Hi!
Making a thread looking for some company/support
I'm currently going into cycle 4, trying to conceive baby 1.
Looking for others in similar situation.
Beginning to feel a bit deflated now, as I am sure many many others are too.
Trying some things different this cycle to hopefully get a BFP
•ordered an Ovusense core
•carrying on with my reflexology weekly
•Trying the SMEP method
•Hot water bottle after ovulation as I read someone else done on here
•carrying on with my supplements

Any other advice/recommendations/suggestions welcome

May April be the months of lots of BFP's 🌟.x

@MrsGrealish yeah I’ll probably keep going just so I know it’s come down and stayed down. hopefully I’ll see my bbt rise in the next few days!

@RMS0209 ha! We managed to dtd early today because we’re lucky both on a bit of holiday time this week which has been useful!

@MO22 yeah best to give them some time to prepare lol. Yeah we’re having to dtd 3 times in a row this months as my lh surge snuck up on me. Would have preferred every other day!

Yeah I normally do 2-3 a day once I see it’s starting to go up. My come and go pretty quickly though so I find it easier to track that way

@MrsGrealish I do think we are slightly better off not having to "perform" on cue. However I definitely do the heavy bloody emotional load for both us one TTC!

@Hello47 maybe I'll give the double testing a go, I tend to do it first thing every day but I always then wonder whether I miss the peak somewhat and actually the night before would have been better. Would love to work out when I actually ovulate after an OPK without having to do BBT!

It varies between day15/day18
But wanting to try every 2nd day from CD8 (Wed) until I get a peak!

DONT USE THE PINK CLEAR BLUE! I hate it.
I think I will just use my Ovusense from tomorrow night and maybe a cheapie, I do have some purple clear blues so I might finish them up too.

Haha, you at acupuncture is me at reflexology great I done it for this week where's the bump???

@MO22 I read that most womens lh surge starts overnight and it takes a while to show in the urine tests so after 10/11am is the best time to test. I generally do morning and afternoon. I know the CB ovulation sticks are different though and you just do a morning urine. I just use the internet cheapies so I can test more

@Hello47 yeah I use clear blue purple as I feel like I don't trust myself to read cheapies properly but I might get a few cheapies anyway so I can do twice a day, why not POAS even more eh, when in Rome!

@Hello47 yep I read that too. Late morning, early afternoon seems best for me.

Clear blue ones I just didn't get on with. I am clearly not a morning person @alwaysseeingstars

@MO22 haven't used it yet as it's a core one you "insert it" so I needed Af to leave x

Hi everyone - hope it's okay to join!
First cycle of TTC baby #2 and on CD13.

Feeling a bit downhearted already as recovering from covid messed up my cycle a bit I think. AF arrived 3 days early and CB OPKs went from blank circle to solid smiley so only DTD once (was a panicked pull your pants down to my OH when I saw the solid smiley hahaa) Find it strange there was no flashing smiley?

Hoping we still have somewhat of a chance? Trying to stay hopeful!

CD7 today and AF is pretty much away, yipeee!
So means Ovusense will be getting used tonight will set it all up today and see what it says.

Oh no, I think COVID has messed everybody's cycle up... I now get AF for 6 days when I was 4/5 before so that annoys me 
My clear blue seems to from O to static the last 2 months... not impressed.
Really hope you caught it though.

@RSmamaa if you could see how close I just had my phone to my eyes trying to look 😂🤞🏻

@MeganMama28 I've had that before, I wouldn't worry to much, the main thing is that you have the LH surge which the static smiley picks up - the flashing is for estrogen.

@RMS0209 oh the joys of covid! I wonder if is effecting our CB readings so strange to have no flashing smiley! Hoping we got it at just the right time - now for the TWW fun to begin! Interested to hear how you find ovusense too!

@parkrunsandpinot I haven't had that but did slightly later at about 10dpo with my second pregnancy (first baby) it was more brown spotting I think a small bit of red

@MO22 thanks 😊 reassuring to know there are others in the same boat. I'm the worst overthinker so I went into panic mode a bit but makes sense what you are saying about LH surge x

@MeganMama28 love that 'pull your pants down' haha!! I had that with the O then straight to static a couple of months ago, then last month was 9 days of flashing - not sure which was more annoying?!

@MO22 I know what you mean about reading the cheapies properly, that's why I've stuck with the CB for now! Although if this journey takes a while I'm sure I'll have to switch.

@MrsGrealish I'm definitely a morning person, which isn't helpful when I work nights sometimes haha! Maybe one day my body will get used to them 😂

@parkrunsandpinot sorry no I've not had this, first thought was implantation bleeding but that's very early! Unless you ovulated earlier than you thought maybe?

Thanks both will keep updated. I got up with LO at 6 this morning and I'm absolutely exhausted which isn't like me. OH is up now so I'm heading back to bed 😴

@MO22 yay for the start of flashing, it's strangely exciting isn't it! I'm feeling chirpy too, must be a factor of knowing there's the possibility now :)
