Two week wait, needing some company!

Hi everyone 👋
I've had two miscarriages, one in November 2021, and one in January 2022. Me and my partner have been trying for over a year. We have tried really hard this month to catch ovulation by using OPK's. I'm currently in the dreaded 2WW.

Anyone else out there in the same position? Would love some company in this tricky time! X

I have been thinking the same as in my body trying to trick me! But the best we can do is wait it out and just see and lets pray and hope we see BFPS on all our tests! Try stay positive lovely xx @Cally1980

Im 9dpo today and been having the same twingy / sharp pains in my right ovary side and left too, just thinking of what to make for my tea try take my mind off my symptoms for abit 🙈😂

When are you all testing? Im thinking of doing one tomorrow for the first time but im nervous!!!!! Xx

Urgh I get afraid just thinking about testing date! I think it’s because I’m going to be terribly disappointed.
It might sound crazy but I’d even feel better if we had a MMC because then I’d know there was a chance and that sperm could reach an egg. I’m 41 and don’t know what state my eggs are in and my partner had vasectomy reversal and has low sperm count.
Any sign of a successful joining of the two would give me a lot more hope and drive.
I have no idea how people do this for years, it really takes strength.
I wish everyone to get their BFP and I’m sending out positive hopeful energy into the universe. x

I was going to buy a test today, but i think im too scared to.. in my head ive been thinking 'surely im pregnant with these twinges and other symptoms' but i just know its going to be a big negative test ☹ i just dont know what to do im so scared of seeing the one line i just need to convince myself its negative xxx

Morning 11-12DPO today. I swore I wouldn't test early but of course I am.. it was a BFN but I've had a feeling this isn't my month anyway. I know I'm not out until AF but I was expecting the negative test this morning just because I'm not feeling much at all xx how are you all doing?

@SylvieArth Oh that's so me – the "I won't test until..." promises that I can never keep! I'm also 11DPO over here... Had a MMC at 3 months in Oct 2019, then finally conceived DD born Aug 2021. She's only 10 months now, so bit mad to TTC already, but worried it might take as long as last time, so we're getting busy! Had soooo many symptoms last month, (we weren't actively TTC but just not being careful), and then AF arrived. No symptoms at all this month, but still hopeful...

So didn't quite make it to the two weeks but here we are! 9dpo and tried SMEP first time..

@SylvieArth sorry for the BFN lovely ☹ thats so rubbish. Im still hopeful for you until AF shows, ughhh why does it have to make an appearance! 🙈 i still pray for your BFP!

@SylvieArth I never get symptoms until 6weeks+ so your not out till AF shows🤞🏼

I feel exactly like you, I'm also 11dpo and I feel a bit moody and bleh and exactly how I usually feel before my period arrives (some light cramps too) so I already feel like im out, but at the same time I'm too scared to test!! How long are you going to hold off testing for?

Ive actually just bought some FR teqsts at the pharmacy this morning! 🙈🙈 oh girls.. i cant bring myself to test.. ☹😩 im so scared to see a negative result when ive really thought im pregnant ☹🤞

Hello, please can I join! I am having a very confusing wait. I have been feeling so sick for the past two weeks and was convinced I was pregnant but have been testing like crazy (was the opposite with my little boy and didn’t test until a week after missed period) and have been negative on 2 early response (4 and 2 days before period due) and have tested negative on a regular test today. I’m due on my period today and feel like I’m holding my breath every time I go for a wee! I’ve asked my husband to get me some salty crackers as that’s all I fancy, which was the same last time, but I am really starting to wonder if it’s just wishful thinking and i’m imagining my symptoms! Sorry for not using all the correct terms, I haven’t used these boards before but would really benefit from company from women who understand!

Gaaaa was going to wait til 14dpo but seeing all of you testing I caved... And I there's a v faint line?!

Congrats @MooBugz ! And good luck @BabyBXx keep us updated... Can't believe yours are 11mo apart - so brave! IF I really am preg (big if!) mine would be 18 months apart so not that small of a gap but still feels a bit daunting!!

Still no symptoms, except maybe being v irrationally angry yesterday... Maybe need to grovel to OH... 😅😬🙊

Its negative girls.. ☹ god knlws what all these symptoms have been for, i had a gut instinct too. Im 11dpo so not sure if its too early or if ive just got it all wrong xxx

I would 100% try again tomorrow, especially if you haven't used a FRER as some tests don't pick up the hcg until you have missed a period. When are you due?

I slept awfully last night, tossing and turning. I get this during my pms so I do think the witch is coming 😭

So sorry @BabyBXx – I know that feeling so well. Took over a year after miscarriage to conceive DD1 and the highs and lows of testing when you have symptoms... It's SO frustrating not being able to tell. But def agree with @Summerbreeze111 – you are not out yet! With DD1 (testing like a crazy woman 😅) I got BFNs, even on FRERs, until after AF was due. And @Summerbreeze111 keeping fingers crossed for you...

@BabyBXx there's still time. I was so sure last month felt like I had all the signs and used about a millions tests only for AF to not only appear but appear with vengeance so I understand, Mother Nature can be a right b when she wants to be. Sending you positive vibes ❤️

it’s the same reason I’m reluctant to, every month I think I’m sure this is it, then AF comes. This month We’ve tried harder and used preseed and a fertilily and I’ve seen actual sperm under a microscope so I’m convinced. But also afraid I’m so so wrong.
