Another day of no peak 👎
I had it in my head last night that today would be the day which has put me in an even worse mood. Temp is also really high which doesn't happen for me pre ov, so looks like I'm waiting a while!

So today I realised I've been temping wrong. For as long as I've been temping (which was pre DD) I've been shoving the bloody thing directly under my tongue (which has given me scatty results at best). I've just seen it's meant to be left or right under the tongue due to 'heat pockets' there 🤦‍♀️ oh lordy this is too much. So my temps are literally all wrong each month. Bah.

@theblueflowers ooo it's so almost there! It may actually peak this evening as (I think?) lh builds up throughout the day? I defo think that's a good line - don't be disheartened 💕

@MrsCristiano well that last little lonely test from 2020 was stark white… again! I’m not even surprised 😂 think DH is a bit annoyed he then went on to tell me to stop tracking everything and just let it happen when it happens. Think he thought it would happen first month trying like it did with DS and then with the MC pregnancy It was a complete surprise. If that didn’t really annoy me, DS who’s 11 months decided to take a hike up the stairs this morning (we’ve no stair gates still, I know bad parents 😂) while I was in the kitchen and DH was in the bathroom so DH had to sprint down to get him so he didn’t fall he was nearly at the top too 😬 so now I’m def feeling like a failure today, but sure- Happy Monday! 😂

@theblueflowers hope both your fertile fortnights are coming to an end soon!

My line got stronger slightly this morning so hoping it’s a real positive. I did test negative post miscarriage and I’m nearly 5 weeks on. It’s so hard to know though.

@Iusedtobedontcall i would say if you tested negative after your MC then this would 100% be a new pregnancy. Fingers crossed for you, I know you can’t feel excited just yet because of what happened before but just try and relax and take it all in. Congratulations again!

I hope so. I’m just struggling to get excited because of what happened last time.

@Luna57 no way are you a bad parent! We have stair gates but I can’t count the number of times we’ve left them open and DS has climbed up or down the stairs! He also fell off the sofa this morning because I didn’t stop him jumping up and down on it soon enough 🤦‍♀️ They’ll always find the one thing you haven’t child-proofed, every time! Maybe time to invest in some gates though 😂

@Luna57 We never bothered with stair gates and just supervise our son going up and down. He's really good at it now and knows he has to hold someone's hand :)

@AwayWeGo22 weve been saying for weeks we need gates 😂 he’s normally great and just stays at the bottom but yesterday my sister thought it was funny to climb up and down them with him so he’s obviously thought it was so funny doing it this morning. I think sometimes they also need to learn themselves if we keep saying no and pulling them away I’m not sure they understand either. Not that I want our children to get hurt or anything 😂

@TheBirdintheCave i hadn’t even got to the back door to let the poor dogs out for a morning pee literally 10 seconds and he had darted up them nearly to the top 😂 I always get told by DH I’m too relaxed around DS but I never leave him unsupervised he normally toodles in behind me to find something to destroy 😂

I’ve had to skim read 36 posts as I haven’t been on here for a couple of days 🤣 nothing to report though, CD14 and a little bit of ewcm the last few days but still totally negative OPKs. Hope everyone is ok! Is anyone else waiting for ovulation?

@bunnykins123 oh don't worry you're not the only one I only realised this end of last year after reading about it somewhere 🤦🏼‍♀️ I always just shoved it in at the front then read it should be as far back as poss on left or right side 🙄

@Luna57 sorry for the bfn and don't feel bad these bubbas once they get going they are as fast as lightening we didn't get stairgates for ages 🤦🏼‍♀️

Bunnykins I doubt that makes a huge huge difference, as long as you can detect temperature shifts that's as accurate as it needs to be. I've absolutely no notion exactly where under my tongue I've been placing the thermometer, I'm usually half asleep when I do it.

My OPKs are on the move now. Yay!! It's gone from 0.21 at 11am (then a wasp came in living room and freaked me out) so squeezed a bit more pee out and it's like 0.49 an hour later.

@MrsCristiano which ones do you use? I've been using One Step ones since like forever and get absolutely no progression - 0-100 in that space of an afternoon which doesn't give me much chance to get jiggy!

@curliegirlie you're probably right! Maybe I'm clutching at straws here for my jumpy temps 😂 how are you doing?

@mummatara did you find a difference after correcting it? I'm not sure if my new revelation is all that significant but I defo have not been doing it correctly 🤦‍♀️ how are things going with you?

@MrsCristiano ah that’s good! I’m starting to feel physically like O is coming but I did last time and it still took ages to get a positive OPK so I don’t really trust my body anymore

@bunnykins123 I hope so too but I had it in small amounts for ageeees last time. Doc appointment tomorrow though!

@bunnykins123 I think overall it really hadn't made too much difference but I did notice my temps seem to have stayed more consistent pre and post ovulation.

I'm doing ok did my last digi this morning got a 3+ I know it means nothing but makes me feel a little better I just need to get to the 12 week scan now 🤞🏼 I've also hidden the April group which has made my anxiety 100 times better. My symptoms are so different this pregnancy than the previous 2. We're going on honeymoon this weekend and I can't wait ❤️ I stupidly posted on a Facebook group about feeling better after my 3+, wrote some of my concerns re prev mc and someone commented that they had 3+ went for a scan and no HB 🤦🏼‍♀️ it really wasn't what I wanted to hear but I'm trying to put it out of my mind. I think I'm going to remove that group too as much as I love having a group to talk to like I did with my first I don't want to hear things like that it makes me worry too much 😬
