Just wanted to point out there is a full moon - found a scientific paper which showed increased pregnancy rates in mares put to a stallion at the full moon So if this might be about your time to make use of your own "stallion" I'd get at it!!

Sorry - must stop using my access to scientific papers on-line to search for fertility terms

FYM Looks like we're at the same spot or thereabouts - the same high temp too today (when converted)! This 2WW lark really does suck ... I'm trying to be disciplined and not allow myself to imagine any symptoms but it's soooo hard . This morning I felt a familiar tug warning of AF's impending arrival ... trying to ignore that too so I can still daydream & hope for a few days yet . Are you having any pg/AF symptoms?

Lottie So sorry you're at CD1. Tomorrow's another cycle, Scarlett ... and all that! I am enjoying using OPKs ... if only because I get to see two lines on them and can close my eyes & imagine it's an HPT instead. Good luck this month . Oh, as for getting up early ... I temp when DH's alarm goes off, get up for morning wee, put temp in FF/MN, see him out the door, and then go back to bed for an hour or maybe a tad more . So I'm not the early riser you think I am, but bless your heart for giving me the credit!!

Rattling You are a genius!! You really should start a separate thread to give fertile phase MNers the heads up . Shame wrong end of the cycle for me or I'd be trying it out with my stud!! Must be something to it ... Anything in there that shows increased pg rates for Shaggy the Rabbit or Peggy the Panda mid-March???

ClairLesley · 21/02/2008 12:09

Oh, forgot to say ... On Monday night I dreamed that I had pee-ed on a sheet of Bounty kitchen roll, held it up to look at it (the way they do on those comparison ads ... well, without the pee), and there were two pink stripes running down the middle!! Took my Lotus (or whatever brand) off on Tuesday afternoon & replaced it with Bounty in case it was a sign!! Pitiful.

rattling · 21/02/2008 12:30

Off to check what the scientific community has to say on Shaggy the Rabbit and Peggy the Pregnancy Panda

Clair - there is a lot of weirdness on here, but you are up there with the best of them. I'll miss you when you graduate soon

Its really weird cos even though my temps go up and down everyday, overall, they seem to be rising very slowly. Does this mean ovulation soon? I've still got blood tinged CM and no AF symptoms whatsoever. Cervix high and soft. CD60 but my last cycle was 88 days so maybe I just ov very late?

fruitloop79 · 21/02/2008 13:55

Oh yeah and yesterday and today I got -ve OPKs. They're not always right though are they?

Emmsy1 · 21/02/2008 14:16

Hi claire thanks for asking! I am ok,I have had a crappy couple of days (literally!) two of my children have had sickness and the runs, I'm not sure if I am getting their bug or if morning sickness has started early? My boobs hurt sometimes and then they don't? I am already 18 days past ov but only on CD27 (really weird when my normal cycles are 28-29 days!) I have had my pregnancy confirmed at the clinic and have already been to the docs and have got my first scan date (31st March) thats if I don't m/c this time I m/c back in march 2007 22 days past ov and again in September 07 at 29 days past 'o' so I can't really relax at the moment, just keep thinking that the same thing will happen again. It's pathetic really, you can't wait to get your BFP then you can't really enjoy having it because your terrified your going to lose it!Wish I could really fast forward a few months I have been reading everyones posts but decided not to post because I don't want to upset anyone who is still trying for thier BFP! bet your sorry you asked now clair

ClairLesley · 21/02/2008 14:30

Heavens no, Emmsy!! It's good to hear from you. I wondered why we weren't hearing more from you. I can only imagine a little of how you feel ... I'm so sorry that you have to have this on your mind. Let's hope this is the stickiest little sticker of a sticking sticky bean that's been very sticky for a very long time! Hope your little uns get better soon too. Thinking of you with everything crossed, Clair {hug}

fym · 21/02/2008 16:04

emmsy

I have every sympathy -- DS had the runs this am too....

ClairLesley · 21/02/2008 17:38

Fruitloop I meant to say earlier that I'm so sorry you're having a hard time figuring out your cycle. Can't think of anything I could tell you that you don't already know ... except I hope your cycle starts to make sense for you very soon. Hang on in there!

Emmsy1 · 21/02/2008 19:07

claire and fym thanks for your kind wordsxx
I will have 18 high temps under my belt tomorrow, so I will not take my temp after that. The last two pregnancies I stupidly continued to temp and knew that I was going to M/C when they suddenly dropped. I have decided not to put myself through that again and am going to ask my DH to hide my babymad after I take my temp in the morning, I will still post here but without temps

Evening all. I never seem to get a chance to post until late. I will need to work out a way to surf earlier in the day, but I am always nervous of someone spotting what website I'm looking at .

Still no sign of ovulation. If anyone wants to have a look at my chart and let me know what they think is going on, I would be very grateful.

ClairLesley · 22/02/2008 10:12

By the way, I'm pretty sure I'm out for this month ... am having strong AF cramps (due Wednesday) and the need-to-keep-going-to-the-loo-in-case-she's-arrived-feeling . Oh well, will just have to have a better plan of attack next month

Morning all. How is everyone today? it's Friday - yay!

Lottie - sorry to hear about CD1. Fingers crossed for next cycle.

Fruitloop - sorry that your chart is still confusing. Charting is always difficult to make sense of at first because you're still trying to identify and understand a pattern and the way your body works. I think it's harder for you because of your PCOS. I don't know whether it's worth reconsidering the use of OPKs - they seem to confuse things further and are known not to work with PCOS. I'm sorry that I can't be more helpful. Maybe there is a PCOS specific thread somewhere that you could bump to ask for advice? Keep posting here, obviously!
