Two week wait, needing some company!

Hi everyone 👋
I've had two miscarriages, one in November 2021, and one in January 2022. Me and my partner have been trying for over a year. We have tried really hard this month to catch ovulation by using OPK's. I'm currently in the dreaded 2WW.

Anyone else out there in the same position? Would love some company in this tricky time! X

Im feeling like AF might come, looking at my symptoms the last 2 cycles I was definitely cramping and tender breasts 3/4 days before AF arrived. Same today, an hour of cramping and feeling nauseous and breasts feel tight and sore. Wish they weren’t such similar symptoms, really messes with my head!

Massive good luck for you test @BabyBXx I have also had right sided stabbing pain today! Thanks for making me aware I can order pregnancy tests on prime ✔️ Saves me a trip to the supermarket tonight as I haven’t had chance today!

@Summerbreeze111 with my first I had a little bleed and thought it was the start of my period, it turned out to be implantation bleeding so everything crossed it’s the same for you!

So weird because my boobs are killing, the stabbing pains in the side and the middle of my uterus when moving, nausea, the discharge i had at 8dpo. Its all crazy ☹❤ im going to drown my sorrows with some chocolate...

@BabyBXx I'm really sorry..I know exactly how you feel. I still keep thinking 'what if I'm one of the ladies that doesn't get a bfp until like 16dpo' 🤣 but I've started getting period type cramps now so I think I'm out too for sure. Sending you huge love! Keep positive, you're only a week or so away from a fresh cycle, it will happen!

Yep, fingers crossed for the next cycle 🤞❤ this month we only had sex 4 days before ovulation and 1 day after so maybe it wasnt enough xxxx

I know how you feel, I’m sure we all know the disappointment.
Im in the same boat, 11dpo but period due in 2 days and all usual premenstrual stuff plus I checked my cervix and it’s firm and low there was a light amount of pink/red in cm which I’m 100% sure is AF as I had exactly the same last month.
Argh.
Im probably going to have to pay for surgical help, sperm washing and insertion but it’s £1300 ish each ‘go’ and no guarantee that it would even get me. BFP with my old eggs.

Also I can’t really afford to do it more than once and even once is a huge spend for us.

So whats weird is ive wiped on the tissue early, there was pink discharge i thought was my period starting i have just checked again and theres nothing but creamy CM now? How weird is that? I never spot before a period it usually arrives in full swing. Argh!

Wanted to update you all with some surprisingly positive news. After continous cramps and no aunt flo, I decided to test.... positive!!!

I honestly nearly fell off my chair. I really thought my period was imminent (I even wore period pants this morning!) Turns out peeing on the results window did not give a false reading after all.

Wishing you all who have not yet tested positive this cycle, all the luck in the world for the next one!

@Summerbreeze111 oh my goodness so exciting - huge congrats! Are you feeling pregnant now at all? Not really feeling any symptoms at all yet over here which makes it hard to believe...

@SylvieArth sorry this hasn't been your month... But thanks for starting the thread - it's been really nice sharing this cycle's rollercoaster with you all!

I'm still getting daily cramps, although not as bad as they were a few days ago! I haven't processed it yet, I dont think it will hit me for a good few days. I'm excited but then I'm wary having read so many sad stories here of chemical pregnancies and miscarriage. I am a huge worrier so I always jump to the worst case scenario. I dont think I will sleep tonight, I have a million thoughts going on my head!

Are you taking more tests, to check the line progression? I'm not sure whether to bother or not!

When did you find out, how far gone are you? Is it your first dc? Yay congratulations 🎊

I still havent come on my period, slight spotting earlier but nothing since so odd i just want my period to come 😩!! Haha xx

@Summerbreeze111 I got a super faint line at 11dpo so have taken a few tests since, but clear line today (14dpo) so I'm stopping! Line progression means v little beyond confirming initial positive, I think. This is my third pregnancy - MMC then DD1 (who is now 10months). I know it's easier said than done but try not to stress! Can't pretend things don't sometimes go wrong, but pretty much nothing we can do to control things from here on out except try to stay calm and enjoy the fun bits! Is this your first?

Unfortunately for me I got my period overnight. I am not sure if I’m overthinking but I’m wondering if something happened and then stopped, as I know my body and really recognised the symptoms of pregnancy and they stopped yesterday before I started to bleed. Also I am so regular, I have never been 4 days late before. I’m just hoping that my cycle gets back to normal quickly so I know when I’m ovulating for the future. Was a bit gutted when my Amazon prime pregnancy tests arrived this afternoon but hopefully I’ll have need for them soon.

I’m still lightly spotting pink/red sore breasts etc. I am just waiting for AF both OPK and hcg bfn.

So I took another test after my faint line on Monday and it's official I can actually say I'm pregnant!

So so scared though I haven't even deleted my nhs app since the MC where I would have been 25 weeks but I'm going to try work through the anxiety and focus on the good.

@MooBugz hooray! Wonderful news. I know exactly that anxiety of a pregnancy after a MC... It's complicated to separate grieving the last pregnancy and celebrating the new one, but it is possible, and really hope you can find the space to enjoy and trust this one!

I haven't come on my period yet and when I wipe I'm either seeing nothing or I'm seeing this (sorry TMI) 😩

Could this be late implantation? Honestly girls it's so weird I just feel odd within myself, I'm sure I'm just being silly and AF will come in full swing but.. this is really unusual for me?

AF was due yesterday.. I'm so confused, I never spot before a period either xx
