Hi!
Making a thread looking for some company/support
I'm currently going into cycle 4, trying to conceive baby 1.
Looking for others in similar situation.
Beginning to feel a bit deflated now, as I am sure many many others are too.
Trying some things different this cycle to hopefully get a BFP
•ordered an Ovusense core
•carrying on with my reflexology weekly
•Trying the SMEP method
•Hot water bottle after ovulation as I read someone else done on here
•carrying on with my supplements

Any other advice/recommendations/suggestions welcome

What is the app everyone is using to read their OPK's?
Today I got my first faint line for LH so will try track it this month. I can usually tell when I am ovulating but want to confirm what I think is happening in my body against the evidence!

Glad got this group with the positive feels, I'm feeling negative and down today boo hoo - hoping reflexology makes me chirpy like you guys

@RMS0209 feeling down too. Really feel like this was our month. I've had so many symptoms! Only 8dpo though so not out yet. Just expected to see something this morning 😩

@rsmamaa you still have plenty of time, 8dpo is super early for a BFP so you never know 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Anyone else here not notice any real difference in CM? People talk about knowing ov by EWCM but I rarely get any change.. v annoying! Obviously from the chemical I know I can get pregnant without it so that's something, but it does seem a bit odd I've never noticed EWCM.

@alwaysseeingstars i feel like mine never changes either. Always seems wet 😂

Hey everyone, hope I’m okay to join! CD5 today but been having quite short cycles the last 3 months (24-25days)! Going to try OPK for the first time this month and wondered if anyone had any advice with them! Are they quite simple to use and must they be used with an app? And do you start using them a few days before ovulation is due?

@RSmamaa when is your period due? Hopefully just testing too early or not a sensitive enough test.

@alwaysseeingstars The only time I have any visible discharge (EWCM) is ovulation... Never aware of any other CM state...

Welcome! My first month tracking too. You don't need an app, you can just read them as they are by colour gradient.

@pocketbunny Sunday so deffo early still.

Ladies would you take this as a faint positive or evap? I know people hate these tests but I've never had an issue with them. Until maybe now 😆

Should add I can only see it in certain lights which tells me it's probably an evap line

@RSmamaa you need to use a FRER this early really. The others don’t pick it up properly.

@RSmamaa sorry I can't see it BUT I had 2 positives with those tests and couldn't see them when I took a photo!! They say if the line is thin and to the left it's an evap, or if it's as thick as the control line is probs a positive. Having said that, both of mine were thin (but came up within the timeframe) followed by a digital confirming it the next day! So just because it's thin and faint doesn't mean it's an evap.

I really hope it is a positive!! (and don't take me not seeing it as a downer, I really do struggle with the photos 😆

@pocketbunny I use premom it is quite good, and now this month I'll have Ovusense too.

@RSmamaa stay positive! Still so early, I was watching a YouTube lady who was testing from 7DPO and didn't get a positive until after 11, just shows.

@alwaysseeingstars I never noticed ANY EWCM last month... not ideal, my reflexology lady recommended that cough syrup robittusin or whatever it's called I will post a pic, she said I could start taking it today? Debating it..

@Mfinch225 hi! I would start CD8 but I am between 28/32 days for my cycle, I use the easy @ home ones from Amazon and the pre mom app, works quite good.

@RSmamaa not sure with CLEARBLUE never used them, get an FRER if you can or try hold out a few days. X

@MrsGrealish I'm glad you can see it, I'll be sending you my tests for checking 😆 my eyes have always been funny with certain colours. Sorry you're feeling down though hope you're OK and it's just the Tues Blues..

@alwaysseeingstars I actually have a picture of a totally negative clear blue I took in January so I can defo see the difference. I knew the picture would come in handy one day 😅

Well ladies just peed on an OPK just because I wanted to it had been a while... 0.37on CD7? Never had so high! X

Thanks @pocketbunny @RSmamaa and @RMS0209 re the EWCM, I've only known about it for the past few months and can't say I've noticed any in that time which seems odd! Having said that, I've just read it's linked to your estrogen levels so if I have low estradiol according to the medicheck test, maybe that's why..
