick. They almost go to nothing the day before, then late evening get high, next mid morning I get my peak and back down again by that eve. No idea when that actually means I ovulate but I get the temperature dip the day after my peak LH. Glad you've found the fertilily easy to use. When I fell in January, we only DTD the day after my peak and still managed to conceive so you have every chance xx

@ChickenT2b glad you got on with the ferti lily, I’m trying it tonight 🤣🤣 my LH seems to be like yours, literally so faint and nothing to then dark! I think I still ovulated the next day rather than the same day

Woke up with another temperature this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️ This bloody cold is messing with my chart so much 😂 6dpo today!

I had a dream last night that we had a scan and found out we were having twins. In the dream I was happy but in reality that would be a nightmare 😂

I like the sound of this Fertililly! I may jump on the bandwagon next cycle and give it a try. How many of us have it now?

@theblueflowers Good to hear from you again :) I booked the first of the hotels yesterday as that's free to reserve. I wish I could do the same with flights and ferries but I get why that's impossible 🙄

@bunnykins123 it will. U know your body can do it 😘 @Luna57 I totally get that. I've been to all my scans on my own. Combo of no childcare/not telling anyone so not been able to arrange anything. Weirdly though, I actually found it easier to go on my own as then I only had to think about myself and not having to worry about anyone else. I could hardly walk into my first scan, I was terrified. I just told them straightaway what my history was and they were so good. Holding my hand and told me straightaway once they found the heartbeat xx

@LuckyMoonstone I woke up with a fever due to my toddler giving me a cold 😂 I made a note in the notes page so I remember what it was for future cycles.

@TheBirdintheCave its on Sunday. I feel sick at the thought of it.

@calimc83 i went to a lot of scans on my own with ds too because it was last year and the pandemic and whatnot. I’ve had some blood streaked cm yesterday and this morning and slight pain it’s not enough for a normal person to worry over but of course I’m shitting my pants 😂

@Luna57 I really wouldn't worry about blood streaked cm. I suspect it'll be from everything stretching but totally get the fear. When's your scan?

@calimc83 my body has decided to O early this cycle so my big plans have gone down the pan 🙄 has anyone else on here got peaks on CD10/11?! This seems way too early! I'm usually a cd14 kinda gal!

@TheBirdintheCave big respect for your attempt this month! That's great bding coverage 👏 colds suck when ttc - that, and heatwaves massively screw my chart!

@ChickenT2b me 👋 it's so annoying as I literally go from 0 - 100 in the space of an evening. Usually I can anticipate this as I usually O around cd14 but this month has caught me by surprise so that's sucky 🙄

@Luna57 I'm so hopeful this is your sticky one :D You've got this far. Only two days to go now. You can do it

@bunnykins123 Thanks :D We actually had a lot of fun this cycle and were much more relaxed about it. We seemed to time it perfectly too :D Not that that seems to matter 😂

I'm bleeding again, this time accompanied with cramps. Looks like this one's not a sticky bean either.
I did some hoovering immediately before the cramping started and now I'm blaming myself for not being more careful.
I have another HCG blood test scheduled this evening and a scan next week but it's looking not very promising anymore now.

Yep conceived the first month of trying so thought oh this is easy, we've nailed this! To be fair life has been a bit stressful since then, I started a new job and we've moved house into a project so hopefully when we feel a bit more chilled it will happen (I know that's incredibly naive!)

@bunnykins123 unfortunately I don't think it's passed yet my cramps have still just been quite mild really. Lol my DH took LO into the spare room last night so I could get some rest and he complained this morning how restless he is in bed and how much he basically kicks and rolls onto you 😂 I don't know how he's never noticed it when he's in bed with us 🤦🏼‍♀️

@RaliaMusca he's only 19 months so just too little to understand but I'll def keep the chart in mind for future. He's prob going through some horrible developmental thing that's going to last weeks on end 😂 sorry about your bleeding ☹️ hopefully all will be ok 🤞🏼 is this your second hcg draw?

@Margo34 thanks lovely I have had very light bleeding for 2 days and slightly heavier the last 3 days. Cramps haven't been awful but I am expecting them to get worse. There hasn't been many clots and def no products yet so hopefully it will happen soon. I wasn't sure as mine is just a sac if some of it would be reabsorbed but I suppose not all of it would be as it grew until at least 10 weeks. Why it's never like the movies I don't know 🙄 lol hopefully my body is kind to me somethings got to go my way surely 🤞🏼

@Bobshhh welcome sorry you're here. If you can def try and relax about it it's easier said than done when you want it so much. I'm a poas addict as are many of us but I'm sure I read somewhere it helps reduce cortisol which isn't good for trying to conceive. I think we all need weekly relaxation massages 🙊

@mummatara yes, it'll be the second blood test in 48 hours. I'm not holding out much hope anymore now.
Hope your son gets back into a good sleep groove soon. I know how excruciatingly exhausting it is.
Hope you're ok too with your cramping and bleeding. You sound like a very strong person. The things we have to go through to make other humans... Hopefully it'll all be worth it for us one day

@bunnykins123 oh what?! Could your new medication have led to this...@Luna57 oh gosh lovely, try not to stress too much. Have u had any more bleeding? Could u call the EPU and see if they will scan u a bit sooner? Xx

@TheBirdintheCave @bunnykins123 took the words right out of my mouth! We struggled this cycle to DTD more despite me being really relaxed and quite pro before O. I've attached my chart below just for reference.
I drank loads of wine and had loads of cheese Saturday night...mad what it does to your temperature! It's strange FF placed your O there, I'd have gone with the day before, or can you have a temp dip the day before O?
Either way you have it well covered 😂

@FfayeN Your chart looks good! :D Looks like you timed dtd well too.

Funnily enough I would have guessed that mine was the day before as well but FF decided otherwise 🤷🏻‍♀️
